After several exchanges, I received no further response, and then I was simply told that they would take my message into account "when they have time." Frankly, it gives the impression that they don't need students or that they don't really care about those who want to train with them. Very disappointing.

14/03/2026: It's unacceptable to force a refund for a card payment to be issued as store credit on a gift card, especially when your store policy clearly states that, if the product is undamaged, we have 21 days to request a refund, except in exceptional circumstances. I almost never shop here and I don't intend to start again. Furthermore, the refund in the form of store credit isn't mentioned anywhere except on the wall at the entrance, nor at the checkout, nor on the receipt. They even managed to tell me I should have come back on the same day [at 9:25 PM, I was leaving the store, making returns difficult at that time]. You need to review your return policy and system; it's completely inadequate, neither clearly stated nor properly implemented. I will not use this card; I demand a full refund to my credit card for returned items.

One menu for four people, two hours to get our food, three tables arrived after us and had finished their drinks and main courses while we still hadn't been served, no carafe of water, no chips, no sake... we had to ask for everything... The €14 dish was a mountain of pasta with three pieces of chicken, no smiles, no explanations, no apologies... The €140 bill was quickly taken with a sour look and without asking how our evening went... Avoid at all costs!

25/11/2025: Permanently closed. We made a reservation by phone for a large table on Saturday, November 22nd at 12:30 PM. It's closed. A passerby who works at the town hall said the restaurant is permanently closed.

The menu is now very limited compared to before, and the service and atmosphere are barely acceptable—the spirit of the old Italian restaurant is gone. The cleanliness also leaves much to be desired. It's a shame, the place had so much potential.

Small dining room, reservations are recommended, and in good weather, the terrace is very popular.

Having eaten there previously with colleagues during the week, I had fond memories of it. Yesterday, however, it was a completely different story... While we were warmly welcomed by the owner and the waiter, things went downhill after the main course, as we waited and waited and waited... We saw other customers waiting and then leaving after their main courses, and we eventually did the same to go home for dessert. What happened that day? I don't know, but the waiter was so overwhelmed that he even brushed off "René," a regular customer who hadn't seen his food arrive for 45 minutes. I was the first to be disappointed, having recommended this little brasserie to my family. Otherwise, the restaurant is clean, well-located in a historic area of ​​Versailles, and you can easily find paid parking spaces in the municipal parking lots. In short, I was really disappointed with this restaurant that day; perhaps I should go back another Saturday to see...
