06/09/2026: A first visit, but certainly not the last, to a magnificent setting where we learned about the culinary arts from Messrs. Coutanceau and Brossard. The service was seamless and highly professional, yet discreet and very friendly, with refined cuisine, a multitude of flavors so perfectly combined, served on superb tableware. The menu and service were exceptional from beginning to end. Michelin should be awarded four stars; you'll easily earn them. A huge congratulations to the entire team for all the work done behind the scenes that allowed us to have an unforgettable lunch.

11/09/2026: The place might lead you to believe it's just another soulless café/brasserie on the port of La Rochelle, but think again! At Les Brocanteurs, they don't do flashy things; it's simple and effective, with a special mention for the fries, the beef, and the burgers. The staff is very professional and friendly, even during busy periods. A great place to eat simple but quality food at a fair price.

10/09/2026: September 2024 Passing through La Rochelle, this is a must-visit for fish and chips and a delicious French toast-style brioche. But that's not all...come and visit! April 2024 The welcome was spontaneous, warm, and top-notch. The fish and chips were a delight with their chive cream and delicious homemade fries. We had French toast-style brioche for dessert...pure bliss for a gourmand. This restaurant is a favorite for us. I'll be back... Visited in September, despite the heat, a friendly welcome, much respect to the staff. I thoroughly enjoyed the fish and chips... I'll be back... March 2023 I wanted to eat some good meat, so we chose this brasserie. The welcome was friendly, the place very pleasant, and the meat was perfect, as were the homemade fries. We finished with a delicious gourmet coffee (French toast-style brioche, chocolate fondant, red berry panna cotta, and coconut macaroons). Excellent value for money.

19/08/2026: We booked at the last minute, and despite our late arrival, the waitresses were extremely friendly, the service was excellent, and the dishes were delicious and well-prepared—it was truly excellent. The pollock fillet with shrimp bisque was perfect. Thank you to them for the warm welcome; we will definitely be back.

01/07/2026: Fantastic lunch at a very attractive price. €19 for a three-course meal. And delicious home cooking with lots of little touches that show the chef loves his work. The gizzard salad was generous, tasty, and very complete (lettuce, beans, corn, smoked bacon, croutons, and the gizzard itself). The main course was excellent (the new potatoes were divine, the pork and veal were very good, and the killer touch: a little fresh tomato concassé on the side salad). The dessert was just as good. And I mustn't forget the waitress who was incredibly attentive. In short, I'll be back!

24/05/2026: We had a very pleasant stay. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was very varied with high-quality products.

19/05/2026: The hotel is located a 10-minute walk from the beach near the casino and a 25-minute walk from the Marcel Deflandre Stadium (recommended). We received a warm welcome at reception, and the staff at the bar and restaurant were particularly polite and efficient. As for the room, it was a decent size, with a comfortable bed and was clean, but could use a refresh and shows some signs of wear and tear.

22/08/2026: Finally, galettes and crepes that actually taste good! From the main course to dessert, I was delighted, and the view of the ocean was wonderful.
