22/08/2026: Very disappointing. I ordered an iced matcha, but it was like drinking water. Matcha is supposed to have a rich, full flavor, but here they just filled the glass with ice cubes, which completely drowned out the taste. Paying €6 for water is unacceptable. On top of that, the staff was very unfriendly. A horrible experience.

05/09/2026: This McDonald's really leaves much to be desired. The staff is completely inattentive to customers. Getting an employee's attention is incredibly difficult. The wait time for your order is truly excruciating. Avoid this McDonald's at all costs; nothing about it is right.

05/09/2026: This McDonald's is a disgrace! On Saturday, September 5th, at 2:50 AM, the wait was already endless, even though there were only three cars. Then, when I got to the drive-thru, they told me they were out of tomatoes… considering how many sandwiches use tomatoes, the choice quickly became limited (and I love tomatoes). Finally, after finding a substitute sandwich, I was told at the register that the card reader was malfunctioning and I couldn't pay with my phone! Of course, they hadn't informed me when I ordered, and I didn't have my credit card with me, so I left empty-handed after a 30-minute wait. If you can't handle the night shift, don't open.

06/08/2026: The experience wasn't good; the dishes were too salty, and the quality left much to be desired. It's expensive for what it is.

06/09/2026: Bobun is an excellent restaurant where you can enjoy a good meal at a reasonable price. The dining room is simple but efficient, and the service is friendly. We had an excellent pho dac biet and a beef loc lac after a workout. The dishes were well-prepared, perfectly seasoned, and very comforting after exercise. €29 for two people is quite reasonable. I will definitely go back!

15/11/2025: This is my second trip back to the Paris region. As a former loyal customer, I tried to order a few months ago when I was back, but unfortunately, it was closed for some unknown reason. I tried again on this trip, and it's CLOSED AGAIN, even though it says it's open online. Perhaps it's closed permanently, but they should at least inform their customers. Disappointing.

24/08/2026: Utter incompetence in order management. Systematic delays. They give us an hour? Come at least 30 minutes later (and I'm being generous; I've experienced delays of over an hour). It's absolutely disastrous. A shame, because the food is good...

22/08/2026: Sweat dripping and disrespectful to customers

14/08/2026: Bad experience this morning, August 14th, at the Brioche Dorée in the middle of the Vélizy 2 shopping center. The server seemed very tense, spoke extremely loudly, and in an almost aggressive tone with the customers. The customer in front of me, for example, received a latte that had overflowed from the glass, which wasn't cleaned up. Most surprising: a gentleman reported seeing a mouse, and the server apparently didn't react at all.

09/08/2026: Flan Coffee éclairs Absolutely amazing at their place Absolutely delicious However, putting plants as decoration is nice if you clean them, because above the food counter with centimeters of dust looks really neglected. A thorough cleaning is necessary. (Brioche next to Sephora)

15/08/2026: We walked 10 minutes out of our way to give it a chance, despite its current 3.8-star rating, because the food looked good in the pictures and there were some positive reviews. The restaurant was closed for vacation, but they didn't even bother to update Google to avoid situations like this.

05/09/2026: The new waitstaff was appalling. Cleanliness is a gamble. The alarm clock is a mere shadow of its former self since the change of ownership.

10/08/2026: Delicious food - this has to be one of the best places in Versailles for decent Chinese food. (Yes - I know - why fly all the way to France for a Chinese feed),. But nonetheless, we were not disappointed. Very good.

01/08/2026: Good tart, but… Honestly, it's too hard to remove all the strawberry stems… This is the third strawberry tart my parents have bought, and all three times some of the stems are still there…

26/08/2026: Very disappointed with my experience at the drive-thru today. I dealt with a young woman who, in my opinion, was particularly unpleasant and disrespectful in the way she spoke to me. I can understand that there might be stress or a busy schedule, but that doesn't justify a lack of respect for customers. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience really disappointed me. I hope the team will take this kind of behavior into account so that customer service can be improved. August 26, 2026
