10/09/2024: Nice discovery a few meters from my home. Family management, courteous service, generous portion, fair price, shady location. The fish & chips and crumble were very good! The only downside could be the noise because the Max Barel roundabout is trafficked I will definitely go back

08/10/2024: Menú degustación encantador, varios especiales y algunos reinicios aparecieron en la mesa. Gran carta de vinos también. No tomé tantas notas como de costumbre, ni fotografié extensamente esta. Pero por supuesto, un entorno estupendo, comida encantadora, gran personal y una de las vistas más cautivadoras de la riviera desde un lugar muy en medio de los Alpes - región marítima. Todo ello en un hotel bastante subestimado y firmemente arraigado en un entorno bucólico y tranquilo.

01/09/2024: Qué velada y cena más agradable en el restaurante Saint Martin en un entorno precioso, realmente único. Mi marido y yo estamos tan cansados de restaurantes de alta gama mediocres junto al mar y recientemente hemos descubierto el hermoso hotel y restaurantes de Chateau calle Martin en las colinas de Vence. Qué placer estar aquí, cenar en la terraza con una vista impresionante. El servicio es impecable, lo mejor que he experimentado en el sur de Francia, todo el mundo es tan atento, educado, agradable, profesional, trabajando en equipo. La comida era preciosa y muy bien presentada. Fue perfecto. 10 / 10 !

19/08/2024: We have been going to Auron for 25 years, it is a superb restaurant, Fabienne and Christophe are very welcoming, the best restaurant in the area, everything is homemade from the starter to the dessert, you can go there with your eyes closed. Traders like them and lack them. Thank you again for all the good times spent, a warm and family atmosphere.

15/09/2024: Un bel endroit, au calme, à l'entrée du village de Courmes. J ai peut-être été un peu déçue car je m t'attendais à une carte plus diversifiée et à des plats plus originaux... Nous avons mangé correctement, sans plus, et les prix sont très raisonnables. Ce bel endroit mériterait un petit coup de rafraîchissement et une nouvelle carte.

12/08/2024: Auberge très accueillante sous une tonnelle de raisins framboisés, tenue par un couple charmant et courageux. Les plats copieux et délicieux. À recommander.

Ordered half-cooked tuna, fries, salad, and a cappuccino. The fries were half-burnt, the oil had a smell... The tuna was 4 small pieces and not sure if it was fresh... The carpaccio was slightly dark, a bit surprising, no smell, but what a surprise! It wasn't completely thawed, yes, yes, even if it was still very cold. I called the waitress and she replied, "Oh yes, the carpaccio is frozen." Sorry, would you like something else? A little shocked, hunger cut, instead of choosing something else we should have left, not a commercial gesture not even the coffee offered, of course we did not try the dessert and went to eat an ice cream at Arlequin, so disappointed, so in fact it was disgusting no other word for about 50 euros, they need to change the staff or the job it's a shame. 30/06/2024: Сервис просто ужасный , официанты грубят . Не убирают столы , не приносят заказы . На вопрос , что происходит с сервисом нам сказали , что это Франция .

07/04/2024: Comme tous les commentaires précédents, restaurant, à fuir, attrape touristes et cher. J’ai commandé une raclette (18€ en version self) avec deux morceaux de raclette, de la charcuterie dont le saucisson était immangeable tellement il était bas de gamme, 3 cornichons, immangeable et les pommes de terre les plus bas de gamme qu’ils ont dû trouver. Seul, le dessert était bon.

02/03/2024: Très bel endroit car au sommet de la station, superbe panoramique, mais qui une fois entré dans le '' restaurant'' on se retrouve les uns sur les autres aucunes places vraiment d' attribués, byzarre pour s'appeler restaurant.Et oui car c'est un self on se prend un plateau et on choisit ces plats jusqu'à là OK, mais les plats certains sont préparés à la minute et d'autres sont réchauffer et réchauffer du coup à l'arrivée moyen et cela ne s'arrête pas là, dommage car cela pour être super. Les prix sont excessifs (ice tea, Coca a 5 ou 6 euros la canette et la mousse chocolat avec une étiquette notée de plus d'une semaine passée😩 on est au sommet mais franchement je n'y reviendrais pas. Car en plus j'ai était très malade le soir.🤢 Et pour les personnes qui liront Et qui se diront je marque un commentaire car je ne l'ai pas dis en face, certe au lieu de partir on s'est dit pk pas rester des gens bossent pour nous faire à manger et faire plaisir mais là on aurait pas dû,notre tort a été de rester manger. Donc voilà à bon entendeur.......
