Points for improvement for me: - guarantee that vegetables and meats are fed without pesticides, GMOs, etc., avoid intermediaries, work in a short circuit to no longer increase prices - raise the salaries of your teams to at least €2,500 (they deserve it) by reducing the indecent profits of the people at the top

29/05/2025: I don't usually post negative comments, but I had to! We're at Parly2 today and wanted to order a slice of plain flan with golden brioche from the top of Parly2. There was a single slice of coconut flan, and next to it was a whole new plain flan. So naturally, I asked for a slice of plain flan, which was refused because, and I quote, "we're not going to cut it when there are other desserts." So, I'm truly outraged by this kind of attitude, being in the business myself!!!!!! People are becoming more and more incredible!!! Of course, we didn't eat anything; it was the last time we came here!

24/01/2026: We've been coming for a few years now... but what a decline! The plates are practically empty... don't arrive right when they open and you'll get the leftovers from the previous service. Only one person to refill and clear the plates... the stack of plates is cleared away at dessert time... and the desserts are still the usual, typical, artificial fare you'd expect from this type of chain. As for the ice cream... the hygiene is appalling, the ice creams are mixed together, the tap for rinsing the ice cream scoop is broken... In short, the list goes on and on.

22/01/2026: Very disappointed. A fall from grace. No spring rolls. Limited selection. Lots of leftovers that weren't very fresh and were quite greasy. The ribeye steak is called beef tenderloin. The toilets reek of toilet paper. The last time I went, I left with grease stains.

08/07/2025: I confirm the bad comments, cold and no smile from one person in particular, the other people are smiling and correct except him, the grandmother who serves the cigarettes forgot to pay me the coffee with the card, she offered it to me but took money from her wallet, proof that the individual in question is stingy.

09/06/2025: Unfriendly and insulting manager, gloomy atmosphere. A lousy dive.

02/09/2024: To escape 1h30 of waiting plus the waitress supposedly looked for us everywhere but we were on the terrace we arrived inside she seems surprised it's Sunday September 1st lol so she is now preparing our meal

30/08/2024: We take 100 euros worth of buckets, drinks, tenders... for an extra sauce we are still asked to pay... Moreover when we take a hot drink we are told that there is more sugar... but still not s a commercial gesture... and table service is non-existent even if it is offered because we are asked to collect the trays at the checkout...

18/09/2025: I ordered two meal delivery options. However, the rice that was supposed to accompany my order was forgotten. I immediately reported this by phone, but I never received the rice. I understand that mistakes can happen, but what I find unfortunate is that my complaint was ignored!

01/12/2024: To flee! 35 min wait to get 1 happy meal to go. And it's called fast food.... In addition I had to claim my order which they had supposedly given to someone else. I checked, the toy and the apples were missing! Ashamed ! In addition, internet orders and delivery come first. Very poorly organized. 1 out of 2 terminals work and it's impossible to get ice cream. Brief : I will never go there again

28/11/2025: Great Starbucks!! However, to avoid any unpleasant surprises...it closed some time ago and no longer exists

19/12/2025: The menu is well-balanced, the price-to-quality ratio is good, and all the staff are very friendly. I've been eating there regularly for two years. The negative comments probably come from demanding and frustrated Parisians.

22/12/2025: A huge difference between the photos and reality: the room was freezing with only one small heater for the entire space... Cleanliness needs improvement... The room was very outdated, with torn sheets... And to top it all off, the evening hostess was austere... Avoid at all costs

20/12/2025: Good hotel for a low price. I stayed two nights. The room was nice. Don't hesitate if you're on a budget.

29/11/2024: To flee, Nice establishment but cooking canned duck breast is a horror and what's more they charge us €2.70 for coffee ☕️ instead of €2.30... due to a misunderstanding.

10/12/2025: There was a time when it was so filling you could barely finish your sandwich. Now, the tuna one is more like mayo/tuna than tuna/mayo. Smaller bread, less filling—I'm switching to another place.

04/12/2025: The croissant was cold, but that's forgivable compared to their shameful hot chocolate (be warned, you have to wait 20 minutes for it to cool down, otherwise you'll burn yourself). It was incredibly sweet. I asked if it was possible to add milk, and they did so reluctantly, as if I were asking a huge favor. Plus, the waitress didn't even stir it. In the end, I had thick hot chocolate at the bottom of the cup and milk in the other half. I didn't notice right away. It was only after drinking the milk, thinking it had been stirred, that I saw this diabetic-looking mass of hot chocolate. PS: Okay, I understand that eating in is a bit more expensive, but if only they cleaned the tables, it would be justified, wouldn't it?
