13/06/2026: Honestly, I didn't expect to become a regular here but Nameste has completely won me over! I've been coming almost every day now and it genuinely feels like a second home. 😊 The food is just consistently good every single time. The Korma is one of the best I've ever had so rich and creamy without being heavy. The Chicken Tikka Masala has this beautiful depth of flavour that keeps me coming back. And don't even get me started on the Cheese Naan freshly baked, slightly crispy on the outside and so soft inside. 🫓 What really sets Nameste apart though is the welcoming staff — they know my face, they know my order and they always make me feel genuinely valued. That's rare these days. The generous portions always surprise me — great quality, fresh products and beautiful presentation of dishes at a very reasonable price. The lunch menu is honestly unbeatable value. If you're in Saint-Germain-en-Laye and haven't tried Nameste yet you're seriously missing out. Best authentic Indian restaurant in the area, no question!

The small terrace is a real bonus for enjoying the sun at lunchtime when the weather is nice. The food is good, the portions are decent, and it's perfect for a pleasant lunch break. It's a place I continue to frequent with pleasure.

20/05/2026: Excellent restaurant! I've been coming to this pizzeria regularly for over seven years and I've never been disappointed. The pizzas are always generously topped, the dough is excellent, and the ingredients are fresh. The service is warm and consistent over the years, which is becoming rare. It's clearly a reliable place where the quality doesn't decline over time. I highly recommend it.

05/07/2026: The main advantage of Le Pur Sang is undoubtedly its value for money: €23 at lunchtime for a set menu of starter, main course, and dessert, featuring traditional, homemade, simple, and delicious French cuisine accompanied by a good traditional baguette. The restaurant has recently also opened on Friday and Saturday evenings, offering a set menu of starter, main course, and dessert for €29. For a touch of nostalgia, the building and atmosphere evoke restaurants from the 1960s to 1980s. The large, shaded terrace under the trees is particularly pleasant when the weather is fine. Here are some of the dishes that are offered on a rotating basis: Starters: Terrine, eggs mayonnaise, tomato and mozzarella salad, herring with potatoes in oil. Main Courses: Hang steak with shallots, andouillette sausage, lasagna, calf's head with gribiche sauce, roast chicken. Sauerkraut, fish with beurre blanc sauce Desserts: Chocolate fondant, floating island, fruit tarts, ice cream, cheeses. Everything is simple, generous, and delicious. Please note: The restaurant is sometimes a victim of its own success, serving over 100 covers on some days, which can lead to a wait during peak hours.

04/07/2026: Remembered this place from years ago when I used to live in Maisons Laffitte. Hours online do not reflect their opening hours. This place wishes to serve locals and not visitors unfortunately. Laughed and mocked us for coming at open hours. I suggest they advertise more clearly.

12/06/2026: Here I rediscover all the flavors of the Sunday couscous I used to eat as a child in eastern Algeria, a long time ago... It's become a kind of canteen, with a clientele of regulars, an attentive owner, and on sunny days, tables in the back courtyard, in peace and quiet!

02/06/2026: We visited the restaurant as a family of four. The first restaurant in Paris ever. And all I can say is waw. They impressed us in every way. Extremely kind waiter, extremly good food and the location amazing. It not expensive for the experience they provided us with. 10/10 will visit again!

29/06/2026: I tried "Daddy's Burgers." Frankly, what a disappointment: the fries were bland. I was expecting something a bit better, with real flavor, but I felt absolutely nothing while eating it. We're not about to abandon traditional fast food anytime soon with a burger like this.

09/06/2026: Rather disappointed, unfortunately. Perhaps I had too high expectations given the need for a reservation to get a table and the Google reviews. In the end, I found the portions very small for the price (set menu with dessert for €25) and nothing particularly exceptional. The panna cotta was also runny, which I don't think is normal. On the other hand, the place is very nice and the service is excellent, with very pleasant and smiling staff. EDIT: I find the response rather condescending. I was expecting a delicious meal and a proper panna cotta, that's all. I know perfectly well I wasn't in a Michelin-starred restaurant!
