21/08/2026: One of the best restaurants I have ever eaten at. I came to stay in this superb establishment; the food and service were excellent, the charm of the village was there, and I was lucky enough to meet Mr. Blanc who took the time to come and see us and take a picture with us.

21/08/2026: The inn is a magnificent place, the food is exceptional, the staff very friendly, and Mr. Blanc came to greet us very warmly. Everything was perfect.

09/08/2026: Back from vacation, we stopped for lunch at Mets et Vins. It was a wonderful discovery: refined and elegant cuisine, perfect pairings and cooking techniques. The service was impeccable. Special mention to the Chef's lemon tart: absolutely divine! Thank you for this delightful experience.

24/07/2026: July 2, 2026: A quick stop around 2:15 pm. The kitchen was already closed, but my husband and I, being motorcyclists, were sweltering in the heat. You served us a cheese platter, butter, and fresh bread with two shandy. The welcome was absolutely delightful. The owner came to chat with us. Excellent memory, we'll be back, that's a promise. Big hugs and kisses from Alsace! PS: The waitress even came out onto the terrace to wave goodbye from afar as we were leaving on our motorcycles. Unforgettable memory. Thank you, thank you, thank you! ❤️

25/09/2026: A wonderful discovery. My partner and I went there for the first time, and we'll definitely be back. I opted for the surprise menu, and every course was a delight. Everything is homemade with local ingredients, and the price is reasonable. What more could you ask for? Thank you for this wonderful experience! PS: As my partner is pregnant, they even adapted the menu to accommodate her dietary restrictions—thank you to them.

06/09/2026: We ordered two charcuterie/cheese platters. Too little for the high price. Three slices of sausage, three slices of panxetta, four pieces of cheese, but unlimited pickles. We were disappointed.

We came as a couple with our 18-month-old baby and received a very warm welcome. The service was attentive and pleasant from beginning to end. A fantastic place that we highly recommend. 24/08/2026: A warm welcome, a superb team, and delicious food! That pretty much sums it up... Well, almost, because to elaborate, we were first greeted by a charming team. This same team ensured flawless service. Our heartfelt congratulations to everyone, from the kitchen staff to, of course, the Chef, who delighted our taste buds, not forgetting the behind-the-scenes staff who ensured our comfort. An excellent establishment with, moreover, a beautiful terrace overlooking the Saône River, which we highly recommend. A big thank you to everyone, and above all, "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" 😉

A huge thank you to the entire team who were welcoming, friendly, and truly attentive. A fantastic place in Bellegarde-sur-Valserine; we will definitely be back!

12/08/2026: The staff is absolutely lovely. The menu is short, but that's a good thing because the food is expertly prepared! The portions are just right. A real treat! The dining room is very pleasant, and the noise level is quite low, which is very nice. Honestly, well done! A very nice restaurant.

01/09/2026: The frogs' legs were dry at first course and smelled reheated. The greenish-colored gratin also smelled reheated. The servers were friendly but completely overwhelmed and clearly insufficient in number. We ate there last August, and everything was delicious with impeccable service. Very disappointed.
