28/11/2024: Le cadre est génial Les produits sont bons et bien présentés. Ça reste par contre très bruyant à l’intérieur. Les desserts sont bons et frais sauf le gâteau au chocolat écœurant. Ma note est 3 étoiles car ça reste très cher pour la quantité dans l’assiette.

22/09/2024: Comfortable hotel, with a magnificent park bordering the ancient Alet abbey. The Aude passes nearby and with a gentle, relaxing sound. The food is plentiful and delicious. The managers are welcoming and friendly.

15/09/2024: Small coffee break in this place which deserves a stop. In the shade of a majestic century-old beech tree, in a well-kept garden, bordering the Aude and adjoining the ruins of the cathedral, the setting is calming. Not far from there, a campsite is hidden behind a line of trees, hiding the mobile homes. The village, for its part, is steeped in legends, particularly around the house of Nostradamus located on the square. The place is peaceful, lulled by the murmur of the water of the Aude, even if this calm is sometimes disturbed by the passage of cars, motorcycles and trucks on the departmental road which runs along the river. We didn't stay. Therefore, no reviews on the rooms. All in all, a lovely end of summer visit.

14/09/2024: Fraîchement arrivés dans la ville et décidé boire un verre, nous nous arrêtons dans ce bar en bord de canal qui semble très agréable et effectivement, la terrasse était bien localisée, le serveur agréable et les cocktails excellents !

07/09/2024: Super chouette. Les « grignotages » (tapas) sont très originaux, tout très bien présenté et fait maison. Les desserts sont de grosses portions mais bcp de goûts et magnifiques…. Ca vaut bien mieux que de nombreux « vrais » restaurants ! Et en plus les grands sourires des serveurs et du patrons embellissent le tout. Sans parler du petit concert du groupe « Sacha and the Boris » qui fait des reprises acoustiques !

13/12/2024: Cassoulet soup, cold meat, very fatty fries, long service... move on. This place only has the name of a restaurant to avoid.

13/12/2024: Despite no negative comments, I wanted to form my own opinion. And unfortunately it was a succession of disappointments. Soft and very long service, cold burger, water cassoulet (in a can), fries soaked in oil. Despite the remarks made to the manager, he did not listen and remained in his positions. Unable to question himself. Dining place to avoid

23/08/2024: The smokey smell of a live fire grill when you walk into the outdoor area is unmistakable. We had a pizza and the entrecote steak. Steak was amazing and would definitely recommend. Pizza was not bad also, very reasonable. House wine was very easy drinking also. Outdoor area is very casual and has a chill and relaxed vibe. Pay this place a visit and have yourself a good time!

09/08/2024: This is the first time I've left a review, but this restaurant is really great. The food is excellent, the prices are unbeatable and the waitresses are welcoming and generous. Some desserts did not fit into our formula, they allowed us to serve ourselves anyway. It's honestly the best restaurant we've had so far, in terms of price, quantity and quality. Definitely don't hesitate to stop by.
