08/06/2026: Too bad, I went there and it was closed even though it said it was open, no sign, nothing.

14/08/2026: The vendor was unpleasant and rushed, even though there was no one else there. He served a ham and butter sandwich on stale bread. It's shameful to serve that kind of sandwich. The pretzel with stale cheese was so bad it would break a tooth!! Friday, August 14th at 12:00 PM…

16/07/2026: I was shocked when I saw the staff throwing away food, cakes, bread, and leftovers in the bin bags at the end of each shift. It's really not normal; normally, charities should be collecting it to give to people in need. 🙏

26/08/2026: I find the manager's behavior towards female customers strange. Otherwise, the food is satisfactory; I have no complaints.

18/06/2026: The food was alright. The service was appalling, with absolutely no customer service skills. The bill was higher than the prices displayed 🤔 and I see from other reviews that this isn't the first time.

24/05/2026: We just bought a black box with another box of sushi; we were supposed to get a free mochi, but it was forgotten. Edit: We ordered 7 wasabi, but there were only three.

23/04/2026: I ordered chicken gyozas for lunch today, but they arrived raw. The California rolls tasted like soap. I threw everything away, very disappointed!

25/08/2024: Que dire de l’attente pour une gauffre et une boule de glace (40 minutes pour la gauffre)… Un serveur mal aimable qui ne dit ni bonjour ni bienvenu. Heureusement que la serveuse est agréable et souriante :). Ne parlons pas de la gérante qui est la plus mal aimable et impolie du monde. Une belle crêperie grâce aux anciens propriétaires mais qui devient mauvaise et dont la qualité de service devient déplorable….. A EVITER.

08/08/2024: Mais quel dommage que la responsable ou proprietaire..soit si mal aimable avec les clients c est terrible de mal parler aux clients et elle est irrespectueuse aussi vis a vis de son personnel! Je les plainds!!!! Manquerait plus qu une badine!!!Elle devrait changer de metier!!! Sinon les crepes etaient bonnes.

23/08/2026: First McDonald's not to have Coca-Cola. They don't offer table service or napkins; you have to ask for them. Long wait and cold food. It feels like they're cutting corners everywhere, even on the essentials. The staff is completely unresponsive. Customer frustration seems to amuse them. Avoid!

23/08/2026: Dirty floor and tables, overflowing bins. And to top it all off, no soda.

29/05/2026: Does not deserve three stars. Unpleasant welcome, made us feel like we were bothering them. Dinner buffet was dirty. Tables weren't cleared, and the food was dry and had been reheated for several hours. The air conditioning in the room was broken, and it was 27 degrees Celsius until morning. At breakfast, there was no coffee, no clean cups, and the tables weren't cleared. I deserved a refund.

23/05/2026: The air conditioning isn't working, it's 32 degrees in the room! Management can't do anything.

31/07/2026: One of the worst experiences I've ever had in a pizzeria. Appalling quality. I do not recommend it.

22/07/2026: Worst restaurant experience of my life… The pizzas looked stale and had a strange taste; I definitely don't recommend it. The staff was very unpleasant. They need to completely overhaul their services!

21/06/2026: The owner is seriously lacking in hospitality. He offers a basic kebab that you can get 200 meters away with a smile and a warm welcome. Go to Tonton Kebab, it's ten times better.

12/06/2026: The kebab was very salty (industrial-made) and the waiter was not at all friendly!

12/09/2026: The app isn't optimized, ads pop up all the time, I had to reorder 5 times. The same thing happens when you play their "games" that supposedly let you win things; as if by chance, an ad appears on the side of the screen and ruins the game! What a shame!

08/09/2026: McDonald's, Clermont-Ferrand, 51-53 Avenue de l'Amérique. My daughter went with her friends. Using her points, she ordered a meal, a McDonald's sandwich, and a cookie. In the end, after a long wait, she received one sandwich and one cookie that wasn't even the right one. She asked for her meal, but the "so-called" manager—that's all you can call him—refused, saying it wasn't on her order, even though the receipt listed three items. He also said her points wouldn't be deducted. In the end, the points were deducted, and the girl ate her sandwich and the wrong cookie. This person showed absolutely no respect; they treated my daughter like a child who could be easily ripped off. It's absolutely shameful for a chain with such a prominent presence... Perhaps they should provide some customer service training. Keep walking. A very angry mother.
