18/09/2024: Visited whilst staying in dijon with the family. Food was superb as was the service our order was taken quickly with a smile and food was brought out very quickly. From this point we were left to enjoy out meal in peace. Will definitely be back if in the area again.

04/11/2024: Our entrées were delicious. The crepe de riz vapeur and the salade de boeuf grillé were fantastic, we were thrilled. Riz cantonais was good. My wife's shrimp a l'ail cuit vapeur was good.
I ordered the poulet au caramel thinking it would be the safest thing on the menu. It was completely inedible. Tasted of burnt charcoal, not a hint of sweetness to the runny sauce, and the meat tasted slightly spoiled.
The waitress was polite and friendly, but cleared away my untouched plate without a question. This is disqualifying. Even if you are adverse to conflict, that has to be addressed.
Not recommended.

21/11/2024: “Restaurant” to avoid. No know-how. Being out with my 11 month old daughter, I asked the saleswoman if it was possible to warm up a bottle of water. This one asks me if I plan to eat here to which I answer that no, it's only to warm up. The saleswoman simply refuses to warm the bottle for me!!!!!
Unacceptable!! Knowing that there were absolutely no people...
I'm not going to be shy about giving bad publicity.
Fortunately a nearby restaurant of course accepted….

16/10/2024: As a regular customer, we are very disappointed! Not by the person who welcomes us, but for 2 things!
On the phone I was told, yes we are still Logis de France etc., when we pass in front of the establishment, there is indeed the logo as well as registered (Hotel Restaurant).
But when we arrive to pay, ultimately, no accommodation, no restaurant!!
I find this not correct in relation to the clientele, for those who book but also for those who pass by the establishment and who find themselves here without any highlighted service!

Undercooked potatoes, and very dry burger. Better to go to Quetigny!
15/09/2024: nothing works, the waiter spills my tray on me, coke all over my clothes and he goes back to the kitchen without doing anything, and no one does anything I ask for a commercial gesture he offers me an ice cream I ask for a caramel sundae I got a chocolate sundae. On top of that I asked for takeaway since I couldn't eat there I had coke everywhere and we arrived home to eat fries that were frozen. Avoid!!

We took the half-board option, a fabulous dinner worthy of a starred restaurant, refined and careful.
Large, pleasant room, just a small downside for the very soft bed.
In conclusion, an authentic hotel as we like them and which unfortunately are disappearing in favor of chains.
12/09/2024: Wir waren mit dem Motorrad auf Frankreichtour und haben das Hotel mehr oder weniger zufällig gefunden. Das Motorrad konnte in einer Garage abgestellt werden. Da wir nur eine Nacht geblieben sind, hatten wir ein einfaches Zimmer in den oberen Etagen. Die Zuwegung war etwas eng, mit den Helmen und Gepäck. Ansonsten war die Unterkunft OK. Wir hatten aber nicht erkannt, dass man im Hotel auch zu Abend essen konnte und haben leider daher in der Stadt eine weniger gute Essmöglichkeit gefunden.

But if we don't know how to manage a queue we close that day!
Twenty minutes of waiting and being passed three times when all we wanted was a coffee and two bottles of water...
In short, I'm from Beaune, I know where I won't go again!

21/08/2024: Very unpleasant staff. Clearly doesn't want to work, especially when a group with children shows up. I will not come back to this brand again especially as there is plenty of choice in the shopping center.
