Could they be kept a little warmer to give us time to get to our table to enjoy the heat a little longer? 01/12/2025: "Come for the burgers, come back for afternoon tea." Definitely not. Neither for one nor the other, for that matter. One late afternoon, desperately needing to warm up (the temperature was below freezing), I decided to pop into this McDonald's and warm up with a hot chocolate served at the counter. A little moment of relaxation I really needed. There were hardly any customers. Absolutely no one at the drive-thru. Three customers inside had already been served. I ordered a hot chocolate at the kiosk (with a sugar packet because I didn't know if it was sweetened to begin with) and two small new chocolate treats (whose names I've forgotten). I grabbed my tray and sat down at a table, in a prominent spot. I waited almost 15 minutes. The employees weren't doing anything; there were no orders being processed except mine. Finally... The tray arrived... With a hot chocolate. That's it. No sooner had I sat down than the waitress was about to leave. I pointed out that the other part of my order was missing. Not that she'd made a mistake, mind you... but that something was "missing." She left with the tray, and therefore my chocolate, while I looked bewildered. I could have easily drunk it while I waited... She returned at least five minutes later with the same tray. My missing item... and a donut as a bonus. I blinked. I told her I hadn't ordered the donut. She looked at me, uncomprehending, and tried to check the details of my order on my receipt, which only contained my order number and payment information. Then she realized. She'd confused the donut... with the sugar packet. Yeah. She took the donut back and left. Need I mention that I never even saw that packet? Oh, and after all that, the chocolate was cold. Oh well, I was certainly warmed up. €7.50 for the experience. At least that taught me never to set foot there again...

26/11/2025: What are these crazy prices? €15 for a kir?? €10 for a pint?? We won't be back. A shame for one of the only bars in Viroflay.

09/11/2025: A major disappointment despite the place's potential. Since we came hoping to have a good time, we stayed for a couple of drinks. The servers mostly stayed behind the till, barely paying attention to the customers. The service was slow, and the staff chatted amongst themselves or with regulars at the bar. The place also lacked maintenance: the windows were filthy, revealing a messy back area. It was cold inside, as the door was left open. The place's main advantage, however, is that it's one of the few places in Viroflay where you can actually get a drink. It's a shame this establishment isn't better maintained; it could really be a hit. I think it might be okay for younger people, but with a little more care and attention, you could easily attract a wider clientele and build more loyalty.

I would have expected a correction and an apology but obviously it is up to us to apologize for pointing out that the product is not compliant!

07/09/2024: Good morning, I came today around 1 p.m. in the middle of a rush. Despite the wait to access the terminals, as soon as the order was paid, in less than 10 minutes our trays were ready (for 3 people). Nothing was forgotten and the fries were piping hot (rare during fast food rush periods). Thank you very much and good luck to the staff 😊

29/09/2024: Very disappointing experience. Hotel does not deserve its 4 stars. I also agree with the many negative comments about the breakfast: simply unacceptable to offer your customers such a poor breakfast. No more bread and pastries (frozen) at 9:30 a.m. You have to wait at least 15 minutes for the buffet to be restocked. In short, we did not find the Pavillon Henri IV that we experienced during our last stay in 2017. It's a shame
