10/10/2026: A truly wonderful place that I wholeheartedly recommend! A restaurant with a unique charm, featuring original and tasteful decor, where you immediately feel at ease. The option to dine both inside and outside is a real bonus. We had an excellent evening, enjoying delicious, high-quality homemade cuisine. The staff is exceptionally kind, welcoming, and attentive. Everything is there for a marvelous experience: a lovely atmosphere, characterful decor, and food that delights the palate. A truly exceptional experience; we will definitely be back!

16/07/2026: A very welcoming restaurant with wonderful owners and absolutely delicious Nepalese food! The chicken curry was excellent, and I also highly recommend the local drinks and the punch. 21/09/2026: The restaurant has a very pleasant setting; however, the servers weren't particularly attentive, and the food, while good, was nothing special. I ordered the tuna steak, which was slightly overcooked and therefore a bit dry. My partner's Corsican burger was also a bit dry, lacking sauce, and served with frozen fries—a shame.

10/09/2026: The restaurant is nice, the setting is very pleasant with its shaded terrace… The food is good, plentiful, and tasty… the service is not very coordinated, the wait is very long, which is a shame because there are 3 servers, but only 1 is organized… I know it's not easy to find competent staff… We will come back and we still recommend it

16/08/2026: We hired Le Hussard for our wedding in July at the Domaine de Mare e Sole, and what a joy it was! From their support and advice to their organization... everything was absolutely perfect! The venue was simply magnificent; we couldn't have dreamed of anything better. And the lighting was simply stunning! The catering, also provided by Le Hussard, was delicious and plentiful. The products were top-quality, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed everything, from the cocktail hour to the wedding cake, not to mention the brunch the following day! A special mention goes to Titienne and Quentin, who were with us throughout the day and took such good care of us. Thank you also to Marie-Jo for the decorations, which were exactly what we had envisioned. In short, we couldn't have asked for anything more. We recommend them 100,000%!

12/10/2026: Seafood option this Monday at lunchtime: sea bream tartare with Corsican bottarga, toasted sesame oil, avocado, coriander, Espelette pepper, and lime; remarkable squid ink risotto with citron and calamari; Mediterranean sea bass with saffron-infused carrot reduction, vegetable tian with maquis herbs, and black olive powder. A superb bottle of Canarelli's Costa Nera 2020: 100% Carcaghjolu Neru, the emblematic grape variety of southern Corsica, ideally expressed by the granite terroir of Figari. French toast from Cervione spread with nuciola, homemade canistrelli crumbles, and vanilla ice cream. To crown this feast, liqueurs from the L. N. Mattei distillery (citron, nepita...). Very attentive service, generous with helpful advice. I can't think of a better way to start the week!

06/10/2026: Excellent Corsican cuisine with delicious dishes. You can go there without hesitation.

10/10/2026: The waiter is about as friendly as a prison guard; you can't even discuss brewing. The beer is mediocre... as a homebrewer, I can do much better. The inside of the establishment is in a deplorable state (dusty kegs) and the kitchen consists of just two air fryers for reheating pre-made food.
