09/06/2025: An experience not to be repeated. Despite having made a reservation, there was a 10-minute wait before being greeted and seated, followed by another 10 minutes to place an order. The tables were sticky, the cutlery looked questionable, a waitress who didn't know how to optimize her steps, and empty trips spoke volumes. The sides were cooked on the outside but raw on the inside. In short, a new concept I'd never experienced before.

08/06/2025: This restaurant is ideally located across from the market halls in the city center. A very warm welcome! The dishes are homemade and of high quality. Kudos to the friendly and attentive service! We highly recommend it. Go there with confidence.

10/07/2025: Paul actually has good stuff, but the flan wasn't the best and the prices were exorbitant, even though it's a motorway service station.

28/10/2025: We had a business diner here with a group of 10 people. The menu offers a great choice with accompanying wines. Staff is patient and helpful when ordering. The food was great, and we were able to have a good conversation.

03/10/2025: I want to take a moment to highlight Thuc Nghi Quach, who works at the restaurant/bar. She is, without a doubt, the absolute best employee at this hotel. Her warmth, professionalism, and genuine care transformed my entire experience here. Every interaction with her was a reminder of what true hospitality should feel like. While the hotel itself is nice, it’s Thuc Nghi who made my stay truly delightful. She goes above and beyond in making guests feel welcome and valued, and honestly, she’s the reason I’ll remember this stay so positively. The hotel is very lucky to have her on their team.

17/01/2026: The staff were pleasant and friendly. The portions were quite generous. The cooking was well executed, but the taste was completely uninteresting. It had absolutely no flavor. From the meat to the spices, it was almost as if it was artificially colored or prepared for Western palates. It's a shame; for €60 for two people, we were left wanting more.

07/10/2025: I'm extremely disappointed; I won't eat there again! After several months, I wanted to order a good meal, so I ordered it through Uber Eats. After a 45-minute wait, still no delivery. Then I called the delivery person, the restaurant, and still nothing. The only thing they told me was to wait, and they hung up on me. After the third call, they told me to give me my Uber code even though I hadn't received my order. Of course, I refused, and they hung up on me again. Treating your customers like this is a scandal! It's great to redo your visual identity, but it's even better to respect and deliver to your customers. I can guarantee you that I'm going to give you bad publicity! We'll eat somewhere else!

19/11/2024: I will definitely stop ordering from Jade Ichiban, with a lot of regrets because I have known the restaurant for several years and I was always satisfied with it. However, since the new owners, the quality and quantities have declined significantly. And yet I tested it again and again to find out if the comments I was able to make directly were taken into account. Well no… I’m always still hungry after a meal. The slices of sashimi as well as the sushi are much smaller (the trays are also smaller), there is significantly less rice in the trays, you can see the bottom in the tray of the coleslaw, etc… On the other hand, prices increased as soon as the restaurant took over! It’s such a shame for this restaurant in Verrières which used to be so excellent! We really feel that the key is to save on quantities. I will now unfortunately go elsewhere, to the Japanese restaurant a little further away in Antony for example, which I also know, which serves its customers more generously, with very good quality dishes.

03/11/2024: Good morning We have been regulars at Jade Ichiban for several years, but we note with regret that the quality has dropped drastically and we are very dissatisfied with this. Several examples: - barely 2 bites in salads - bo bunh almost without vegetables, without noodles and without meat replaced by inches of soy - a quantity of salmon in the chirachi reduced by 2 thirds - and overall a lot less flavor in all of their dishes Furthermore, the price has greatly increased for a much lower quality of service and greatly reduced quantities. We are extremely disappointed as we were regular weekly customers, and will therefore order very exceptionally from now on unless the quality changes. Hoping that this opinion will be taken into account Kind regards
