07/12/2025: We booked for dinner at 8 pm through Google Maps and it was really quick and easy. The service was fantastic and the food was delicious.

07/12/2025: An excellent experience at La Cantine du Saint Roch. The service is impeccable: attentive, friendly, and always willing to speak Spanish to make you feel right at home. The food is fantastic, with well-prepared and flavorful dishes. Without a doubt, a highly recommended place to eat in Carcassonne. Perfect for a return visit.

25/09/2024: I am sad to be treated in an extremely unpleasant way because I simply expressed my satisfaction, The waitress wants to force me to take 2 pieces of pizza 🍕 cut under the pretext that there are a lot of cuts Unfortunately I have been coming up since the opening at your place, And I can tell you that I ate almost all of your products, So I was counting on finding something new, my chicken pizza But unfortunately it is not cut, so I can only watch it because I have to choose from the cut pieces, What is this policy??? I hope to have an answer because I am really disappointed and angry 😠 especially with the way the manager treats these loyal customers,

02/09/2024: Agréable endroit en bord de mer. Très bonnes pizzas, servies avec le sourire et rapidement malgré le monde du mois d'aout. Nous reviendrons en septembre surement plus calme, le dimanche jour de marché a Saint pierre la Mer.

24/10/2024: Di solito non faccio recensioni negative senza aver provato il locale, ma in questo caso devo fare un'eccezione. Siamo arrivati in un momento di affollamento della piazza (e di Carcassonne in generale), abbiamo chiesto se potevamo sederci e ci è stato indicato (più o meno, indicazione data da lontano) un tavolo ancora da sparecchiare (come altri in giro). Ci siamo seduti, abbiamo visto altri clienti sedersi in altri tavoli e fare le ordinazioni e noi siamo stati ignorati, forse perchè pensavano che gli aperitivi rimasti sul tavolo fossero nostri. Anche i nostri cenni sono stati ignorati, anzi ci guardavano come se fossimo di troppo. Dopo più di un quarto d'ora ci siamo alzati e recati altrove. Incommentabili.

16/09/2024: Autour de Siran, l'offre de restaurants est extrèmement pauvre, avec - au cours de notre séjour de sept jours - une bonne découverte à Caunes-Minervois (La Marbrerie) et une découverte nettement plus moyenne à La Livinière (Les Meulières). Caunes-Minervois est à environ un quart d'heure, par une route facile, du château-hôtel de Siran où nous résidions. Situé dans une ancienne marbrerie, le décor du restaurant de ce logis de France est très réussi, le patron est un vrai professionnel, très présent pour satisfaire sa clientèle. Il propose un choix de plats de qualité (notamment cassoulet vraiment maison et croustillants de langoustines, ..) et de planches de charcuteries et/ou fromages sympathiques. Les vins sont de qualité. Du coup, nous y avons dîné par deux fois et déjeuné par deux fois. C'est la table la plus recommandable dans le coin, sauf à vouloir faire un repas gastronomique au château de Siran. Enfin, notons que le réservation peut être faite via "the fork".

15/09/2024: Room not to be taken! Bathroom not clean and in its original style from the 1800s. 80 euros per night which is expensive for horrible bedding and a room tilted to ground level! I do not recommend

29/08/2024: Good food, maybe not enough garnish for the dish but the dessert is very, very good, the service and the acuille are very good, we were very well received, I recommend if you are looking for a good little restaurant in Carcassonne.

30/12/2024: Tres bon accueil personnel hyper reactif le buffet etait tres bien garnis et réapprovisionné plus que regulierement les produits etaient tres bien cuisiné alors oui se n'est pas les grands buffets de narbonne mais compares a se qui se mange sur la station et en poussant jusqu'a st pierre mais c au top surtout pour le prix alors quand je vois certains commentaires je crois que vous vous etes tromper d'endroit et pour le coup de prix bravo a toute l'equipe du tahiti et je reviendrais c'est sur nous habitons a l'annee et je trouve pour ma part et celle de beaucoup que vous etes tres bien et les mauvaises langue aller manger dans 1 fast food ou tacos ou kebab David G

19/08/2024: Simple but good and quick cooking. On the other hand, the toilets: dirty... I really don't understand why restaurants cannot offer clean toilets...

06/09/2024: Nous avons pris le menu à 30€, rien à redire, repas très bon, service parfait..personnel sympa, déçu par le prix de l’apéro…un demi pêche à 5€10 +1€ pour la pêche ( qui ne s’est pas trop senti) et un petit verre de blanc moelleux à 6€50….un peu cher quand même….

01/09/2024: Le cadre est sympa, l'accueil est parfait, gentillesse et sourire du personnel. Par contre repas très médiocre. La qualité des plats n est pas là et la quantité dans les assiettes pourrait être revue à la hausse. Nous avons été déçu. 3 étoiles pour le personnel.

23/09/2024: A really great beach bar with friendly staff. And finally a bar where you aren't disturbed with any senseless musical noise, but can relax with the sound of the waves and a good drink. We would be happy to come back on our next stay.
