26/04/2026: We spent a quiet night in the hotel; the room was clean; the staff were pleasant and kind, explaining everything clearly. We were delighted with our stay.

08/04/2026: I could have stayed longer if the hotel hadn't been under renovation! But it's a beautiful hotel.

28/08/2026: Beautiful shaded internal garden. Quick service and the option to grab a light bite.

28/08/2026: The place is really trendy, the staff are very helpful, friendly, and attentive. Unfortunately, I didn't enjoy my meal (it was a set menu for the evening).

05/08/2026: The €16.90 set menu was cheap, yes, but definitely not good. The ingredients were poor quality. The main course consisted of 3 or 4 tablespoons of overly salty green beans and bacon bits, 5 dauphine potatoes, and one awful chicken brioche. It felt like we were biting into salt. Dessert was a chocolate fondant, an ice cream cone, or a small tub of ice cream, the kind usually offered in children's menus. Honestly, I would avoid this place.

30/07/2026: Very good welcome, menu clearly explained. Children's menu not available but soda for the kids was included. The main course was a Portuguese specialty, but it wasn't very large. Unfortunately, the dessert indicated on the menu could not be served, even though we were the first guests. It turned out to be a small ice cream. However, guests after us did receive the dessert from the menu; no idea why this was possible this time... Very disappointing actually, we were planning to come several times, now I will definitely think about it.

15/05/2026: Les Halles is a hectic venue, but this has been a reliable place for us to get a lunch, enjoy the food and drink, and most of all survey the activity. If you are new to Les Halles, avoid the weekends and ease into the experience. With practice you will be able to enjoy the weekends as well as the locals. :-) Service here is brisk but friendly. When it is time to pay, bring the waiter’s note to the middle of the place, cash only. Someone will have occupied your seats before you get halfway there.

26/08/2026: Well located, but the floor heats up. The chairs aren't very practical. The pizza I ordered was very, very flat and didn't resemble the pizzas you get elsewhere at all; it had no topping and looked a bit like an industrial pizza. Simon's hot Camembert was very good.

09/05/2026: Very good. Very friendly. Charming landlady. Nice spot by the river with large terrace and water feature in the afternoon sun. They do decent food at lunchtime and excellent ice creams including alcoholic ones. Highly recommended.

05/08/2026: I'm a truck driver and I stopped here for the first time. The food was great, the showers were hot and clean, and the welcome was excellent. I'll be back! 👍

27/07/2026: Hello I was very disappointed with the lasagna. For the price paid, a higher quality is expected. The amount of béchamel sauce by weight is clearly disproportionate to the total weight. Furthermore, the béchamel was very thick and very peppery. Overall, this results in a product that is not very tasty and does not meet the expectations of a properly prepared lasagna. Don't forget that the béchamel sauce is included in the price of the lasagna. It's a shame.

17/09/2026: Bad. The lady serving here is the most unfriendly person we have ever seen. She couldn't handle it. When we asked if we could get something to eat, she just coldly said no 🙂‍↔️. We were on the red train, so there were indeed a lot of people, but adapt to that as a restaurant, surely you know how to do that. So don't go here!!!!

17/09/2026: Awful. Tried to reserve a table but went to voicemail. Arrived with my partner and parents and saw empty tables outside and inside was empty. A local smirked and winked at the bar lady as we went in. We asked for a table but were rudely spoken to and told a very certain no. Sent out with distain because we had arrived by Le Train Rouge. Horrible lady.

16/07/2026: I highly recommend this establishment; the welcome is very friendly, and the staff is very welcoming. The crepes are delicious and the ice cream is superb.

04/09/2026: Long wait, inattentive and unfriendly waiter. We ordered two salads of the day for €15 each – a disaster! The salad had an egg, tasteless tomatoes, and a huge amount of dressing from a tube! Avoid at all costs!

02/09/2026: My partner ordered a set menu. The starter was passable, the main course was cold and tasteless—watery fish with rice—and I had flank steak with Roquefort sauce. The steak was tough, and the sauce was watery with no Roquefort flavor... 2 euros for the sauce! 😁😁 Very disappointed. And the service was slow and unfriendly. Expensive for a set menu on a weekday. Avoid it.

08/11/2025: We were looking for a good cassoulet and found the perfect place. It's listed on the menu as "cassoulet à ma façon" and it's spectacular. Served in a cocotte, it has a subtle smokiness when uncovered and delicious meats—especially the duck confit. We paired it with a red wine recommended by the waiter, the ideal match. 🍷 Thank you for such a rich and authentic experience.

19/07/2026: €4.50 for a Perrier with lemon syrup! Living in the area, I was out for a ride on my motorcycle a few days ago. Deciding to stop for a refreshing drink, I was asked €4.50 for a Perrier with lemon. (It wasn't actually Perrier, but sparkling water). The same glass this morning in Tautavel cost €2.70. ⚠️ To the managers: Just because you see a new customer doesn't mean they're a tourist. In short, I obviously don't recommend it, I'll never stop there again, and this isn't going to be good publicity.
