You can feel a real desire to please and create a wonderful experience for every guest. The atmosphere is magnificent, the setting is incredible, but it's above all the quality of the welcome and the team's energy that make all the difference. Arriving by boat, a cocktail on the beach, the staff's smiles… it's hard to imagine a better way to begin the experience! 🌊🍸 This is a place that truly deserves to be discovered, both for its setting and its hospitality. The steak tartare was too spicy, the salad was underdeveloped, and the freshness of the food was questionable. Prices were high.

02/11/2025: Fantastic stay in Corsica at Auberge Cannedda! There were two of us in August, and the price was very reasonable for a lovely room with a private bathroom. Easy to find, close to the main road for traveling around Corsica by car. The beach is a 5-minute walk across the road. The location is ideal! We highly recommend this inn, both for its warm welcome and its perfect setting! Thank you again; we were able to fully enjoy the Isle of Beauty and we will definitely be back!

The restaurant is quite small, but that's precisely what makes it so charming: a very pleasant, warm, and friendly atmosphere where you immediately feel at ease. Nathalie is particularly welcoming and attentive. She takes the time to present the entire menu, explaining the dishes and the different variations available depending on the day's deliveries and the products on hand. You can immediately feel her passion and desire to please. And as for the food… absolutely incredible. Probably the best meal we've had in all of southern Corsica so far. There were three of us, and we literally devoured everything, from the main courses to the desserts. Everything was excellent. The best indicator of our enjoyment is probably this: we loved it so much that we booked another table that same evening so we could come back and experience their cuisine again! I very rarely leave reviews, almost never, but this time I really had to make time to do it. A superb discovery, excellent cuisine, and a place we wholeheartedly recommend. We can't wait to go back!

In addition to the quality of the food, we were delighted by the warm and friendly service we received throughout our meal. They accommodated our schedule and needs without any problem, making us feel very comfortable. Furthermore, the restaurant is in an incredible location with mountain views. We enjoyed dinner so much that we decided to return the next day for breakfast, and it was a great choice: it was just as delicious, and the service was excellent once again. Without a doubt, this has been one of those places that leaves a lasting impression. It has made us want to return to the island and, of course, to this establishment again. Highly recommended!

22/07/2026: Excellent restaurant! The cuisine offered by Marlar and her husband is excellent. You can enjoy Corsican specialties, wood-fired grilled meats, and more. For dessert, we recommend the chestnut cake! All this on a very pleasant shaded terrace. Marlar is very welcoming and offers helpful advice if you wish to explore the surrounding area.
