10/05/2026: A one-Michelin-starred restaurant: what a disappointment. The waiter was nice and smiling, but apparently, he didn't go to culinary school... He served you from the left, stretched out his arms to serve/clear the people opposite him instead of going around, treated you like children: "I'm going to ask you to put your napkin on your lap" 😱😁, and served you white wine instead of red. You'd better keep an eye on him... The concept: a surprise menu imposed by the chef. It's understandable why: six customers on a Saturday lunchtime... It would be a shame to waste it. Well, it just so happens that I'm a bit picky and don't eat a very varied diet. I mentioned this to the waiter, and then the chef showed up and made it clear that I was "being difficult." The chef is very rigid. In the end, very expensive for what it was.

07/03/2026: Writing We went to eat at Le Dahu last night for our last day of vacation in Lélex, in the Jura region. The women had raclette and the men had a Jura fondue with 12-month aged Comté cheese: a real discovery, accompanied by a nice little white wine from the Jura. I enjoyed it like never before! It was the first time I'd ever had raclette made exclusively with Comté cheese, and I highly recommend it. Furthermore, neither the staff nor the owner had anything to complain about: we left the restaurant completely won over. A big thank you again to the owner for his kind gesture (with the white wine). I recommend this establishment.

16/05/2026: What a lovely place! It was full in the afternoon, but we gave it another try in the evening and made a reservation. Nice atmosphere, pleasant service, and delicious food. The smoked tuna (starter) was excellent, as was the duck breast.

01/06/2026: Excellent, much better than Bocuse. It's very good, and some of the dishes are truly unique, at least for me. My wife even tried a scallop, something she usually hates, but here she almost finished my entire plate.

30/04/2026: Excellent experience. We had a walk-in meal and received a very warm welcome. We were able to take our time looking at the menu. The service was excellent, with very friendly, smiling, and attentive staff. The meat was delicious, cooked perfectly (rare) and pink for my duck breast. Respecting the cooking time is a golden rule! The dessert... magnificent, with Marianne Lorieux's macaron... divine passion fruit! And a complimentary digestif of very good limoncello! This is an excellent place. We will definitely return!

29/05/2026: Lovely spot! I hiked in for lunch - an easy walk (3km-ish). Great food and great hosts and a very relaxing activity on a nice day.

14/05/2026: A peaceful place far from everything. This was our last stop on the GTJ (Grande Traversée du Jura) for my son and me. The welcome was perfect. We were able to store our bikes safely. We stayed in a small twin room. Everything was clean. Our host was available, welcoming, and kind. We played board games while a storm broke outside. The evening meal was simply delicious! The hearty breakfast was exactly what we needed to set off again in top form. We will return if the opportunity arises.

Everything was in place for an exceptional experience: a warm welcome, a magnificent setting, attentive service, and refined cuisine from start to finish. The spa is a true haven of peace, elegant and impeccably maintained, ideal for extending this relaxing and rejuvenating break. Special mention also goes to a particularly promising young sommelier, passionate, attentive, and already very professional. His enthusiasm and advice greatly contributed to making this stay even more memorable. A huge thank you to the entire team for this timeless experience. A must-visit for lovers of fine food and memorable experiences.

30/03/2026: A very warm welcome and excellent service in a place that combines a tobacconist, a bar, and a restaurant. The food is superb, whether it's the young rooster served on the menu or the free-range chicken from the Ain region with morels. It's the kind of place you wish you had right on your doorstep.

13/03/2026: Julien, the friendly chef and owner, cooks up excellent home-style cooking using quality ingredients. Excellent value for money. At €17.50 for a starter, main course, and dessert, what more could you ask for? And the portions are generous, always subtly seasoned with a touch of Espelette pepper from the Basque Country, where the owner is from. We've been going there regularly since moving to the area in February 2026. A great place with fast service, in a relaxed atmosphere where you'll meet the locals. Go without hesitation.

22/03/2026: The decor is adequate, but lacks warmth. The same goes for the service. The dishes are very well prepared, but again, I found the flavor a little bland. What completely put me off, however, was the smell of the glasses, still saturated with their cleaning product. They were impeccably clean, but not rinsed thoroughly enough. And it was the same with their replacements. Once the water was in them, it absorbed the smell. Unfortunately, this ruined the overall experience.
