25/06/2025: We really like the place, but we've been very disappointed twice in a row. We noticed twice in a row that after ordering, the server came back to tell us that they were out of pastries, but regular customers who arrived after us had received pastries. We had the distinct impression that they weren't serving everyone the same way. Furthermore, it was only 9:30 a.m., and it's really not serious at this hour to have no more pastries. No credible explanation from the server.

05/08/2024: We had an extraordinary experience outside of time. The room was beautiful, very clean and very comfortable. We ate at the restaurant three times and all three times were magical, a real culinary discovery of magnificent finesse. Quality products, always served with a smile. We don't feel like we're in a hotel but rather in a large, friendly and warm country house. Thank you very much to the whole team for introducing us to castle life in this wonderful place.

09/07/2025: A dreamlike experience – it couldn't be more stylish. We were privileged to spend three nights at the Barrière Le Normandy – a stay that was special from start to finish. The grand hotel is full of charm, the atmosphere tranquil and stylish. We received a warm welcome for my 30th birthday. The stylish room with a balcony and the thoughtful surprises made our stay unforgettable. The entire team – from the concierge to the service on the terrace – was exceptionally attentive. A particularly nice touch: the personalized tour of the hotel and its history. Bicycles are available free of charge, and the location is unbeatable – right in the heart of town, everything within walking distance, including a shuttle service to the beach restaurants. A place we'd love to return to.

09/07/2025: It stands out for its Norman charm and class. The service is top-notch. Room service deserves a special mention. The pool is peaceful and the underground passage leads to the casino.

20/08/2024: Le bistrot basque de l'ancienne adresse avait tellement de charme et d'ambiance! La nouveĺle adresse est une grande salle bien décorée mais qui a perdu son authanticité... la nouvelle carte est pauvre, la formule du midi ne propose plus grd chose: l'entrée et le dessert du jour ont disparu. Bref que de regrets!!! C'est moins bon et Les prix eux ont flambé.
