12/11/2025: A lovely meal in Savigny-lès-Beaune at a hotel-restaurant we stumbled upon.
A delightful discovery! Several set menus at different prices depending on your preferences (number of courses, wines, etc.)... but venturing into the unknown was a bit of a gamble.
And that's the only problem. It was impossible to know what we were going to eat, except for fish or meat.
So, unfortunately, we opted for the first set menu, which had excellent dishes, but we didn't want to "write a blank check," and we won't be returning because of that. The starter was very good, the fish and meat were excellent, and the dessert... well, you either love it or you don't... but it was well-prepared, with some very good extras. The dining room was lovely. The welcome and service were perfect and efficient.
Overall, we were very happy, but well... we like to know what to expect!

22/08/2024: I didn't stay there, however, I remembered the excellence of the restaurant, its gastronomy and its service as fast as it was impeccable.
03/08/2024: Great hotel, clean and nice rooms. It is also great for a passage to the south and you will be back on the highway in no time, parking is not expensive and covered. Breakfast was good and the staff spoke good English. The rooms were absolutely great and the bathroom was also nice and spacious.

25/08/2024: We regularly order from Pizza Fanny, their delivery service, so rare in the countryside, is very practical!
The pizzas are VERY garnished, you have to like it but the tastes are harmonious. Prices ok. Without being the best pizzeria in the area, we don't hesitate to call on their service unexpectedly!

16/09/2024: What a stunning hotel - created from a 12th century abbey. The original vaulted ceiling in the reception area was nothing short of spectacular.
Our junior suite room was lovely (huge opening windows were a treat) and location was perfect- just a few minutes walk to the centre of beautiful Beaune.
The daily breakfast was very French and very delicious. But what really made this hotel even more special were the staff. They were all so welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make our second stay in Beaune a very special one. We’d return there in a heartbeat!

18/08/2024: Arrived at midnight, 3.5 hours of waiting and ultimately not returning because there was no reservation (despite having asked several times if there was room outside of reservation and being told yes)
17/08/2024: The DJ is literally despicable, the music which does not need to be remixed is destroyed and it spoils the atmosphere. If you want your favorite titles to be massacred this is the right address.

08/09/2024: Yes I don't know how to write but at least when I make cocktails we use alcohol, not just fruit and because you vomit when you taste rum and you work in a bar it must be complicated in the life of every day and no unfortunately I'm not
depressive nor alcoholic for drowning my problems in alcohol and what's more they wanted to charge us for a drink when it wasn't even served so well sometimes you have to accept these twists cordially have a good day to you
08/09/2024: Certainly the arranged rums and the planters are good but after a few bottles there is no alcohol effect and given the price it's a scam

07/09/2024: Horrible ! Les toilettes étaient dignes des égouts, l’odeur se répand dans le restaurant à vomir . Les œufs meurettes étaient des œufs en soupe aux vinaigre…. Extrêmement déçu depuis la prise en poste des nouveaux gérants .
18/08/2024: I really enjoyed my lunch in this restaurant. As it was my first time in Burgundy and curious what the local cuisine is like I ordered their their Burgundy menu. It was heavenly tasty. The staff was very attentive and helpful. Not all spoke English nut they always manage to help if I needed and behaved very friendly and with constant smile on their faces.
