Unlike other "traditional" restaurants, they offer a vegetarian option upon request that is just as delicious as the daily menu. 17/05/2026: A new, high-level gastronomic experience awaits at La Villa Madie. The technical mastery, the quality of the ingredients, and the exquisite presentation remain remarkable. However, we found the same pigeon and chocolate dessert this year as on our previous visit, which might give a slight impression of repetition for regular customers. The skill and balance of flavors quickly make us forget this minor drawback. Next year, we'll definitely be checking out the "A l'an que ven!" menu.

07/05/2026: I regularly go to Au Bureau, but yesterday there was a match. When I made my reservation, they asked me if I was there for the game, but even though I said no, our table of 12 was in the middle of the fans, which was quite unbearable. We asked to be seated on the terrace, but they claimed there were too many of us, even though we were able to sit there without any problem when we left. This restaurant has two dining rooms; why not prioritize the smaller room for those who aren't there for the matches? This won't stop me from coming back, but not on a match night.

21/05/2026: Disappointment A beautiful, very Instagrammable interior, but the restaurant gives a false impression of luxury. Before discussing the food, which is certainly good but not what's advertised on social media (to each their own, of course), the service was mediocre. A waiter spilled a bottle of Coke on me while bringing the drinks, staining the napkin and emptying part of the bottle without replacing the Coke or the (soaked) napkin. As for the food, while not exceptional or very generous, we ate well. A slight disappointment was the sea urchin tarama, which resembled a classic tarama without the intense flavor of the sea urchin. In conclusion, based on this experience, it's a restaurant where the food is good, but the image is quite exaggerated and distorted on social media. I might not go back, but everyone should form their own opinion.
