Je recommande vivement même pour les repas d'affaires car le service est rapide

05/12/2024: I had the opportunity to dine there during the meal for the conscripts of Saint-André-sur-vieux-jonc and everything was perfect. The atmosphere was friendly and warm, ideal for a festive evening. In terms of cuisine, the dishes were excellent: fresh products, controlled flavors and careful presentation. You can feel the know-how and passion in every plate!
The service was also impeccable: attentive, smiling and very professional despite the crowds of the event. Thank you to the whole team for this wonderful moment. I highly recommend this restaurant and I will return with great pleasure!”

14/11/2024: Deux passionnés aux commandes : le chef et cuisine et le serveur… une cuisine étonnante et raffinée pour un petit restaurant qui ne paye pas de mine au milieu des kebab et pizzerias… du foie gras et entrée et de l’agneau, un dessert citronné délicieux

Unfortunately we didn't skate because there was over an hour wait to get skates.
Better come with your skates!

17/09/2024: Nous avons réservé pour 2 à 14h. Heure tardive !! Nous avons eté reçu avec le sourire et avec des plats succulents !!! Le personnel ainsi que le gérant etaient adorableeeee et aux petits soins avec nous les prix sont totalement cohérent avec la qualité des mets je recommande pour toutes personnes de passages ou pour les locaux de se faire plaisir en se délectant avec un plat, un dessert haut de gamme . 14/09/2024: We are very impressed with the efficiency and organisation of the staff. We are staying in a Chateau a few kilometres away from the restaurant and le patron recommended a number of places for an evening meal. When I telephoned to make a reservation I was transferred to a member of staff who speaks very good English. The restaurant opens at 7.30 and we were the first to arrive. The restaurant filled up very quickly and soon there were 80 customers but no one had to wait for orders to be taken and food to be served. The menu is best described as good home cooking and was very enjoyable.

28/09/2024: A very nice discovery by chance. Back from vacation, we stopped by without reservation following Google reviews and we were not disappointed. A welcoming smile from the owner, a menu that is not too big and where everything makes you want to taste it. We feel that it is homemade. Their young son is at the service with a smile and already a great professionalism. Everything we tasted was delicious. Very good proposition for wine. I can only recommend.

Superb discovery.
To put it simply, it comes down to BEAUTIFUL and GOOD, tip-top service.
We enjoyed ourselves (coconut curry trout and chicken with 2 polenta mustards)
A little wait but that's normal, it's not a restaurant with a 10-page menu and a "freezer/microwave" kitchen
I'm removing a star from "ambience" because the room was a little noisy and I'm adding it to "kitchen".
A small downside to “tease” the cook, I find that the corn in the salad looks a bit like Buffalo Grill ;)
We will come back to this.

08/09/2024: The best of the best in Bourg if you simply love seafood!
We have known this restaurant for over 10 years now and we have always enjoyed it!
The owners are very friendly, Mr. in the "stoves", Mrs. in the dining room.
This is one of the best restaurants we know, so yes, quality has a price, well deserved in this case.
Importantly, the tables are spaced far enough apart so that guests have their space. The atmosphere is calm.
10/08/2024: I have passed this restaurant thousands of times without knowing what a gem it is.
I left the Bourg region, but I come back several times a year. And this time we got through the door.
We tried: bouillabaisse and basil sea bass.
Special mention for the rum baba, served with an extremely interesting choice of rum. We opted for the owner's rum and it was amazing... extraordinary.
Dogs are welcome, kept on a leash.
A wonderful moment. The owners are adorable.
We loved it, we will come back, that's for sure.

Charcuterie oder Salade chèvre chaud, onglet/ Aigle fin/ rognons de Veau, Käse oder Eis oder gebratene Aprikosen! Schöne Weinkarte, auch sonst gute und preiswerte Menus! Empfehlenswert!

10/07/2024: L'emplacement du restaurant est pratique, et il dispose d'un parking.
La salle de restaurant est climatisée ce qui est un plus lors de certaines journées d'été presque caniculaires.
La carte proposée est variée = multiples salades, viandes, poissons... et différents types de cuisine (plats un peu épicés, tartare, filet de poisson, etc....)
Bref, rien à redire, sauf peut-être un petit bémol : Sur certains plats l'accompagnement en légumes est juste suffisant pour un "gros" mangeur.
A noter que le pain est excellent, ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas dans les restaurants !
Pour info : Ce restaurant a changé de propriétaire il y a quelques mois !
09/05/2024: Très déçu à peine nous avons eu l'apéritif que le plat chaud arrivait déjà. Arrivé à 19h45 on nous a gentiment mis dehors à 21h45.
