26/11/2024: Arriving by chance, we returned there before our departure. Establishment run by a couple, Mrs. in the kitchen, Mr. in the dining room. Small card on slate which ensures the freshness of the products. Everything is perfect and very well cooked. We really enjoyed the children's dishes. She adapts the dishes on the menu according to their desires. It's a change from the usual children's menus. Very good advice for wine too. We really enjoyed the discussions with this couple throughout the two meals. We are delighted to have spent these moments near the Port of Ajaccio. You can go there with your eyes closed

05/12/2024: Always a great pleasure to meet Patrick, who is also the president of the FFMC Corse. Excellent welcome for all bikers, large parking lots for motorbikes and typical Corsican fast food. A really very nice and unmissable base!

25/08/2024: Bon mais pas incroyable. Les fritures n’avaient pas vraiment de goût. Les moules trop petites. Les frites maison étaient en revanche très bonnes. Le serveur était très aimable !

27/08/2024: Basically, I only write a review for exceptional restaurants or extremely bad experiences. It's a shame, because this beautiful place invites you to linger. We were there for lunch. My friend had a beef skewer, the meat was so tough. Every other leaf in my salad with goat cheese was rotten and spoiled. I was more than uncomfortable bringing this to the boss's attention. Without apology (!!!) he brings me a plate to sort out the bad salad. In the end we pay the full price for the salad - the espresso is also on the bill. The owner probably doesn't need to make an effort. It's a shame, go to the nearest store, it couldn't be worse.

26/08/2024: Meal at the start of the season, so we were not able to taste the famous veal on the spit, but the meats were very well cooked over a wood fire, with quality cuts (rib steak and lamb for our part). Very pleasant waiters and owner, pleasant terrace with a view of the embers. We ended up with 3 homemade desserts, very pleasant, a small downside for the bush one compared to the others which for the price of €9.5 was in fairly limited quantity. Allow on average dish dessert drink €40 per person.

15/11/2024: Quand on arrive on sent cette atmosphère familiale, l'accueil est chaleureux et souriant (à chaques repas), le service est au top, la cuisine est excellente, tout est fait maison, on sait ce qu'on a dans l'assiette, charcuterie maison, les quantités sont bien présentes et les desserts sont tout aussi bon, une adresse incontournable à Ajaccio où on se sent merveilleusement bien en semaine comme le weekend.

19/09/2024: We had an excellent stay at Claudia's! The room was very comfortable. Everything is neat, decorated with great taste and we felt very well received. Despite the rain, the house was very warm! Regarding the evening dinner, we can only recommend it, it is local, typical, excellent, refined and plentiful (special mention for the homemade profiteroles). In short, if you are passing through Bastelica, do not hesitate to stop at U Fiordalisu.

08/09/2024: We came to eat one evening during our vacation. And we enjoyed eating at this Auberge, the service was impeccable and the food was well prepared and good. I recommend for the catering side and the table service.

09/07/2025: Came here for the first time by chance when we arrived and not disappointed at all, friendly welcome and very good food (the beef tartare was to die for 😋) so we went back on the last evening. Well done to the team 👏

09/07/2025: One of the best Caesar salads I've ever eaten!!! The French toast/chicken/soft-boiled egg layering on top is a great idea. The two waitresses are very friendly. I recommend it.

18/07/2024: Dinner in the evening and we were so well received and so well eaten that this restaurant deserves to be known. Tasty and family dishes. No risk coming here (you don't risk being kidnapped see the Corsican investigation) it's like home.

23/09/2024: De l’ accueil à la table nous avons passé une super soirée dans une ambiance détendue avec des habitués déjà conquis , et c’est très bon . Merci Alexandre et Enzo, et tous les serveurs , au plaisir de revenir lors de notre prochain passage à Ajaccio.
