04/07/2026: Overall, a very pleasant dinner enjoyed on their lovely sunny terrace overlooking the countryside. You can tell the restaurant staff do everything to ensure you have a wonderful time. We will be back.

21/06/2026: An absolutely outrageous experience. We sat down on the terrace and a waiter came to take our order. We ordered two diabolo drinks (strawberry and grenadine). After a long wait, an employee finally came back to tell us they couldn't serve us because we had to "order" to remain seated. Excuse me? Since when does ordering two drinks not constitute a purchase? It's completely incomprehensible and, above all, disrespectful to customers. If there's a specific rule, it should be clearly stated before taking the order and making people wait, not afterward. A total lack of professionalism, deplorable organization, and an unacceptable way of treating customers. We left shocked and with a very negative impression of this establishment. I absolutely do not recommend this place.

12/07/2026: While the menu is fairly standard (set menu with miso soup and rice, sushi, gyoza, etc.), the quality and freshness of the ingredients, along with the use of minimal fats for cooking, make this restaurant well worth a visit. Especially since the prices are reasonable and the standard set menu is quite filling. The overall decor is rather plain, and the atmosphere quickly becomes noisy, more like a cafeteria than an intimate setting. In any case, it's a good place to try, particularly with family.

02/07/2026: I order from this restaurant regularly and I'm very satisfied; the sushi is delicious and very fresh, a real treat every time! The staff is very friendly and smiling, I highly recommend it!

12/07/2026: It's always a great pleasure to have lunch or dinner at Le Pavillon des Ibis. As usual, we enjoyed wonderful moments sharing a delicious meal with family at Le Pavillon des Ibis. Everyone is very kind and attentive, the service is impeccable, and the dishes are delicious and beautifully presented. Whether inside or outside on the large terrace in the summer, the setting and surroundings are very pleasant. We highly recommend this place and you will certainly return, just like us. Enjoy your meal to all who visit!

09/07/2026: Wedding of 80 people in early July 2026, excellent atmosphere and meal, very helpful and attentive team. Several meetings were held to plan the evening, and the result was perfect. The services of the DJ and florist recommended by the venue were also outstanding. A very successful evening; we highly recommend this venue for the overall quality of service.

11/06/2026: Found by chance on our way back from the Paris region. I found the place a little odd, but... you can't judge a book by its cover! A fantastic restaurant! A mouthwatering aroma wafted through the door. All the dishes were delicious! The kids loved the homemade Cantonese fried rice, cooked to order! I recommend the salt and pepper shrimp, and the lamb stir-fried with black pepper on a hot plate, served with rice and beef stir-fried in soy sauce. The waitress was very kind and professional. We'll be back! The best Asian food I've had in ages!

18/05/2026: We discovered this hotel by chance with a last-minute booking. I have rarely experienced such high-quality service from every single staff member we encountered, which shows it's a deliberate policy of the establishment. We were stuck on the highway, arriving at 10 PM instead of 8:30 PM; we were expecting a quick room service, but the kitchen staff offered, without us even asking, to welcome us to the restaurant where we enjoyed a very fine dinner served by a kind and charming head waiter. The very green setting near the forest is lovely and offers a real change of scenery. The room was very comfortable and unique. Note: if you type "hotel cazaudehore" into Waze, it will take you to the center of Saint-Germain-en-Laye; you should type in the address or just "cazaudehore".

10/05/2026: This hotel is wonderful. Whether in the hotel or the restaurant, all the staff were very efficient and responsive, and we truly felt their hospitality. We were able to completely relax. The restaurant also had a great atmosphere, and the food was delicious. If there's one area for improvement, it would be the wine service: after the first glass was poured by the staff, we had to refill our own glasses because the servers seemed very busy. With an additional person in the dining room, this kind of small detail would undoubtedly have been better handled, and the experience would have been even more enjoyable.

12/07/2026: I don't know about the food, but I'm diabetic and my blood sugar dropped. I was given a Coca-Cola, told it was free, but today I bought the drink in a store and returned it. Thank you for your customer service.

21/06/2026: A very bad experience. I was treated with a complete lack of respect. The staff's behavior was unacceptable and does not reflect the level of service expected in a restaurant. I do not recommend this establishment until serious improvements are made.

21/04/2026: The welcome and service were appalling. The meat I ordered well-cooked was served burnt to a crisp. The quality has dropped significantly since the change of ownership on January 1, 2026. Avoid this place.

19/05/2026: A wonderful discovery! We were treated to an hour at the spa and a couples massage. The spa is lovely, but the ceiling and walls could use a refresh. The massage was fantastic; thank you to Charlène and Nathan, who are very professional.

19/05/2026: Superb hotel! The head receptionist upgraded us; we were delighted with the room for a last-minute booking. Special mention to the head waiter at the brasserie who was exceptionally kind and took the time to welcome us! Lovely spa area (the therapist wasn't very smiley). Very good breakfast and superb staff and food at the gourmet restaurant! We will be back!
