21/06/2026: A very bad experience. Every time I come, the welcome is unpleasant and the service leaves much to be desired. The waiter speaks rudely to customers and is disrespectful. You feel like you're bothering them when you walk in. It's a shame, because a minimum of politeness and professionalism would be appreciated. I do not recommend this tobacconist.

10/08/2026: At their place, there's a great atmosphere, the pizza arrives hot, especially the pizza from their place near me in Évreux. They've been defrosting, even though in Bonnières it costs 60 euros for 4 pizzas and 1 taco. They use the best ingredients.

03/08/2026: I'm a fairly regular customer and very rarely disappointed. It's great, delicious, and a pleasure to go there. Wait times are always under 20 minutes, they never forget their order, and there's always a good atmosphere. I recommend it!

22/07/2026: I've ordered takeout from them several times. The young woman who hands out the orders is always very friendly and pleasant, and very helpful if there's a problem.

31/07/2026: Very disappointed by this experience. Upon our arrival at 9:10 PM, the buffet was already largely empty and was never replenished. For a restaurant offering a buffet, this is particularly disappointing. By dessert time, there was practically nothing left, which left a very bad impression at the end of the meal. We also encountered problems with our drink order, which was not handled properly. Finally, the staff had an argument at the bar in front of all the other customers. This scene created a very unpleasant atmosphere and gave an unprofessional impression of the establishment. Considering all these factors, this experience was very disappointing. We will not be returning and do not recommend this establishment.

23/07/2026: I had checked the reviews, which I found very mixed, but I figured I might as well form my own opinion. Mikado, which we loved, recently closed, so we went to this restaurant instead... There was a decent selection, but the dishes had had time to get cold, except for the wok dish which was made fresh. The food wasn't particularly flavorful and smelled reheated... the rest was enjoyable for everyone. However, I left the restaurant having vomited my entire meal within 10 minutes: I've never been sick from Asian food before. I'm very wary of this restaurant despite some not-too-bad reviews. In any case, we won't be going back. My two-and-a-half-year-old daughter was €8; she used to eat for free until she was three at Mikado.

20/09/2026: We had to wait about 20 minutes to be served. Many items were missing from our order, and the meal didn't match what we ordered. I had ordered a Fanta Orange, but instead I received some kind of concoction, supposedly tea. The employee completely emptied it and poured it back into the same glass of Coke. My Caesar salad was bad, and my son's McFlurry didn't match the order either; mine was missing too. My son served himself, even though it's supposed to be table service. The best McDonald's is the one in Flins and Montesson. In the meantime, the meal was excellent.

09/09/2026: Whether dining in or taking away, I'm always disappointed because there's always something (or several things!) wrong. The service is inconsistent, and there are always order errors (missing items, wrong items, or small portions instead of the large ones initially ordered). The burgers are made hastily and poorly. Even during off-peak hours, they're constantly overcrowded, it seems... enough to make you drown in a glass of water. It's becoming tiresome to not trust them and to have to check my order every time and find mistakes. I'm rarely served at my table. Going alone doesn't bother me, but when I have two children, one of whom is very young, it's tricky to keep an eye on their order if it doesn't arrive and then go get it... As for cleanliness, it's always relatively dirty: uncleaned tables, constantly overflowing bins, a broken sink for drinks, and the toilets aren't great either... I'm a regular, like many others, and it's the closest one, but frankly, I'd rather drive further now. Edit (09/2026): Years go by and the experiences repeat themselves... The only thing that's changed is that my children are older and more patient 😅

01/09/2026: After the visiting the Palace and before getting the train back to Paris we stopped here for a late lunch. Food and service was first class. We had Fish and Chips, Duck, & steak dishes. Cheese plate and an appetizer and crème brûlée and BaBa Bhum desserts. Of course we had wine too.

02/08/2026: The security service is atrocious, appalling, and aggressive, as if you were going into battle. Frankly, the entry selection process is completely arbitrary, and the explanations are incoherent. You're made to wait only to be refused entry without any valid reason, while others enter without any problem. A total lack of respect and organization. Avoid at all costs.

11/08/2026: Thank you for offering us such delicious, well-cooked traditions during this summer period... thank you to the brave ones who get up early.

27/06/2026: Very expensive! The gyoza was overcooked. An unfriendly waiter, when I pointed out that the skewer that had just been served was cold, immediately replied, "Well, I'll burn it for you!" I appreciate humor, but this wasn't it! A word to the wise...

19/04/2026: Very high prices, mediocre quality, minimal service; I regret eating at this restaurant. Given the prices, I thought it must be a real Japanese restaurant, but not at all; I was ripped off.

28/07/2026: The service was extremely poor, and they made unpleasant comments when I asked a question at the tobacco counter. I will not be returning and I do not recommend them.

08/07/2026: A 15-minute wait for two Happy Meals that only take 3 minutes to cook, and we were the only ones in the drive-thru! All that just to get cold fries and nuggets! Unacceptable, avoid at all costs!!!!!

01/07/2026: Nothing special. Door broken. The user terminal, even in 2026, doesn't have proper German programmed; it switches back and forth between English and French. Simply pathetic... Well, what can you expect at these prices?

15/09/2026: It's shameful! The sandwich I bought on Monday morning at 11 am was disgusting and inedible, definitely from Saturday. Nausea and stomach aches guaranteed!

21/08/2026: Price hikes have been outrageous in such a short time! I've noticed that the prices of all sandwiches are constantly increasing, and for "fast food" quality products, I don't find that justified. Paying €8 for a sandwich that costs them barely 50 cents to produce, in my opinion (large-scale production), is simply highway robbery. Please be careful who you give your money to and what you give it to!

25/08/2026: Even when it's empty they manage to serve anything and everything any old way!!! The worst McDonald's I've ever seen! This is truly unbelievable.

24/08/2026: Monday afternoon, no one there, 20 minutes for this huge order (not served at the table either, otherwise it would have taken twice as long).

29/08/2026: The two young salespeople who served us were very disrespectful (they were stingy) and completely unprofessional. Avoid them.
