11/04/2026: Disappointing. We had booked two places. There was a long wait throughout the entire meal. The couscous was mediocre; admittedly, it was nicely presented, but there was very little semolina hidden under the vegetables, making it too mushy. €23.90 without an appetizer. One glass of wine. The dessert was good, but overall, I was disappointed. We won't be back.

24/10/2025: First time and a wonderful discovery. We tasted the couscous, a delight, and the gourmet coffee was perfect. The service and welcome were very professional. We recommend it and will be happy to return.

22/03/2026: I'm sorry, but after several years of coming to this restaurant, this time was a huge disappointment. A tagine served on a simple plate, not in a terracotta dish, was inevitably cold, even after sending it back to be reheated. If there are no more tagine dishes available, they should say so beforehand and offer something else. So, we might go to Biarritz next time, where the whole team has moved, but never again to Concarneau.

08/05/2026: We were invited to stay at the Goyen for the second time following a disappointing experience during our stay in February. This time everything was perfect! We received a welcome note and a small bag of treats. The staff were just as friendly and welcoming as last time. Breakfast was once again excellent, plentiful, and varied, with homemade items. The hotel is decorated with great taste; every detail is perfectly considered. I highly recommend this hotel, and we warmly thank the manager for the invitation.

04/05/2026: I spent two nights there this weekend and it's a superb hotel!!!! A wonderful place! A very lovely room overlooking the port of Audierne! The staff is exceptionally good, true hospitality professionals. I felt very comfortable there and I highly recommend it. It's so nice, especially these days, to be welcomed in such a wonderful way. A big thank you to the whole team! 😘🙏

14/10/2025: We had a blast, the best mussels we've had so far. From the main course to the dessert, it was flawless. The server was very friendly and welcoming!

02/03/2026: Professional and very friendly welcome. Good selection of local beers. However, a bad experience: I was bitten on the arm by an obese dachshund, and the owner refused to apologize.

01/04/2026: A wonderful discovery! Not being familiar with Portuguese cuisine, I thoroughly enjoyed my meal at this restaurant. The owners are very friendly, the food is delicious, and the Portuguese decor is charming. The only minor drawback (and it wasn't a big deal) was that, with the open kitchen, it was quite hot in the dining room.

23/02/2026: A true taste of Portugal! The food is excellent, and the owner and his wife are incredibly kind. And their olive oil—I haven't tasted anything like it in ages. A wonderful discovery.

07/07/2025: Late lunchtime, but meals served until 2:30 p.m. Starter/main course/dessert menus at €29 and €39. Original and very good andouille tartare; whiting tournedos (millefeuille) very well presented and good; monkfish blanquette excellent. The desserts (homemade again) were appreciated! Fast service (there weren't many people left) and friendly. In short, a restaurant with good homemade cuisine and a warm welcome!

04/07/2025: The dishes offered appealed to us, so we sat down on the cozy terrace. The view is very beautiful on the port of Camaret with its shipwrecks and Vauban tower. The staff was friendly and the chosen dishes were very tasty. The price was very correct. I also saw nothing but happy faces at the tables around us. We can highly recommend that address.

17/04/2026: As promised, here's our review of the dough. A little background: we had ordered savory pizzas beforehand, and since we had thoroughly enjoyed them as always and were still hungry, we decided to order just the dough to make a dessert ourselves. So we added lots of chocolate and bananas. The dough was quite firm. Perhaps a slightly thicker, airier dough would be better for this kind of recipe? But it was perfectly fine, and still delicious. Thanks again for providing the dough.

27/04/2026: WARNING: Change of Ownership While previously the food was truly homemade and delicious, and very affordable considering the quality, the establishment has now changed hands. The prices are the same, but the quality is now comparable to any restaurant serving mass-produced food (i.e., acceptable, but nothing special). The menu features "the famous Pavlova du Fil Rouge"... We ate the old version several times, and it was excellent and could therefore be considered famous. The new version is a mixture of industrial meringue and industrial ice cream... The chocolate fondant is the same generic version found in all restaurants serving mass-produced items (but at least here, the fondant was actually fudgy, which is something). The food was "okay," so neither good nor bad... I'm trying to be objective, but knowing the old restaurant's cuisine, I'd be tempted to simply say "it wasn't good," but that wouldn't be true (although, comparatively, it is). In short, I find it very sad that this restaurant, which used to serve quality food, is now profiting from the reputation of the former establishment. They've kept the same name, but they clearly haven't kept the same chef, or if he has... his soul must be withering from having to serve sad, microwaved, mass-produced dishes. The waitress was perfectly friendly, though. In conclusion: I was very disappointed and felt ripped off when the name of the establishment is unchanged and even the menu board says "the famous Pavlova du Fil Rouge," when nothing is the same anymore. And it's also sad to hear other customers say, "We stopped here because there were very good reviews online"... (the waitress could only smile awkwardly at this remark). Indeed, there WERE very good reviews, but, ladies and gentlemen, you didn't eat at Le Fil Rouge... you ate within the former walls of the real Fil Rouge.

15/04/2026: Newly opened, a great crêperie. The owners and staff are very friendly and helpful. Don't hesitate to go in, even though there's construction going on outside at the moment.
