02/11/2025: Fantastic stay in Corsica at Auberge Cannedda! There were two of us in August, and the price was very reasonable for a lovely room with a private bathroom. Easy to find, close to the main road for traveling around Corsica by car. The beach is a 5-minute walk across the road. The location is ideal! We highly recommend this inn, both for its warm welcome and its perfect setting! Thank you again; we were able to fully enjoy the Isle of Beauty and we will definitely be back!

13/10/2025: Second time for us. We came in early August 2024 during the day and also for an evening. We loved the place, the atmosphere, and the staff. We came back this year in October for lunch. The peace and quiet was so pleasant; we were able to eat almost with our feet in the water. Special mention for the clam pasta, which I order every time.

24/12/2025: My absolute favorite. A very pleasant, quiet restaurant with a splendid view of the Bay of Ajaccio if you choose to dine on the second terrace. Yes, there are two terraces: a more intimate one in front of the restaurant and the other across the road. Both terraces are peaceful and lovely. The chef was excellent; everything was delicious from the appetizer to the dessert. Véro, the owner, welcomes you with great kindness and generosity. Thank you for the lovely complimentary myrtle liqueur.

24/01/2026: A real gem of a place near the Gulf of Lava! This is my second visit, and it's just as delicious as ever. I think my partner and I can both agree that we've rarely been so satisfied with a restaurant. The portions are generous, beautifully presented, and the dishes are bursting with flavor in every bite. The cherry on top, or rather the pistachio, is the dessert. I think the other dishes are excellent too, but the pistachio cake blew us away! 🤣 It was truly exquisite. The waitress was super friendly, the service was quick and pleasant, in short, we have nothing to complain about except that it's rare to find such a great restaurant these days. Thank you!

10/11/2025: Great meal here on our final night on this side of Corsica. The atmosphere outside was quite nice even at night. Parking can be a little tricky, but it's worth it!

03/10/2025: The omelet was good. But the welcome was deplorable. If the owner's intention was to make me feel like I didn't like the look of me, he succeeded perfectly. I don't think I was either rude or rude. Slow service. He walked past me, pretending not to notice I'd finished. The same thing happened when I paid. In short, in the end, I was so fed up with being so poorly received (despite a few futile attempts at courtesy) that I left without even saying goodbye. Enough is enough!

A wonderful surprise awaited us: a variety of veal dishes were offered, as they source from a local farmer. We ordered their signature dish: veal escalope "Macchie" style. Excuse my language: it was absolutely divine. A true delight: traditional cuisine, the kind you unfortunately find very rarely: generous and flavorful. Congratulations to the entire team.
