11/12/2024: I have been using their services for a year, at least 20 times a year (delivery or restaurant on site). The service is good but the food is uneven, especially on site. We order on site, always the same dishes and every other time we are disappointed. Particularly the andouillette, fries and mash. I understand that the cooks may be different depending on the day, but it would be nice if the manager could check each day. Oh yes. An hour of waiting to have a salad delivered.... I'm 800 meters away. Management's response: you just have to come and get it. As if I hadn't thought of that!

25/11/2024: THE WORST RECEPTIONIST I have ever met! A lady, in her 50s, semi-blonde who behaves with customers as if they were nursery children or even disabled people. Be careful if you don't speak French or are of Asian origin.....she won't miss you! She calls Asian customer groups a “disaster!” When they are at the restaurant eating as a group and talking, she says to them: “Shuuuut!” As if they were children when they are adults, dads, moms, grandpas and grandmas etc.... Do you know a group of people who know each other and eat together in silence? Me no🤷‍♀️ The one who raises his voice a little or who laughs, she leaves her reception desk and goes directly to see the latter, pointing at him: "you👉Shuuuut", joining the action to the word, she puts her own finger on his own mouth to tell the client to shut up in case the latter does not understand his verbal language! It’s madness, I thought I was dreaming when I saw this!!!!??😱😱😱😱😱😱 Other customers enter at the same time as others leave so inevitably the main SAS door is open for a few moments, she shouts at them that she is certainly not cold but to leave the entrance airlock because she has not don't want to get sick! To the Management of Campanile Montesson: "Before hiring a person and putting them in a reception position where they have to deal with the public who pay their money to be there, please check their professional, social and human skills to occupy such a position. type of position. 16/11/2024: We received a very warm welcome from the hotel-restaurant team during our association's AGM. The meal served was delicious and adapted to everyone's diet (gluten intolerant, egg-free, etc.)

25/09/2024: For the first time, we ordered a tagine + couscous “to take away”: we only waited 20 minutes (time to do 2/3 shopping on the side!), the portions are generous and the meat perfectly well cooked 🤤 Perfect for a warm evening at home with a delicious dinner! ✨

07/09/2024: A very beautiful place, very little frequented, where we take great pleasure in discovering or rediscovering very varied species of plants of all kinds. Mainly vegetables but not only! The 5th star will come for me when the reception of visitors is more friendly, attentive and smiling (probably this is the counterpart to the peaceful aspect of the place).

However, the restaurant offer in Guyancourt disappointed me greatly so I didn't hesitate in coming to this typically Tuga establishment. The hosts are friendly and polite, worthy of the best hospitality in my country. The food looks like mom's. Homemade, with impeccable and fresh ingredients. Very tasty and well prepared. The environment is noisy but typical of the way of life of our people. It's a shame they don't serve dinner. Thank you very much....
