02/03/2026: Okay. The children's area is a bit small. The meal is nice and hot. Very clean, though.

01/03/2026: I ordered at the kiosk with a friend. She received her order, but 20 minutes later I still hadn't received anything. Even after explaining the situation to the employees and repeating it several times, nothing was done… I had to re-enter the order. 30 minutes for a burger and fries? The concept of fast food is a distant memory…

09/03/2026: Slowest McDonald's in France. Two ice creams prepared in 10 minutes and left sitting on the counter for 10 minutes with no one serving them… No one at the counter. Unbelievable. (And it's not the first time.)

01/03/2026: A disgrace! We ordered €50 worth of delivery and never received our fries, which is half the order. No solution has been offered! Worst McDonald's ever!

12/03/2026: A bit more expensive than a regular McDonald's because of the late-night surcharge after 11:00 PM, but the big plus is that the drive-thru stays open all night. A 24/7 McDonald's is so convenient.

12/03/2026: Everything is awful, it's incredibly expensive, bordering on a rip-off now, and what can I say about the staff... order mistakes, missing toys in the Happy Meal, sauces paid for but also forgotten, endless waits even though the restaurant is empty, it's a disaster, run away...

28/02/2026: McDonald's downtown, unfriendly and unhelpful manager this Saturday, February 28th at 7 PM. Cold fries, melted ice cream, and they refused to exchange the Happy Meal gift for another one that cost the same... in short, a bad experience.

27/02/2026: The interior was noisy, the food wasn't bad, the elevator wasn't working, and the food arrived on time.

17/01/2026: Extremely dissatisfied!! We ordered a certain amount worth of food and ended up with a smirking waiter who forgot 5 items on our order... OUTRAGEOUS! Furthermore, on a previous order, due to an unfortunate oversight in not providing our loyalty card, we returned the next day to ask if it was possible to have the points credited back to our loyalty card with the receipt... and were told to get lost... Shameful!

16/01/2026: The restaurant is very well-maintained and clean, the service is more than adequate, and the food is excellent. The menus are very well prepared, unlike other establishments where everything leaves much to be desired. Here, you can see the effort of the staff, and you thank them. I recommend this establishment wholeheartedly.

22/03/2026: Impeccable service and food, we will gladly return.

02/03/2026: We had delicious pizzas, but they could have been a bit spicier. It's a shame about the road they're on, with scooters and cars tearing past. The service was friendly.

09/01/2026: Excellent hotel and outstanding regional cuisine! Le Marmagne is a wonderful place to stay. The rooms are very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, providing a relaxing and pleasant experience. The restaurant is a real highlight — exceptional regional cuisine, full of flavor and beautifully prepared. Every dish was delicious and clearly made with great care. Highly recommended for both accommodation and dining.

06/01/2026: Not friendly at all. We did indeed book for one night. Unfortunately, there was a snowstorm on January 6th in Charente-Maritime, with impassable roads. We cancelled the reservation after having already paid approximately €46.00. I think we were in a situation of force majeure... We were refused a refund (easy to make money this way. It's perfectly legal.) I should add that we were coming from Charente-Maritime for a death in the family. There's absolutely no friendliness at this establishment.

23/01/2026: I don't understand why the restaurant is temporarily closed. We used to go there regularly, and suddenly it's gone. We were big fans and really disappointed to find the restaurant closed for months.

24/09/2025: Disappointment. Nice buffet, but it tasted reheated. Nothing crispy in the fried food, even the rice. The wok was perfect. I know a lot of products can be frozen, but you can get things that don't come out of a microwave. A year or two ago, it wasn't the same. It was good, fresh, and crispy, so we went there with our eyes closed. Well, no thanks, we're not going back anytime soon.

24/01/2026: The staff were incredibly unpleasant, the owner even worse, contradicting customers when something was wrong, and the products were frozen. I do not recommend them.

17/01/2026: The sandwich was only half full. The sauce had a strange taste. Not very good, I wouldn't recommend it. However, the bread was quite good.
