12/12/2025: Ordered drive-thru tonight, the Coke cup wasn't even closed and it spilled in the bag, the fries tasted and had a cardboard texture, the nuggets were cold, and to top it all off, the drinkable yogurt was missing from the Happy Meal! This fast food place is a disaster!!!

11/12/2025: They refused to serve my father because after 20 minutes he still hadn't been served, and so my father got annoyed. The "manager" addressed my father informally, even though she didn't know him. She refused to give him his order and demanded a refund without giving him a chance to comment. It's unacceptable that people treat customers like that. I also want to mention that this isn't the first time we've been spoken to rudely at this McDonald's. Whatever you do, don't go there!

20/10/2024: Le vin vous est amené débouché à table et d'après le personnel, c'est normal, il paraît que cela dépend des établissements... et qu'il faut préciser que vous souhaitez que le vin soit ouvert devant vous. Personnellement je n'ai jamais vu ça... Les plats étaient corrects mais contrariés nous n'avons pas pris de desserts ... Plus de 63€ pour deux plats une bouteille de rosé...

12/10/2024: Je pense que le cuisinier n'est plus le même nous avons été déçu l'andouillette n'était pas de bon goût et les frites trop cuites pas terrible nous avons été déçu 😞

02/09/2024: To escape 1h30 of waiting plus the waitress supposedly looked for us everywhere but we were on the terrace we arrived inside she seems surprised it's Sunday September 1st lol so she is now preparing our meal

30/08/2024: We take 100 euros worth of buckets, drinks, tenders... for an extra sauce we are still asked to pay... Moreover when we take a hot drink we are told that there is more sugar... but still not s a commercial gesture... and table service is non-existent even if it is offered because we are asked to collect the trays at the checkout...

30/08/2024: Un très beau cadre au milieu de l’île des Ibis. En été la terrasse est magnifique. Le menu carte est très bien. Les plats sont bons et on passe un bon moment.

24/08/2024: Good morning, We came to lunch for 2 people at your establishment. The setting is very nice but the service and cuisine are really not up to par... I am writing this comment in order to allow improvements on several points, the goal is in no way to bring down the establishment or the people who work there. Service side: .We asked for wine with the starters, the wine arrived but not the starters (20 minutes later) so under 30°C it's not great. .we had to ask several times for bread and water even though the restaurant was half full. the same for salt/pepper and lemon which took a long time to come .we stayed with our plates of the finished starter for a good 20 minutes in front of us before finally being cleared, the service was not really responsive we stayed more than 2h30 for a starter and a main course. Kitchen side: . fish tartare just fatty and without seasoning, proof that the cooks served it without tasting it . I had the turbot: The vegetables were bathed in their juice and were so stringy that it was inedible, the "sauce" was really unacceptable, it was scrambled eggs sold as a hollandaise sauce... This kind of thing should not leave the kitchen because the cooks/waiters know very well that it is a failure and send it anyway. We're still talking about the most expensive dish on the menu! .my guest's poultry was dry and overcooked.... Only the sauce was good .for dessert no more pavlova (the only fresh and light dessert because it was very hot) replaced by a fruit salad and a coulis... Very disappointing so no dessert given the rest of the meal. So the result is 110 euros for 2 starters, 2 dishes and 2 glasses of white wine. Note inflated by the fact that we had not had dessert and therefore instead of paying for a menu everything was billed as a la carte. It's a shame because you have a very nice location and a beautiful structure but the level is clearly not there and does not justify the prices displayed. I was disappointed and embarrassed because I also came across as an idiot to my guest even though this meal was supposed to be a special occasion.

15/12/2024: Never again in this McDonald's, a shame!! Non-existent management staff scum who insult each other with a customer more than half an hour shocked for my children floor full of oil and slippery filthy trash cans overflowing cold fries dishes room police who had to intervene never again in this McDonald's or any McDonald's disgusting and truly shameful! !

14/05/2025: worst!!!!!! its not really Indian food!!!!! I don't know what they're thinking opening this restaurant the curry has literally no taste not even salt....the chicken felt like they put it just few moments it felt like i was just eating boring boiled chicken, thats not what a chicken curry is....there was absolutely no cheese in the cheese naan. i would prefer more authentic restaurants in paris instead here

07/07/2025: I went to this McDonald's on 01/07 and at the time I said to myself: there's a hidden camera running: 40-minute wait at the drive-thru because there was no interaction with the staff despite a driver losing his temper! So I decided to go inside because I thought the device wasn't working but all the terminals were closed with an apology message, it was 10 p.m.! I wanted to order at the counter but the staff was too busy getting confused but "with all due respect, a sketch!!!! I went through the app for my order! Luckily, someone who had left their shift had a little compassion and validated my order! Waiting again, another insulting sketch between the manager and a member of staff but still with all due respect! This McDonald's is a joke! If you're bored one evening and want to watch the filming of the show "So True" there's no need to go to the set, the McDonald's in Carrières-sous-Poissy is there 🤣 My order was complete and made with all due respect 🤣 Location and cleanliness are ghetto I've put some photos but to see the damage you have to zoom in because I wanted to be discreet and my camera couldn't stand the unsanitary conditions 😊
