08/03/2026: A real gem in the 5th arrondissement! El Cervantes restaurant is simply incredible. The atmosphere is warm and friendly; you immediately feel like you're in a real tapas bar in Spain. The tapas are delicious, homemade, and bursting with flavor: everything is fresh and perfectly cooked. Special mention goes to the sangria, which is excellent! The service is top-notch; the team is super welcoming and always in good spirits. The portions are generous, and the prices remain very reasonable, which is rare in Paris. It's the perfect place to spend a great evening with friends enjoying delicious dishes to share. I highly recommend it, and I'll be back very soon! 🌟

19/02/2026: Talented, social chef and personable waiter! An intimate restaurant serving delicious tapas. Fairly priced drinks, a real Parisian gem. Pictured is the ‘pan con solomillo y jamón’, I recommend ordering it!

06/11/2025: I really enjoyed it. Simple but tasty food. Unfortunately, there's no indoor seating. Be aware of this on cold or rainy days, but it's more than compensated for by the superbly friendly service and atmosphere.

07/03/2026: This is a wonderful discovery that transports you to the Basque Country through the flavors of its dishes. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The tapas and desserts are generous and delicious. They leave you wanting more! We will gladly return and recommend it. 🙂

02/04/2026: Back at this restaurant after about ten years… and still just as good. The experience was exceptional, a true restaurant, with all that implies. A well-crafted menu, dishes that flowed seamlessly, each with its own unique touch and impeccable execution. A very pleasant surprise on the wine front as well, with a quality selection that perfectly complemented the meal. But the real highlight was the desserts: you immediately know they're their specialty. Precise execution, indulgence, balance… it's hard to imagine anything better. An establishment that has evolved while retaining its soul. I highly recommend it.

06/03/2026: The manager has an extremely aggressive and unpleasant way of speaking to customers. We had a reservation, so we left! Many other tapas bars in Toulouse are much more worth your money.

I was pleasantly surprised and impressed by the quality of the food and the excellent service, with a great vibe that made me smile and wanted to come back without hesitation (be warned, you need to be very hungry). The added bonus is that if you come with someone, you can get a doggy bag.

01/03/2026: A great spot with a relaxing atmosphere. Both the kebabs and tacos are excellent. Takeout is available. I recently ordered tacos, which were very generous and customizable. I recommend them 200%! 👍
