17/09/2024: Si le cadre est original , la carte est pauvre et les prix élevés. Alors que la halle aux poissons est à deux pas, le restaurant est en rupture de stock d huîtres et de bulots. Ce n est pas sérieux !! Mais put être faut il être un habitué pour être mieux considéré.

15/09/2024: Tataki de thon, lotte, bavette… très bons produits bien cuisinés, personnel très attentif et sympathique. Excellente soirée.

02/10/2024: Was there tonight, wouldn't take my id, wanted my passport although my ID is valid. Kitchen is closed Tuesday and Wednesday. Couldn't wear my ball hat, I ordered a vodka/sprite and the dam sprite was extra on top of the price of the vodka. I wouldn't waste my time going there ever again.

29/09/2024: We chose this restaurant following a box that was offered to us Not disappointed. Starter+main course+dessert formula. At the top. Quality meals and choice of dishes. Thanks to the dynamic and friendly server As for the casino. Nice too. Choice of machines and a top team too. We will come back with great pleasure👍

22/11/2024: Do you like good restaurants? So go your way... A waiter with deplorable hygiene, very friendly indeed, but for me it is simply unacceptable, bordering on a tramp, and I weigh my words... “Homemade” cooking with bagged iceberg salad... Reheated in the microwave, be careful the plates are hot, yes, and the fish is definitely overcooked... In short, I don't like leaving bad comments, but this is really a "nightmare in the kitchen".

22/09/2024: We had a blast! It was a nice surprise the day we left. The fish were cooked perfectly and the dishes were prepared by real cooks! All our dishes were good. The best sea sauerkraut I have ever eaten. The service is impeccable. Many thanks!

22/09/2024: An explosion of flavors! We enjoyed a menu for 35 euros. Everything was delicious! The setting and the waitresses are very pleasant. We will come back with pleasure.

25/08/2024: What can I say about this restaurant. Well located in the heart of Lisieux. A high level of welcome and service. The meal was a delight Perfect deviled eggs, just the right amount of mayonnaise. The finely cut and seasoned beef tartare, I recommend it. Moules marinière with the real taste of the recipe. Homemade fries Everything is perfect

12/08/2024: Great discovery! The dishes were very good and plentiful, the chef extremely friendly and accommodating. Good atmosphere too.

09/08/2024: We had lunch in this restaurant this afternoon with colleagues. We honestly didn't know what to expect but ultimately we found a very nice place. Very welcoming, the restaurant manager is friendly and warm and takes the time to explain to customers the specificities of each dish. We took a starter called “Chouba”. It's a kind of beet salad with carrots, potatoes, a homemade mayonnaise type sauce and smoked herring. Not usually liking Herring, in this salad it was simply delicious! For the main course we each had something different, I personally opted for the "Pelmeni", a kind of Slavic ravioli with pork and chicken inside, all accompanied by a salad of raw vegetables. Again there was no shortage of it, a real treat. The portions are very good, the dishes nicely presented and the manager explained to us that certain dishes are limited due to the fact that certain ingredients were finished the day before and that she would go and buy new ones, thus letting us understand that the ingredients are fresh, which is reassuring for the customer. To conclude, it is a cuisine that changes and is not very expensive (count around twenty euros for a starter + main course + drink menu at lunchtime). I highly recommend!

01/12/2024: 2nd time we tried this restaurant and same opinion as the first, we eat really well there! Hearty and excellent dishes, tender meat (one of the best steaks I have eaten so far)! Prices largely correct for the quality, we will come back without hesitation

23/11/2024: An essential address for lovers of traditional French cuisine. This restaurant offers absolutely exceptional tripe from Caen, prepared in the purest Normandy tradition. You can feel the love of the land in every bite. The warm and friendly atmosphere of the place, as well as the attentive welcome, help to make the experience unforgettable. 16/11/2024: Firstly, the setting: a very cozy room, tastefully decorated but without overload and an unstoppable view of the sea. A cozy and pleasant atmosphere. The service: nothing to complain about, the staff is discreet and provides good advice with a smile. And finally on your plate: the menu announces fresh products and they are there, a delight. Each bite melts with the flavors on point. To the entire Papagayo team, THANK YOU!!!

16/08/2024: Excellent restaurant, Extraordinary service with jokes and a smile, decent waiting time, very good homemade dishes and desserts. The only downside is too much salt in the fries. Very good time to do again 👍

22/08/2024: Auberge superbe , belles chambres , plats savoureux , patron et personnel au top , cela vous donne envie de rester plus longtemps. notre fils s'est marié à cet endroit où l'on a pu apprécier le pigeonnier pour l'apéro et l'extérieur pour les photos . TOP

12/12/2024: I find this place pleasant, as a student I have gone there twice now, we take advantage of the student offer which is wonderfully useful!! The coffees and chocolates are quite decent and the desserts are good from what we have or taste (especially the small cannelés) the upper room is pleasant and intimate. Friendly staff both times. Thank you for these nice snacks!!

13/08/2024: Service excellent dans un cadre rustique. Les plats sont très bons et copieux y compris les menus enfants. Le café gourmand était délicieux ! Et surtout, le service top qualité, accueil chaleureux et bienveillant, on a passé un agréable moment en famille. Bravo à l'équipe !
