19/11/2024: Nous avons dîné dans ce restaurant il y a 2 ans et malheureusement ça a beaucoup changé en terme de gastronomie. Plats insipides et si vous aimez la polenta, c'est un restaurant fait pour vous. C'est cher et cela ne vaut pas le détour. De l'entrée au dessert, il n'y a rien d'extraordinaire à retenir. Bref, nous n'y reviendrons plus.

Tagliata de bœuf, ail, miel, romarin sur lit de roquette accompagné de pommes de terre grenailles : correct bien que certains morceaux manquaient de tendrete et ce, sur les deux plats servis.
Cochon de lait : correct une fois encore mais la sauce était trop salée (confirmé par le personnel de salle).
Accueil de la serveuse sentait furieusement la fin de saison et je reste poli. Dommage.
Le vin : Domaine de Fumicicoli AOP Sartène. Très bien.

17/09/2024: For now, everything is in its juice, for 40 years, the establishment clearly needs a facelift, moreover the prices should more than allow it. The dishes are average, in quantity and quality, the 25 cl pietra is more expensive than elsewhere, the "chestnut flan" served in a small salvaged pot.
Clearly not a 4.5 star average compared to other restaurants in Sartene.

01/09/2024: We went as a family with two boys for dinner. A huge thank you to the chef! We were served and pampered as only the Apulians can do. The food is very good, portions are more than generous!
27/08/2024: I have visited this restaurant twice, the staff always welcoming.
No waiting (with reservation) even though we know their reputation.
We had pizzas (I recommend the honey goat).
Nice and trendy place.

07/10/2024: We discovered this restaurant by chance and we do not regret our choice. The setting is magnificent and the dishes are top notch. We made great discoveries thanks to the waiter's culinary explanations. We enjoyed ourselves. We highly recommend A Furtezza.

27/08/2024: Basically, I only write a review for exceptional restaurants or extremely bad experiences.
It's a shame, because this beautiful place invites you to linger.
We were there for lunch. My friend had a beef skewer, the meat was so tough. Every other leaf in my salad with goat cheese was rotten and spoiled. I was more than uncomfortable bringing this to the boss's attention. Without apology (!!!) he brings me a plate to sort out the bad salad.
In the end we pay the full price for the salad - the espresso is also on the bill. The owner probably doesn't need to make an effort.
It's a shame, go to the nearest store, it couldn't be worse.
26/08/2024: Meal at the start of the season, so we were not able to taste the famous veal on the spit, but the meats were very well cooked over a wood fire, with quality cuts (rib steak and lamb for our part). Very pleasant waiters and owner, pleasant terrace with a view of the embers. We ended up with 3 homemade desserts, very pleasant, a small downside for the bush one compared to the others which for the price of €9.5 was in fairly limited quantity. Allow on average dish dessert drink €40 per person.

24/09/2024: In a very friendly setting, faultless from start to finish for this restaurant! very pleasant staff and kitchen +++ everything is excellent and served in good quantity, kind attention for our little dog accepted without problem (Great Dane)😉 who was entitled to a bowl of water upon our arrival.
I classify this restaurant as a must-see if you are in the area, don’t hesitate! And if you're not in the area, take the detour!!

07/09/2024: We came for dinner as a couple and had an excellent time, efficient and pleasant service! Simple and masterful cuisine, if you are passing through Porto Vecchio I strongly recommend that you stop there because in terms of quality and price we will not find better
