12/06/2026: If you want to be treated badly, assaulted, and humiliated, go ahead! I agree with all the other negative comments... At the bar, an aggressive, middle-aged man, completely rude and disrespectful, who didn't know how to listen to a customer's needs. Even with a simple "hello, please" from me, my polite request to use the restroom sent him into a rage. "The restroom is for customers who buy drinks," he told me! I agreed to buy a drink, but he insisted and continued to be aggressive, trying to justify himself. He yelled at me (he thought I was in the men's restroom). He went to the women's restroom, and I took the opportunity to tell him that the toilet seat wasn't clean. He wouldn't accept my comment and continued to yell. He grabbed the toilet brush to clean the seat. Luckily, I had my alcohol wipes to clean it. Upon leaving the restroom, I asked for the menu and paid for a coffee (€1.80) which I didn't drink. He was mute and very strange. I thanked him for his welcome, hospitality, and kindness! Not even a thank you from him... AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

25/06/2026: The cashier is grumpy; I ask her for a slushie and I feel like I'm asking for the moon. She talks to me like I'm poor.

25/08/2024: Que dire de l’attente pour une gauffre et une boule de glace (40 minutes pour la gauffre)… Un serveur mal aimable qui ne dit ni bonjour ni bienvenu. Heureusement que la serveuse est agréable et souriante :). Ne parlons pas de la gérante qui est la plus mal aimable et impolie du monde. Une belle crêperie grâce aux anciens propriétaires mais qui devient mauvaise et dont la qualité de service devient déplorable….. A EVITER.

08/08/2024: Mais quel dommage que la responsable ou proprietaire..soit si mal aimable avec les clients c est terrible de mal parler aux clients et elle est irrespectueuse aussi vis a vis de son personnel! Je les plainds!!!! Manquerait plus qu une badine!!!Elle devrait changer de metier!!! Sinon les crepes etaient bonnes.

18/05/2026: I was passing through this area on my way back from the weekend, so we decided to stop for lunch. The staff wasn't very friendly, and I have no words to describe the state of this restaurant in terms of hygiene; it's appalling. The dining room was filthy, the tables weren't washed, and there was food, sauces, paper, and more on the floor. When I went to the restroom, I was speechless. Looking at the photos... It definitely put me off my food. 🤢 This is completely unacceptable.

30/06/2026: Today around 8:30 I went this morning at Starbucks at saint germain en Laye by exception. I usually go to this shop every other afternoon for my coffee. I enter and the lady at the register takes the person that just entered after me instead of me. I consider this an honest mistake and made no fuss. I ordered my coffee which is just a double espresso with ice (or an americano with no water) to go. The young brunette girl at the register with the tag Melissa (not sure it is her name) proceeds to approach her colleagues that were making my coffee and make fun of my order laughing and exaggerating like it was something noteworthy to not want your coffee to be water diluted. Her colleagues kept their posture and were professional. I ordered in french (not that it should matter but she knew I understand her) and was 1 meter away from her. I have worked in coffee shops throughout my 20s in multiple countries. It goes without saying that you don't ridicule your customers in their face. What is more when I try to ask her what is so funny about my coffee as I exit she (as a coward) looks to the floor and pretends to not hear me. Not even an apology for her luck of education and basic social intelligence. Thank you Melissa as now I have to find another place for me and my husband to order our afternoon drinks on the daily just in case you work afternoons....

30/06/2026: It is a Starbucks so coffee is good. Today though I had the worst experience of my life with Melissa or that is what her name tag said (brown hair girl at the register). She took my order and proceeded to make fun of the way I like to drink my coffee with her colleagues. Her colleagues that were professional enough and did not respond. Mind you it is 8:30 in the morning and I usually go to this location in the afternoon, so first time I have to deal with this as the afternoon staff is great. When I try to ask her what is so funny about a double espresso with ice (or an americano without water) she acts like she doesn't hear me. I ordered in french so she knew I understand her. I have done this job so many years when I was a student.... Laughing with your customers point blank one meter away from them is an indication of her luck of professionalism. A pity because thanks to Melissa I will never ever enter this store again while I was a daily customer. Thank you Melissa for your lack of education and basic social skills.

29/05/2026: Hello, I'm ready to come and discuss this in person and peacefully to improve the service 😊 I ate because I couldn't waste food! 💪🏽 Service: 0 🥺 Food: 0 🥺 The staff are whispering amongst themselves while customers are there. You'd think they were talking about us 🤣🧐 Honestly, I wanted to try it every time I passed by... I shouldn't have. 🤣 I don't want to be harsh, I don't like that, but honestly, I won't be back and I don't recommend it at all 🤦🏽‍♂️🤣🤦🏽‍♂️ The pizza had no taste, but then again, for €8.90 you can't expect fine dining. The only positive thing was the gentleman who cleared the table at the end; he greeted me with a smile. 😊 All the best, it's a shame because you're in a great location! 🙏🏾💪🏽

09/05/2026: I'm a regular at this restaurant/café, but this time I'm writing a review because I was disappointed by the behavior of the young woman who worked at the pizza, sandwich, and café counter. I asked for a napkin because my little girl had gotten food in her mouth, and she acted like she hadn't heard me. It took a third request before she finally gave it to us.

26/06/2026: I wanted to know if this restaurant was still open. I often walk past it and the gate is always closed. Between 6:45 PM and 8 PM

13/04/2026: Quite scandalous. It's advertised as being open until 1am, but already closed at 00:15... we made a big detour to come and eat, I should have read the previous reviews more carefully and trusted them.

12/04/2026: I arrived at the McDonald's drive-thru in Plaisir at 12:37 a.m., even though closing time is clearly indicated at 1:00 a.m. (app, website, and signage in-store). Despite this, they simply refused to serve me. But the most shocking thing was the staff's attitude: they accused me of having opened the drive-thru barrier myself. An absurd and completely inappropriate accusation. Refusing a customer before closing time is already problematic. Accusing this customer falsely is downright unacceptable. If you can't provide service until the advertised time, update your hours. And above all, train your staff in a minimum of professionalism and respect. Very bad experience.

17/04/2026: The pizza was very good, but I ordered a large pizza, which cost 3 euros more, only to realize too late that it was a medium...

12/03/2026: Disappointed... out of 3 pizzas, all 3 were disappointing. We ordered a Reine pizza with extra pepperoni, but we didn't get the pepperoni. We also ordered a Cannibal pizza without merguez sausage and with extra pepperoni, but they replaced the ground beef with pepperoni. The same thing happened with the other pizza. And sorry, but you're a bit stingy with the toppings compared to other Domino's locations...

22/07/2026: Worst restaurant experience of my life… The pizzas looked stale and had a strange taste; I definitely don't recommend it. The staff was very unpleasant. They need to completely overhaul this place!

29/05/2026: Does not deserve three stars. Unpleasant welcome, made us feel like we were bothering them. Dinner buffet was dirty. Tables weren't cleared, and the food was dry and had been reheated for several hours. The air conditioning in the room was broken, and it was 27 degrees Celsius until morning. At breakfast, there was no coffee, no clean cups, and the tables weren't cleared. I deserved a refund.

23/05/2026: The air conditioning isn't working, it's 32 degrees in the room! Management can't do anything.

21/06/2026: The owner is seriously lacking in hospitality. He offers a basic kebab that you can get 200 meters away with a smile and a warm welcome. Go to Tonton Kebab, it's ten times better.
