07/06/2026: We had a very good meal and a lovely time at this restaurant. The food was delicious, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the terrace is particularly pleasant. The wait was a little long, but a waiter came to let us know in advance and apologized, which I really appreciated. I had also requested a small gift for my mother's birthday, and my request was taken into account, which we were very happy about. However, one thing bothered me. I overheard the manager (or owner) correcting an employee about their service. It's perfectly normal to train and support staff, but making this kind of remark in front of customers seemed unprofessional and probably uncomfortable for the employee in question. Apart from that, our experience was positive! Thank you!

07/07/2026: I've eaten at Crescendo several times now, and each time I'm just as satisfied. The staff is welcoming, smiling, attentive, and always goes the extra mile, even when it's busy. One detail particularly stood out to me: I wanted an iced coffee, which isn't really on the menu. Since they were out of ice, an employee took the time to go and get some from their other location so she could make it for me. Despite the crowd, she made a point of fulfilling my request with great professionalism and kindness. This kind of attention is becoming rare and deserves to be highlighted. It's this sense of service, combined with a team that's always available and pleasant, that makes me want to come back. Thank you to the whole team for your dedication and good humor. I highly recommend it!

07/07/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Always a pleasure to come to Crescendo in Bourg-en-Bresse! The team is truly fantastic, welcoming, and efficient, even when it's busy. A huge thank you to the team leader, who is incredibly accommodating. Thanks to him, everything runs smoothly, and we always feel welcome. A quick message to the young people who will be working during the summer: hold on tight, guys, it's packed! 😄 But despite the crowds, the quality is always there. It's always so good. I highly recommend it!

From the outside, you could almost walk right past it, thinking it's not very busy, but once you step inside, you're in for a pleasant surprise: a large, warm, and inviting room at the back. The atmosphere is truly lovely, almost like being at home: friendly, intimate, and full of charm. I loved it. The food is delicious, the service is excellent, and the staff is very friendly. A huge congratulations to the whole team for this wonderful place: the staff, the food, and the setting truly deserve to be highlighted. I recommend this place 1000%!

You served us a cheese platter, butter, and fresh bread with two shandy. The welcome was absolutely delightful. The owner came to chat with us. Excellent memory, we'll be back, that's a promise. Big hugs and kisses from Alsace! PS: The waitress even came out onto the terrace to wave goodbye from afar as we were leaving on our motorcycles. Unforgettable memory. 07/07/2026: Excellent homemade Vitello tonnato, even the accompanying salad was good, which is rather rare these days… the summer dessert of mascarpone and pistachio was a delight, friendly and attentive staff, reasonable prices, a very good place, we will be back!
