15/07/2026: One of the worst meals of my life... First, there was a nauseating smell of sewage throughout the dining room. Then, burnt fries, a flank steak cooked in a deep fryer (the meat was rolled up, oozing oil, and tasted like it had been fried), wilted salad, chicken supremes (for my mother) that weren't supremes at all, but just a plain piece of chicken with bone and skin, overcooked, and defrosted, mass-produced desserts... I ate out of politeness and hunger; I shouldn't have. My stomach hurt all afternoon. All this for a high price! The waitresses were very professional, but that was the only redeeming quality; otherwise, it's a complete rip-off.

11/07/2026: No sense of customer service. They refused to replace a glass of wine (there was a wasp in it), saying it wasn't their fault... lol. So they have the nerve to bring me the same glass without the wasp... what a joke. For a €6.50 glass, they lost a customer (I went there 4 or 5 times), but I think they don't care. The owner has no sense of customer service. A shame in this profession. I won't be going back on principle.

08/07/2026: A 15-minute wait for two Happy Meals that only take 3 minutes to cook, and we were the only ones in the drive-thru! All that just to get cold fries and nuggets! Unacceptable, avoid at all costs!!!!!

01/07/2026: Nothing special. Door broken. The user terminal, even in 2026, doesn't have proper German programmed; it switches back and forth between English and French. Simply pathetic... Well, what can you expect at these prices?

22/06/2026: It changed owners and name a few months ago. Unfortunately, it's almost worse than before… After asking at the counter, they said EVERYTHING was homemade, but given the quality of the bread and pastries, I have my doubts. Or maybe they should consider a career change! For the first time in their lives, my children didn't finish a pastry because even they didn't like it. The various breads on offer are mediocre, extremely dense, and don't even come close to the quality of mass-produced bread from a supermarket. It's a shame that the only bakery/pastry shop in the neighborhood doesn't offer decent products.

18/06/2026: The kebab sandwich was really sparsely filled. The can of soda wasn't cold. The apple pie was a real treat—two centimeters of applesauce with a millimeter of apple. And the "baker" seemed pretty nonchalant. My only positive point was the smiling waitress!

27/06/2026: Very expensive! The gyoza was overcooked. An unfriendly waiter, when I pointed out that the skewer that had just been served was cold, immediately replied, "Well, I'll burn it for you!" I appreciate humor, but this wasn't it! A word to the wise...

19/04/2026: Very high prices, mediocre quality, minimal service; I regret eating at this restaurant. Given the prices, I thought it must be a real Japanese restaurant, but not at all; I was ripped off.

08/06/2026: There was an error in the order regarding the menu size, and the dessert, which was supposed to be a syrup, was served with a black coffee.

26/06/2026: I have never been to a place where I felt so unwelcome. The owner, as well as his son, repeatedly gave me the impression that customers were more of a nuisance than anything else. The interactions were cold, the responses often curt, and the tone, in my opinion, lacked respect and consideration. People go to a café to have a pleasant time, but here the service completely ruins the experience. I felt I was greeted with annoyance rather than courtesy, which is particularly disappointing. It's truly regrettable, because a simple smile and a modicum of friendliness would completely transform the image of this establishment. I will never set foot in there again and I will not recommend it!

26/06/2026: I've been to this establishment several times, both for a beer and for lunchtime coffee. Each time, I felt like I was bothering them rather than being welcomed. The atmosphere is often oppressive and unpleasant. I've even witnessed arguments between a father and son in front of other customers, which creates a real sense of unease and discourages anyone from lingering. When you ask a question or request information, the responses are often curt and unfriendly. One expects a minimum of courtesy and hospitality from a business, but unfortunately, this was lacking on every visit. This is all the more regrettable because the waiter is always smiling, polite, and pleasant. His professionalism stands in stark contrast to the rest of the service. Personally, I won't be returning. The overall experience is too disappointing for me to recommend this establishment.

21/06/2026: A terrible experience last night, I won't be back. The evening started off great with my friends, until some other friends arrived, well-dressed and sober... they were turned away at the door (oh well, bad luck). I went to join my friends who had been turned away... and then... disaster struck. I politely asked the bouncers if I could at least give my friends a kiss goodbye, and then the bartender came up to me and spoke to me like I was a child, or even a dog. My words: 1, 2, 3, get your things from the cloakroom and get out. I find this disrespectful and completely unprofessional towards his customers. Even as someone who works in the catering and bartending industry for events, I would never in my life dare to speak to customers like that. A simple "no" would have sufficed, along with an explanation of why I couldn't say goodbye—perhaps for safety reasons or something else. I could have listened, but this lack of respect was unacceptable. I'm definitely not coming back.

30/06/2026: Avoid this McDonald's like the plague! This staff, clearly untrained, takes it upon themselves to change orders as they please, or even forget most things. With every order, you'll be treated to a chef's surprise: cold, rubbery fries, missing sandwiches or fries/potatoes, drinks without ice and not at all cold, Fanta instead of Coca-Cola, completely melted ice cream, served in 30 minutes, etc. Many of us complain to managers with every order, but nothing is done to improve things. With so little consideration for customers, the employees (arrogant, sometimes disrespectful, and with a truly jaded air) should be replaced by motivated people. I waited 25 minutes the other day for just a Coke in the middle of a heatwave, and I have a priority disabled parking permit. And there were a maximum of three customers in the restaurant. I pointed out to the employee that it wasn't normal to wait that long, but she ignored me. He turned his back on me without the slightest apology. The manager even insulted me. I pointed out that I waited 25 minutes for a Coke, and he replied, "Yes, so what?" I responded, "Is that how you respond to a customer's complaint?" He said, "What do you want me to do?" As if an apology wasn't the bare minimum of respect in this situation. When I told him that this behavior was unacceptable and that I should inform the owner, he replied, word for word, "Well, go ahead and tell him, what do I care?" I think the labor and health inspectors should pay this restaurant a visit. I'm going to file a complaint.

18/06/2026: The food was alright. The service was appalling, with absolutely no customer service skills. The bill was higher than the prices displayed 🤔 and I see from other reviews that this isn't the first time.

04/06/2026: A fantastic restaurant specializing in kebabs and grilled meats! The meat is flavorful, perfectly cooked, and seasoned to perfection. The portions are generous, and the quality is excellent. The service is quick and friendly, with a welcoming team that takes great care of its customers. The atmosphere is convivial, ideal for a meal with friends or family. It's an excellent place to eat well without any worries. I highly recommend Au Prince de Cappadoce!

14/02/2026: Very disappointed by the extremely slow service, and especially by the fact that the tables are rarely cleaned, which makes for a rather messy environment. Really not great and best avoided.

19/12/2025: The menu is well-balanced, the price-to-quality ratio is good, and all the staff are very friendly. I've been eating there regularly for two years. The negative comments probably come from demanding and frustrated Parisians.

10/07/2026: Avoid this place for salads. The Caesar salad had a bizarre mayo dressing that bore no resemblance to a Caesar dressing. The goat cheese salad was tossed together with a few green beans, a bagged salad, four poorly cut slices of goat cheese log, and four halved tomatoes for €18.50. If you're looking for goat cheese on warm toast, look elsewhere.

27/06/2026: Terrible restaurant. We ordered one Coke Zero, but they didn't have any. Terrible service. Avoid this place.
