14/08/2024: Having managed to obtain tickets for the Olympic Games in Versailles, we selected this hotel for its location and its services. When we arrived there, we were won over by the charm of the establishment. A small disappointment, the breakfast time: 6:30 a.m. You won't have to wait to be on time at the site the next day. In the room, small hiccup: the safe does not work. A little disappointing considering the standard. I imagined that the equipment was checked before customers arrived. The staff showed good will to resolve the problem. A replacement of the batteries (in fact there were none…) changed nothing, the whole safe was replaced. The next morning, we can't wait to see our athletes shine and at 6:29 a.m., we are in front of the breakfast room which is still locked. 6:35 a.m., she still is. 6:40 a.m., desperately closed... 6:45 a.m., it finally opens, a quarter of an hour late, without an explanation or a word of apology. And there, new disappointment: the pancakes are barely cooked. The raw dough escapes when you bite into it. The chocolate buns are also raw inside. So we settle for a piece of bread swallowed in a hurry because we are already behind schedule. When it's time to check out and check out, reception is empty. We wait five minutes before going to try to find someone in the breakfast room for the first time. We are told that he has gone out or gone down but that he will arrive soon. A second visit to the room was necessary before seeing someone and being able to pay. Even more than a quarter of an hour wasted... When I shared our setbacks and indicated that a gesture would be appreciated, I was told "I will pass on the information" while asking me my phone number and my email address. That was a week ago, and as of now, I haven't had any response. The price of the stay represented a big sacrifice for us, which we accepted in order to have a great experience. We left disappointed, not by the setting (the building is magnificent and the rooms comfortable) but by the services and the welcome and the little consideration we received. What a shame that what should have been a great experience was ruined like this.

09/08/2024: Good points: comfortable bed, friendly receptions who tried their best, incredible peaceful location. Bad points: most of the room amenities did not work. 2 of 4 available electrical sockets did not work. As there was no overhead light, you either charged your phone or had the lamp on. On arrival the fridge didn’t work, but was replaced. The housekeeping lady was clearly used to these problems and smiled wearily. The room was extremely hot, unless you had the main door open. We were offered a fan but given the lack of sockets refused it. I assume that is why they hadn’t already put a fan in the room. The only facility for making a drink was an espresso machine that only made espresso. Usually, you can fool these machines to allow you to produce hot water, but not this one. The receptionists got us hot water but it was very inconvenient to have to go down to get it. The room safe was not attached to anything and was broken. We took it down to reception but no-one was around. All this would be fine for a room price under E100, but due to the Olympics we were charged just under E300. If you are going to take advantage of supply shortages, you must offer the basic amenities expected of that price. We had paid for 2 nights but moved to another wonderful hotel much closer to Paris for half the price for the second night.

23/12/2023: Very oily fries, frozen kebab, he took the frozen kebab from the box, the taste of the kebab is very unpleasant. On the other hand, seller was nice

25/08/2024: Le déclin !!!! Peu copieux , mal présenté Cerise sur le gâteau une serveuse qui doit vite changer de travail et filer devant un ordinateur pour ne croiser personne ! A moins que ce soit une étudiante , ouf les cours reprennent dans 8 jours !

14/08/2024: Bonjour Je suis venue manger avec ma famille sur un coup de tête, surprise de la découverte de ce restaurant. Accueilli de la meilleure, des façons par la serveuse Lola, qui a su prendre le temps et me conseiller à moi et à ma petite famille. Belle expérience

13/09/2024: En télétravail avec mon épouse, nous avons pris une heure de détente pour le déjeuner. Très bonne surprise, c’était très bon, frais, et service rapide, en plus avec le sourire. Ambiance cosy. Nous y reviendrons!

08/09/2024: As always we always check the reviews of other users as well as the photos and we were not disappointed. Taste and presentation of dishes to match. Small oversight regarding our desserts but largely made up for with a commercial gesture. Thanks again!

05/04/2024: It's still junk food. The sandwiches we give you have nothing to do with the ones you see in pubs. The origin of the meat: unknown. Too expensive for what it is....! The hamburger is best made at home. At least it's done from the heart.

03/04/2024: Serious food poisoning for my children after ordering from Quick Sartrouville, this has been several times. Very dangerous !!!!

13/12/2024: Nous y venons une fois tous les deux mois à peu près. SPA: Nous avons profité du SPA le 12.12.2024 courant la matinée. L'accueil par le personnel était très aimable. Le sauna et le jacuzzi étaient hors fonction. Dommage! La température de l'hammam avait atteint un niveau agréable que vers 11H. (nous donnons 3 étoiles sur 5 à cause de problèmes techniques). Restaurant/ cuisine: Le niveau de la cuisine et le service/ personnel ont été parfait cette fois ci (nous donnons 5 étoiles sur 5).

08/12/2024: Bel étalissement, beau cadre dans lequel on a passé un bon moment en famille. Belle diversité des plats de l'entrée au dessert. Mais, on aurait apprécié avoir plus de choix dans les salades et, au moment de Noel, manger un peu de foie gras. Personnel un peu distant.

23/12/2023: Repas en famille hier soir planches charcuterie et fromage énorme. Cœur de rumsteck superbe cuisson respectée. Ensuite j ai pris 3 colonels (ceci dit en passant le supplément de 5 euros d alcool était il indispensable surtout après 3 colonels et 2 limoncelos). Le tout dans une bonne ambiance avec des serveurs et serveuses à l écoute et le sourire. 👍👍👍👍👍 Bonne fête à vous

14/09/2024: The toilets are in a deplorable state, we went there just as they opened and it's not possible that there has been any maintenance. Then let's not talk about the tap which doesn't even fit.

02/09/2024: This evening on September 2, arriving at 10:45 p.m., the drive is closed while the restaurant indicates 11 p.m. closed. Response from the team member: the manager decided to close early, you have McDonald's next door!!! If you want McDonald's, you know how to find it... when you go to KFC, it's for your chickens 🐓! Very disappointed and surprised by the speech and your actions.

09/09/2024: We came for lunch this afternoon and the experience was more than positive! Frankly, I don't understand the negative reviews that I've read, unless it's to create bad publicity, I don't know... In any case, I was pleasantly surprised to discover this unique concept: two rooms, two atmospheres. A Greek fast-food side at the entrance, perfect for a quick meal, and a restaurant side at the back, with a beautiful decoration and a terrace for sunny days. We arrived around 11 a.m., and very quickly, many employees from neighboring offices came for lunch. It’s a popular place, and we understand why! The dishes were delicious, well presented, and the service was fast with a smile. For my part, I recommend without hesitation!

15/09/2024: I went to eat with my daughter and my partner, the reception was mediocre, the dishes were extremely expensive (you'll find better elsewhere and cheaper) and the exploitation of the servers is clearly visible. the little pseudo-Portuguese gentleman who we imagine to be the very haughty manager, his way of speaking makes you think you are in the 40s despite his young age. not to go ladies and gentlemen

31/08/2024: We reserved a table for dinner. We warned the waiter that we would be a little late and he replied that there was no problem. Once we arrived, we were informed that we had to wait because our table had been given to someone else. 20 minutes later we went to see them because there was no news, just to tell us that there was nothing left in the fridges. This is unacceptable!

21/09/2024: Atypical restaurant. The decoration is very neat and the room upstairs is very nice (very pretty wooden decoration). The restaurant manager and the waitress were very welcoming and in a very pleasant mood! The food was very good.

15/09/2024: Immerse yourself directly in an exotic atmosphere that takes you to Sweden. A warm and friendly Sweden in this case. A good variety of meat or fish dishes to choose from. You can go there with your eyes closed!
