08/07/2025: Disappointed with the delivery order, they forgot the drinks, then they offered 2 sauces to accompany the fries but put them in a single small container so everything was mixed up, and the kebab was not garnished there was more cabbage than meat, it loses its place as the best kebab in Troyes for me

18/01/2026: Discriminatory Reception. I went to this café with a blind friend and his guide dog. The reception was appalling from the moment we arrived. We were offered a small table at the entrance, in the freezing cold, with no space for the dog, even though there were plenty of tables available inside, apart from the back of the room which was presented to us as reserved. It's hard not to connect this reception with the fact that a blind person was with their dog. I immediately turned on my heel and told my friend loudly that, given this unacceptable reception, we were going elsewhere. Another waiter immediately came to offer us another table, which raises the question: why wasn't this done from the start? So we decided to leave and go to COSY, just across the street. The reception there was completely different: warm and respectful. We were seated comfortably, and the waitress spontaneously brought a bowl of water for the dog. The comparison is undeniable. I strongly advise against this establishment and encourage people to choose places that are truly inclusive and respectful of everyone.

17/12/2024: Absolutely awful, worst food we had in the 4 days we were at disney. Food was cold and not nice at all. They couldn't even make cheese garlic bread as they ran out, how hard is it to add cheese to bread? There was cheese on other stuff. Anyway, avoid at all costs.

13/12/2024: Visited here the first week of November, service was fast and the food and drinks were good but did get quite busy so felt a little rushed.

24/11/2025: All lies. Photos are fake. No sauna. No hot tub. Don't stay here. We reserved this hotel specifically because it was advertised to have a hot tub and sauna. On checking in we were charged twice. After this we were told there is no sauna, steam room or hot tub, the pool is at a different hotel, 5 km away, and there is an additional 50 Euro fee to use the sauna, which the owner had just told us does not exist. After a battle we got one of the duplicate charges returned. This place is not a good place. There is no honesty in advertising and nothing special here. Dingy small rooms, separate tiny single beds, no views, there is nothing really of any interest or value here.

09/11/2025: Despite a minor issue with the online reservation due to the establishment being closed for holidays, the owner quickly found a solution. It's generally recommended to book by phone. A very warm welcome awaits you at this family-run business, now in its fifth generation; you can feel the dedication of every staff member. The restaurant is fantastic, with a super friendly waitress who provided helpful explanations about the local area and knew her dishes and wines well. The crispy andouillette sausage was excellent, featuring local products. A nice bonus is the gas station right across the street. Thank you for your warm welcome and your quick response in finding a solution!

20/09/2024: Seven of us booked & ate here on a weekday evening & it soon filled up. It is very impressive as you approach along the quayside & the decor is genial. We were seated at a long maneuverable table which was useful for some of us. Lots of friendly staff providing a very quick service. The Sea Bass with chorizo was delicious, but the (two) white fish dishes need heating properly. All plates were left clean! Good cafe gourmand.

17/09/2024: We booked at table so expected to be served within a reasonable time of being seated. That wasn't the case. The service was extremely slow even for ordering a drink let alone our food. Which took ages to come out to us. Other diners were also looking for service wondering why the service was practically non existent. It was Sunday evening around 7pm. When our food finally arrived we were so looking forward to it we refrained from eating anything at lunchtime. Our burgers were bone dry (we order medium rare) there was no flavour at all to the meat no charring from the grill it was just smothered in BBQ sauce and chunky quarters of tomatoes. My bun was burnt around the edges so I left that. That meal took around 50 mins to come from the kitchen. Beautiful establishment shame about the dreadful food. Such a disappointing experience. I didn't even take a photo of my food that's how unappetising I it was.

23/09/2024: Take a walk along the waterfront and recoil at the prices for average food, drink and service. Then take a walk up the alley between Spallato and Wine Pier. Don't be put off by the basic looking place or staff. Sit down, you will be attended to by very friendly & efficient waiters. The food is very original & authentic. Prepared and presented beautifully by the chef. Carafe of wine Bottle of water Steak Salad Nicoise Bread 2 shots ( on the house) 47 euros Best meal of the trip so far. Hoping to come back before we leave.

13/12/2025: Live from the shop after a wait of over 20 minutes because it's 2 PM, Saturday, and there's only one cashier. A helper arrives. She takes my order: crepes, waffles, coffee, and ice cream. I ask to have it once the hot part is ready so it doesn't melt. I had to go back in line to get my ice cream... In the end, we spent more time waiting than enjoying our purchases.

16/11/2025: The ice cream was superb, no complaints there. However, the staff was neither welcoming nor friendly. We felt like we were bothering them. We were barely given time to choose and were bombarded with questions without even being told that we had to pay before making our selection. We forgot to pay for an item we had ordered, and the cashier insisted we hadn't, even though the prices were clearly displayed, so we knew exactly how much we had paid for and what it was. We didn't insist out of politeness and to avoid bothering them further! WE WILL NOT BE RETURNING because of this complete lack of professionalism!

26/01/2026: Half of the items are either unavailable or only available to order from a salesperson in the store. When we tried to order furniture in the self-service area, the salesperson told us it was better to order online from home... So, when we got home, we filled a basket with the items missing from the store. The delivery cost is €40 for a single shelf, or do we have to pick it up in Thiais?! But I just spent €1000 on kitchen furniture, and I can't get a missing item from you, which is beyond my control, free of charge? Unacceptable! Stop treating your customers like cash cows... All the self-checkout machines in this store are simply unacceptable...
