15/08/2026: The burgers are amazing! We come here often because we know we'll have a great meal with friendly and welcoming staff. The atmosphere is really nice, and the staff takes care of everything from start to finish, ending with delicious homemade desserts.

A very warm welcome, excellent cuisine, friendly and attentive staff… Due to lack of space, we started inside, and when tables became available, we were seated on the more refreshing terrace. Thank you. There was a bit of a wait, but seriously, are we in such a hurry? And frankly, given the quality of the service, it's well worth the wait. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back.

26/09/2026: A very friendly and relaxed little tapas bar. At lunchtime, you can enjoy delicious local oysters; the oyster farmer is right next door at the market. They also have grilled sardines, but not when we were there. And of course, tapas to share. In the evenings, there's a variety of entertainment and live music. In short, a lively and welcoming place. Worth trying at least once.

06/09/2026: 🍔🔥 Big crush on Papy Joe in Lorient! I went to check out Papy Joe and honestly, I loved the experience! It has everything you love about a good American diner: delicious smash burgers, hot dogs, homemade tenders… with quality ingredients and, above all, a really welcoming team. The concept is really cool, with a 90s vibe, arcade games, foosball, darts… and the best part: everything is free to play! 🎮🎯 There are also screens to watch sporting events and a happy hour. In short, you don't just come to eat, you come to have a good time. I tried the Bacon Beast Master, the Avocado Hot Dog, and the Caesar Salad. Everything was delicious, with a special mention for the burger: the three smash patties with cheddar and bacon are seriously good! 😂🔥 A place I highly recommend if you're ever in Lorient. A great find and definitely a place I'll gladly return to!

16/09/2026: July 2026. Church of Saint-Séverin, located in the Latin Quarter on the Left Bank, is a century-old church with stained glass windows. The church boasts rich and vibrant stained glass windows, including precious works from both modern and 19th-century times. When sunlight shines through the glass, it casts mesmerizing, colorful shadows inside. Originating as a dwelling place of the 6th-century hermit Saint Séverin, it was also an important parish church for students of the University of Paris in the Middle Ages. Around the double-tiered cloisters and choir stalls stands a uniquely shaped, spiraling stone column resembling a palm tree, its beautiful stone showcasing the exquisite architectural craftsmanship of the late Middle Ages. The exterior and interior are decorated with many vivid gargoyles (gargoyles), and intricate stone carvings, possessing high artistic value. Admission to the church is free. 13/09/2026: A cathedral I stumbled upon while walking from Montparnasse Station to the Île de la Cité. A place impressive for its grandeur, solemnity, and beautiful stained glass.

21/05/2026: A truly extraordinary place. We were there in mid-May, and the weather was nearly perfect for the short hike along the river and past various pools. Some sections of the trail aren't easy, but with good shoes and a bit of training, you'll be able to enjoy the unique scenery.

11/09/2026: Passing through Bagnols-sur-Cèze, guided and recommended by a passerby, we headed towards the historic center, to the town hall square. It was 1:30 pm, and the owner set up a table for us under the arcades to protect us from the sun and the wind that was shaking the parasols. The terrace was full, as were the two indoor dining rooms! The service was friendly, attentive, and efficient, especially during this busy period. The Caesar salad was superb, generous, and delicious; the rest of the meal was just as good! Thank you to these young, incredibly active business owners, who are clearly rewarded by the size and loyalty of their clientele!

06/09/2026: Extremely disappointed with this establishment, which I hadn't been to before. I usually order elsewhere, but due to an unexpected closure, I ended up at this pizzeria I found online. I ordered five pizzas, including a butcher's pizza with two toppings (egg and goat cheese). Once inside, my first major disappointment was the incredibly flat pizza dough! I'd never seen anything like it… The pizzas looked more like Flammen Kush than pizzas. It was very disappointing. Then, despite being charged, the extras I ordered weren't added… In short, a complete disappointment. I read the reviews afterward, and apparently, many people have already complained about the pizza dough… I won't be repeating the experience.

The "gourmet coffee" was truly indulgent and made us want to come back! The service was professional and quick. They offer a set menu with excellent value for money in Biarritz. A bonus: parking is easy and free, just steps from the city center. A must-try!
