13/01/2025: Waiting too long at the drive-thru. Cup spilled in the bag and zero sauce (potatoes and nuggets though...) detestable.

09/09/2024: We came for lunch this afternoon and the experience was more than positive! Frankly, I don't understand the negative reviews that I've read, unless it's to create bad publicity, I don't know... In any case, I was pleasantly surprised to discover this unique concept: two rooms, two atmospheres. A Greek fast-food side at the entrance, perfect for a quick meal, and a restaurant side at the back, with a beautiful decoration and a terrace for sunny days. We arrived around 11 a.m., and very quickly, many employees from neighboring offices came for lunch. It’s a popular place, and we understand why! The dishes were delicious, well presented, and the service was fast with a smile. For my part, I recommend without hesitation!

12/12/2025: So yesterday, my grandchildren and I ordered set menus, and then the children wanted ice cream and cake. We did get the ice cream, but only two cakes instead of four. The order wasn't listened to carefully; the young staff gave me the impression they didn't care about the customers. They should have tried talking to us. I went back to order the other cakes, and they pointed me to a board I didn't know how to use. I had easily placed my order at the till, but my children were getting restless. In short, the atmosphere was unpleasant, with no smiles or attention. I won't be going back, that's for sure. We live right next door in Le Chesnay and come often for the children, but the service was mediocre. What a shame!

12/12/2025: Hello, please review your team. One manager was a bit too complacent; according to her, a customer isn't allowed to make a mistake on their order, especially since the error was reported well before the sandwich was even prepared—just three seconds after payment! This same manager then discussed the matter for ages with her colleagues, even debating it. It's no wonder the wait was interminable when the person who's supposed to be managing their team is going on about such a ridiculous and truly appalling issue! Let's not forget that McDonald's is a service company, where customer courtesy is essential! And to top it all off, since it was a takeout order and I think I was too busy chatting, they forgot the dessert from the takeout meal.

14/09/2024: The toilets are in a deplorable state, we went there just as they opened and it's not possible that there has been any maintenance. Then let's not talk about the tap which doesn't even fit.

02/09/2024: This evening on September 2, arriving at 10:45 p.m., the drive is closed while the restaurant indicates 11 p.m. closed. Response from the team member: the manager decided to close early, you have McDonald's next door!!! If you want McDonald's, you know how to find it... when you go to KFC, it's for your chickens 🐓! Very disappointed and surprised by the speech and your actions.

03/09/2024: Excellent couscous and tagines served in a warm setting. Very friendly server, smiling and attentive. To do again!

01/09/2024: My favorite restaurant for years, I was disappointed with my meal today. The orange tagine is bland, but above all I found several pieces of bone and cartilage in the chicken pastilla. The staff was friendly, and the atmosphere as lovely as ever, but I won't be returning.

03/09/2024: Staff a little confused. Ordered beer 0.3 and brought 0.5. The cocktail was worn for 30 minutes. In general, everyone is polite. Which is not very important. There is a tobacco shop. This was a pleasant surprise. The tables are all clean. Quiet environment. Clean toilets. Ideal location.

03/09/2024: You need to be patient enough, even when there are not many customers, you have to wait 20 minutes for meals and more than 60 minutes for food! The waiter offered to provide free coffee as compensation after the meal. Although the food is good, I don't recommend it.

11/12/2024: Catastrophic! Pieces of glass littering the floor and so on (I was with a 3 year old child...). Disgusting condition. The room in general reflects what happens in the kitchens. I won't come back! Miserable welcome from the waitress.

08/07/2025: I confirm the bad comments, cold and no smile from one person in particular, the other people are smiling and correct except him, the grandmother who serves the cigarettes forgot to pay me the coffee with the card, she offered it to me but took money from her wallet, proof that the individual in question is stingy.

29/11/2024: To flee, Nice establishment but cooking canned duck breast is a horror and what's more they charge us €2.70 for coffee ☕️ instead of €2.30... due to a misunderstanding.

10/11/2024: ce soir, dimanche 10 novembre, on aura vraiment tout vu dans ce restaurant. Fidèle client depuis l'ouverture du Mac Do de Poissy, je ne peux que constater le déclin de cet établissement au fil des années Attendre plus d'un heure pour avoir son menu, je n'avais jamais v'cu cela malgré la forte influence de ce soir. Chaque client après avoir été servi, revenait au comptoir pour demander un article manquant , et j'ai du faire de même, pour manger des sandwichs et frites froids (c 'est constamment au MacDo de Poissy d'avoir des repas froids de servis). Bref ce soir, il n'y avait aucun organisation, c était le bordel complet, du jamais vue.... Au final, depuis le temps que j'y pensais, je ne me retournerai plus dans ce restaurant, plus envie ce genre d'expérience (qui arrive trop souvent), pour au final manger des repas froids et continuer à payer des prix exorbitants .... la satisfaction client chez Mac Do, il ne connaisse pas .... il y a que le chiffe d'affaire qui compte ....

30/10/2024: J ai été le soir du 30 octobre 2024, service impeccable serveur souriant attentionnée. J ai passé un bon moment merci au Serveur (Nathan) service incroyable il faudrait plus de jeunes comme lui qui font le boulot avec le sourire c est très important #MCDONALD POISSY 78300 Ps j ai tellement été bien servi que j ai demander son nom au serveur.

17/12/2024: I am a regular customer, and every time I visit this cafe, an employee takes the liberty of shouting at me for no good reason. This behavior is unacceptable and very unpleasant. Every time I ask to see the manager to report the situation, she refuses and tells me I'm the one in charge, I'm not the only one who complains, it's a girl. I have already reported this issue several times, but no action has been taken so far. I am seriously considering filing a police report as such behavior towards customers should not be tolerated.

14/12/2024: Unacceptable treatment for its customers. A long-time customer, I went on Friday at 4:40 p.m. to get my usual coffee. Unfortunately, the credit card machine was out of service, and not having any cash on me, I was unable to pay for my coffee. So far, an understandable inconvenience. However, when I politely asked to use the toilets before leaving, the person at the cashier refused me access, telling me that they were “for customers only”. A real humiliation given that I had come to consume in the first place! When I tried to explain the grotesque situation to the barista, the manager intervened... to drive the point home with disconcerting condescension! What nerve is what proof of discernment on the part of this manager! Result: not only did this contemptuous attitude shock me, but it was enough to convince me to never set foot here again, neither for a coffee, nor for my future lunches... Congratulations to the team for having managed to lose a customer faithful in record time

01/12/2024: To flee! 35 min wait to get 1 happy meal to go. And it's called fast food.... In addition I had to claim my order which they had supposedly given to someone else. I checked, the toy and the apples were missing! Ashamed ! In addition, internet orders and delivery come first. Very poorly organized. 1 out of 2 terminals work and it's impossible to get ice cream. Brief : I will never go there again
