13/12/2024: We had two happy meals at the drive-thru... a unique experience, never to be had again. In addition to a long wait at the terminal, we were told that there were no more toys... so we had the same book twice, which is nothing compared to the cheeseburgers we got discovered once we arrived at our place! The latter did not have steak (photos supporting), which boiled down our children's hamburgers to two slices of bread, a slice of cheese and a layer of ketchup. I've never seen this anywhere else... avoid it!

12/12/2024: Ashamed! The notions of business sense and customer relations are completely absent at Mc Donald's Achères! No consistency between them. I asked if it was possible to buy a toy alone, the person at the checkout said yes. When it's time to pay, his manager sitting behind me, her nose on her computer, calls him and whispers behind my back! In the end the person at the cash register tells me that she can't have her colleague say that I have to pay for the Happy Meal menu. Scandalous for a manager not to take responsibility and prefers to hide behind her computer and send her colleague. What a cruel lack of professionalism! I travel often and this is the only McDonald's in France to refuse this. Run away before you even park.

14/09/2024: McDonald's not clean, hygiene really needs to be reviewed!!! The trays are disgusting! And the fries, let’s not talk about them, are cold and not cooked. And obviously two days later sick!! Avoid unless you have pounds to lose and want to have a good stomach ache.

14/09/2024: Burger and fries served cold. We reported it 4 times and 4 times the staff (arrogant) told us to wait at our table and nothing. Very dirty restaurant.

28/09/2024: We eat well there, only downside, we leave smelling of food, we need to review the ventilation

22/09/2024: Getting worse and worse, forgetting is almost systematic. Fries only half filled is amazing, and it's now the norm there. There was a time when it was a "very good" McDonald's, it's a shame.

02/07/2025: Hello, I ordered from McDonald's Wings (Vichy, 03). My partner and I decided to try the "Quebec fries." €5.30 with so little sauce, it's disgusting, really expensive for what it is. I'm submitting this review to the head office because McDonald's Wings doesn't look at their reviews and isn't doing anything to address the lack of toppings.

29/06/2025: Good evening, I made a really unfavorable message about the Mac Do in Bar sur Aube, especially regarding cleanliness and hygiene (floors, toilets, tables, meal trays, etc.), moreover in this same establishment I discovered a 3cm bone in a fish fillet from the children's menu that I had brought back and another time in an adult menu, rotten salad 🥗, it is high time to send someone incognito to straighten out the image of this establishment before it is closed for hygiene reasons

12/01/2025: Aggressive bouncer, bitter staff and little attention to customers, surely suggesting a problem with the management of this place. Completely out of step with the quality generally found in Versailles.
