11/09/2026: Excellent experience! The service was impeccable: we were served in under 5 minutes with everything we ordered. The dishes were delicious, full of flavor, and perfectly spiced. A slight disappointment was the sticky rice, which wasn't actually sticky, and the portions were a little small. 2 main courses, 1 appetizer, 2 rice dishes for 2 people: -€50.

29/07/2026: The lunch menu is very reasonably priced. My salad, which was quite generous, was delicious. A bed of lettuce with strawberries, raspberries, watermelon, two cheese fritters, and country ham—a real treat! The dessert, candied apricots with rosemary, was also excellent.

18/08/2026: We had dinner at Bistrot Brigand on Tuesday evening; there were four of us, including our teenagers. We enjoyed several dishes, tasting plates that were both simple and original, featuring quality ingredients such as rillettes, Gouda cheese, and eggplant. Desserts included chocolate mousse with olive oil and a Basque cake with sorbet, along with local beers. We appreciated the quality of the ingredients and the originality of the dishes. It's a friendly and welcoming place with a beautiful, simple, and elegant decor. I highly recommend this place; it will definitely satisfy your taste buds! We'll be back!

17/08/2026: I visited several times for dinner during the summer, and I was never disappointed. Three plates for two make perfect portions, allowing you to try more of the dishes, which is all the better when everything is so delicious! Most recently: a chocolate mousse with olive oil... I dreamt about it at night. Bravo!

06/09/2026: I've been coming here for many years and I've noticed that the burgers have declined in quality a bit this year. The fries aren't very good, the meat is lower quality, and the coleslaw isn't very fresh or presentable for a typical restaurant. I remember the burgers being excellent not so long ago. They need to be careful not to lower their standards too much; it used to be a great place.

01/09/2026: The restaurant is closed every time I go for lunch, which is very frustrating. There's absolutely no respect for the customer, as there's no warning that it's closed! Driving by without finding a parking space, it's impossible to read the small sign on the closed door. The restaurant owner responded so rudely here on Google; he could have provided the closing date to inform his customers more effectively, right here on Google, but he prefers to be rude and impolite. Better than less than one star!

04/06/2026: I came for Korean food and left feeling adopted by the staff. 😄 Seriously, the welcome was so warm that for a moment I thought I was a long-lost member of the family. The food is excellent, but the level of kindness is even spicier than kimchi! And Anissa… what can I say? This woman is a real menace: it's impossible to leave in a bad mood after meeting her. I even suspect she recharges customers' batteries with just a glance. Between the delicious dishes, the genuine smiles, and the attention given to each customer, this restaurant should be covered by health insurance, it's such a mood booster. I'll be back, not just to eat, but also to see if Anissa is actually human or if she's an AI programmed exclusively to be adorable.

18/05/2026: I ordered a starter, an XL chicken curry main course, and a speculoos tiramisu (€17.40). It was delicious. Everything was served quickly. The coffee was complimentary. The setting is very original and welcoming. The staff is very friendly. I'm adding it to my favorites.

14/07/2026: A bit pricey at €72!!!: 2 beers, a slice of foie gras, a plate of scallops, half a strawberry dessert with whipped cream, and 2 coffees. It must have been July 14th in Cernay la Ville
