13/08/2026: We had a wonderful time, thank you so much for this authentic experience! The food was delicious! The chef and his wife welcomed us as if we were their guests! I highly recommend calling well in advance! (See attached photos)

11/08/2026: Excellent food at a very low price, €33 for the set menu, generous portions and delicious. Friendly welcome, impeccable service, we had a very pleasant time.

28/05/2026: The couscous was good, no complaints about the meal itself. However, we were very disappointed by the attitude of an employee when we asked for containers to take away the leftovers. We were told to do it ourselves, in a rather unpleasant tone. The welcome and service also play a significant role in the overall experience.

22/05/2026: We enjoyed excellent couscous and delicious Moroccan pastries. I highly recommend this restaurant.

06/07/2026: I have stayed at many hotels around the world, and this was genuinely one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve ever had. What makes it even worse is that this is a four-star Marriott Bonvoy property charging premium rates while delivering a level of service that falls far below even basic hospitality standards. The biggest issue was the cleanliness. I checked into a room with stained bed sheets (photo attached), and unfortunately that wasn’t a one-time mistake. Throughout my stay, I was repeatedly given stained bed sheets and towels, making me question the hotel’s hygiene standards altogether. Housekeeping was consistently unreliable. Rooms were not properly cleaned at many times, basic amenities like tissues were forgotten, requests were ignored for hours, and I often had to follow up multiple times just to receive services that should have been routine. What shocked me even more was how these issues were handled. I reported them repeatedly at the front desk, expecting Marriott’s usual commitment to guest satisfaction, given im a 3+ bonvoy elite member. Instead, I was met with indifference, a lack of accountability, and an astonishingly poor level of customer service. A room change was only discussed after repeated complaints, and even the alternative room had its own problems. Rather than taking ownership, the staff were dismissive, uncooperative, and showed little interest in resolving the situation properly. This wasn’t one isolated incident—it was a pattern of poor cleanliness, poor management, poor communication, and poor customer care throughout the entire stay. I simply cannot understand how this hotel carries the Marriott Bonvoy name or maintains a four-star rating. It does not reflect the standards, professionalism, or quality that guests pay for or expect from this brand. I sincerely hope Marriott conducts a thorough review of this property’s management and operations because this experience was unacceptable from beginning to end. Until significant improvements are made, I would strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to think twice before booking.

05/07/2026: The hotel room was nice but the air conditioner didn’t cool the room until the sun went down. Great location and the Wi-Fi worked well. Received 10MB download speeds, which is rare for large hotels.

28/07/2026: Nothing special, average buffet and quite crowded.

27/07/2026: The lounge was a disgrace for €75. I've been flying with Air France for over 10 years and I've seen the quality decline steadily. The dishes offered 10 years ago were worthy of a 3-star restaurant. Nowadays, it's more like a cafeteria or a supermarket canteen. Expensive ingredients have been replaced by the cheapest options. Prestigious wines have been replaced with discount bottles. The starters are meager and the hot dishes resemble low-end frozen food. At the counter, they're trying something new with pesto pasta and a paltry amount of Parmesan. The carriage has turned into a pumpkin. As for the cheese, the portions must be handed over to pharmacy scales. No risk of overdose! The good Malo yogurts must have been on vacation. The elegant pastries of yesteryear have given way to overly dry brownies and other crumbles... Regarding seasonal fruit: only apples in July 2026, no doubt an early harvest due to the heatwave! From 7 to 8 pm, Air France is a disgrace to French gastronomy. What's left in this carnage? Coffee and tea. The stifling, unventilated showers have walls eaten away by damp. When will we get wooden cutlery and composting toilets?! Trying to maximize profits has stripped them down to the bare minimum! For 75 euros per person, you get a feast at Pret A Manger. Now, if your plane is delayed, you'd be better off negotiating a hefty cash compensation than ending up in this canteen!
