Despite repeatedly telling us we needed a moment, she remained standing there, pressing her stomach against our chair. She was so rude it was almost amusing.

04/09/2026: As a regular customer of this McDonald's, I've unfortunately noticed a decline over the years. Regarding the service and the food: I ordered the Quebec-style fries for an extra €2, and yet my child had more fries than me in their Happy Meal… As for the large Grimace Shake at €3.50, it was served in a 40cl cup, only half full (about 20cl). Furthermore, it wasn't even a real Grimace Shake, but simply a vanilla milkshake topped with whipped cream, presumably to create the illusion of a larger product. The prices are frankly outrageous considering the small portions served. Next time, I'll order two Happy Meals: I'll get more for less than the meal that cost me €17.45 on its own. I'm not even going to mention the atmosphere, where you can hear the staff arguing and complaining… Hygiene-wise, it's also very disappointing: the place was dirty, even at 6:30 p.m., before the rush hour. It's a real shame…

02/09/2026: I went there for the start of the school year because, well, I was just passing through Châtillon-Seine, but I actually go there often. And I was very disappointed with the service, really very disappointed. I waited almost 20 minutes to be paid for; I didn't even get my dessert, even though I paid for it. I heard that a lot of people were complaining because of the extremely long wait. Some people even had their orders lost, which I found very complicated. The poor woman was all alone when the manager was there, but I was still disappointed because I left without my dessert and I still paid €4. So, obviously there's a customer service department, and I'm going to try to contact them to find a solution. In any case, I don't know for the moment if it's just going to start all over again like this, with the rush and the huge amount of time people waited for, were already fed up, and were about to leave. And I think I'm not the only one here to give a public opinion. It's not that I meant to be mean, it's just a shame because, well, it doesn't confirm what we're waiting for. Quite simply.

04/09/2026: So where to begin? The 20Hz to 150Hz range is unfamiliar in terms of frequency. The atmosphere is like a nightclub; people are constantly bumping into each other without really connecting. The exterior is more interesting than the interior. It confuses a techno bar with a tekno bar. The lineup is "tribe" but focuses on Parisian techno... The bartenders are great, but unfortunately, they don't quite live up to the style of music being offered/sold. I encourage you to discover tekno so you can market yourselves as bars of this style.

24/05/2026: Oh dear, the welcome!!! Oh dear, the service… On Sundays it's even worse, it reaches new heights, not even a bag when you leave with several loaves of bread!! Go see what happens at "Le B" or "Le Pain de chez Cibo" and you'll see the difference in service! Furthermore, the baguettes are overcooked and inedible the next morning! Otherwise, the bread and pastries are good too.

14/05/2026: Excellent bakery, just one small drawback: if you want a sandwich, you shouldn't come before 11 am! I think that's a shame for people who want to buy lunch on their way to work or school…
