18/01/2026: The coffee was always weak and weak. Much more expensive than the other places in the mall. We hadn't been back for a year... Minimal service

03/01/2026: I didn't understand why we were treated so badly. The staff were laughing loudly and jokingly insulting each other at the checkout, no greeting or anything, just a dismissive "see my colleague" without even looking at us. Honestly, I was very disappointed. They need to go back to basics in customer service.

23/01/2026: They're all smiles behind the counters, but with customers it's a different story – zero friendliness. Just like the brand itself, which is impossible to reach when customers are dissatisfied. They steal our personal data, but they couldn't care less. You need to rethink your approach; the competition is out there.

12/12/2025: Hello, please review your team. One manager was a bit too complacent; according to her, a customer isn't allowed to make a mistake on their order, especially since the error was reported well before the sandwich was even prepared—just three seconds after payment! This same manager then discussed the matter for ages with her colleagues, even debating it. It's no wonder the wait was interminable when the person who's supposed to be managing their team is going on about such a ridiculous and truly appalling issue! Let's not forget that McDonald's is a service company, where customer courtesy is essential! And to top it all off, since it was a takeout order and I think I was too busy chatting, they forgot the dessert from the takeout meal.

12/12/2025: So yesterday, my grandchildren and I ordered set menus, and then the children wanted ice cream and cake. We did get the ice cream, but only two cakes instead of four. The order wasn't listened to carefully; the young staff gave me the impression they didn't care about the customers. They should have tried talking to us. I went back to order the other cakes, and they pointed me to a board I didn't know how to use. I had easily placed my order at the till, but my children were getting restless. In short, the atmosphere was unpleasant, with no smiles or attention. I won't be going back, that's for sure. We live right next door in Le Chesnay and come often for the children, but the service was mediocre. What a shame!

25/08/2024: Que dire de l’attente pour une gauffre et une boule de glace (40 minutes pour la gauffre)… Un serveur mal aimable qui ne dit ni bonjour ni bienvenu. Heureusement que la serveuse est agréable et souriante :). Ne parlons pas de la gérante qui est la plus mal aimable et impolie du monde. Une belle crêperie grâce aux anciens propriétaires mais qui devient mauvaise et dont la qualité de service devient déplorable….. A EVITER.

08/08/2024: Mais quel dommage que la responsable ou proprietaire..soit si mal aimable avec les clients c est terrible de mal parler aux clients et elle est irrespectueuse aussi vis a vis de son personnel! Je les plainds!!!! Manquerait plus qu une badine!!!Elle devrait changer de metier!!! Sinon les crepes etaient bonnes.

28/12/2023: Repas du midi ce jour, très déçu loin du flunch que j'ai connu tous à été revu à la baisse plus le choix pour les salades les accompagnement légume... repas très pauvre en choix c'est dommage je ne pense pas y retourner.

24/12/2023: Cliente depuis une quarantaine d années , je n' ai jamais vu ce Flunch dans un état aussi lamentable : obligésde manger avec nos manteaux, le buffet froid largement diminué, mélangé aux desserts quand aux plats chauds,on en parle du jambon , pendant des années sauce Madère,puis sauce champignons et maintenant plus de sauce.... L ambiance du restaurant,et bien ... Beaucoup de tables 'squattées' par des groupes avec une bouteille d'eau ou un café, des enfants qui courent de partout sans surveillance Malgré tout le personnel fait de son mieux, agréable : je les plains......

01/09/2024: My favorite restaurant for years, I was disappointed with my meal today. The orange tagine is bland, but above all I found several pieces of bone and cartilage in the chicken pastilla. The staff was friendly, and the atmosphere as lovely as ever, but I won't be returning.

31/01/2026: Very good. But update your contract with your provider for Pluxee (formerly Sodexo) meal voucher cards on your payment terminal, otherwise you will lose customers.

12/12/2025: I'm shocked! I just received my Uber Eats order an hour after placing it, and it was incomplete. The extra dessert tasted like dish soap. Never again!

11/12/2025: Waiting 5 minutes at the drive-thru before being able to order, then more than 20 minutes to be served, even though there was nobody at the drive-thru or in the restaurant.

17/12/2024: I am a regular customer, and every time I visit this cafe, an employee takes the liberty of shouting at me for no good reason. This behavior is unacceptable and very unpleasant. Every time I ask to see the manager to report the situation, she refuses and tells me I'm the one in charge, I'm not the only one who complains, it's a girl. I have already reported this issue several times, but no action has been taken so far. I am seriously considering filing a police report as such behavior towards customers should not be tolerated.

14/12/2024: Unacceptable treatment for its customers. A long-time customer, I went on Friday at 4:40 p.m. to get my usual coffee. Unfortunately, the credit card machine was out of service, and not having any cash on me, I was unable to pay for my coffee. So far, an understandable inconvenience. However, when I politely asked to use the toilets before leaving, the person at the cashier refused me access, telling me that they were “for customers only”. A real humiliation given that I had come to consume in the first place! When I tried to explain the grotesque situation to the barista, the manager intervened... to drive the point home with disconcerting condescension! What nerve is what proof of discernment on the part of this manager! Result: not only did this contemptuous attitude shock me, but it was enough to convince me to never set foot here again, neither for a coffee, nor for my future lunches... Congratulations to the team for having managed to lose a customer faithful in record time
