11/03/2026: First time and definitely not the last. The cocktails were simply EXCEPTIONAL; I hadn't had such good mojitos in a long time. The fondue was very, very good, a perfect taste (although the cheese/wine mixture wasn't completely blended). The service was top-notch; the waitresses were very pleasant, smiling, and attentive. A complimentary digestif was offered at the end of the meal, a nice touch that's always appreciated. See you in the warmer months, and this time we'll pair our mojitos with some delicious tapas!

19/03/2026: We had booked a table mentioning that we had a small dog. We were warmly welcomed and shown to a table next to which our dog had his own space and water bowl. The meal was excellent, the service quick, and the waitresses friendly and attentive. We had a wonderful time.

02/03/2026: We haven't had the chance to try the hotel yet, but we've already been to the restaurant at Vallon de Gayet several times as a family and with my brothers. The restaurant is excellent! The quality of the meat is truly outstanding, especially the ribeye steak, which is exceptional. The only slight downside—and perhaps I'm being a bit picky 😅—is that once, I was served the ribeye steak without the marrow bone, whereas on my previous visits it was automatically included. Apparently, you had to ask for it. That said, it was surely just an oversight, because as soon as I mentioned it, it was brought to me immediately. In short: excellent restaurant, very pleasant setting, I highly recommend it!

27/02/2026: Now a must-visit, MCVE is by far the best restaurant in the Les Milles area of ​​Aix-en-Provence. The cuisine is varied and delicious, and I haven't even mentioned the excellent homemade desserts. The service is impeccable. Marie is very professional. In the kitchen, Ben and Dylan have been working wonders for years. I recommend making a reservation, as it's sometimes full.

20/02/2026: A charming canteen with a friendly atmosphere. You enter by passing a butcher's stall that's part of the restaurant. Seeing the restaurant full of workers seated at tables, you assume the prices will be reasonable. And they are. €68 for two for a starter, main course, a glass of wine, fresh cheese, and coffee. The portions are generous and the side dishes plentiful. The service is very quick (as expected for a restaurant where employees come for a quick lunch). The meat is very good and fresh. Our herring and potato starter was beautifully presented. All the servers are friendly and efficient. Everything was great!
