31/12/2025: I thought about it for a long time because I was waiting to calm down about my experience at this Michelin-starred restaurant. In short, it absolutely does not deserve this star! It was shameful to arrive at our table and see a tablecloth stained in several places. The aperitifs were served in unappealing glasses. After the first bread, we were served frozen bread... We were served pigeon that was cooked beyond disastrous. Flowers were used to garnish a dish that was an acrid and lingering taste. And to top it all off, we asked to see the chef, who appeared before us wearing a crumpled jacket—a total lack of respect. The only positive point was the sommelier, who was pleasant and a good professional.

15/04/2026: Thanks to the two girls with red hair and the one with bangs, generously filled bagels and friendly service, all in a great atmosphere. I highly recommend it.

28/11/2025: I wandered into this place on a grey, rainy November afternoon in Nuits-Saint-Georges and instantly liked it. Inside, it’s warm and quiet. A cosy tea room with a surprisingly rich selection of teas served in proper kettles instead of cheap bags. Simple, artisanal, and exactly what you want when the weather turns. The staff were friendly, the kind who make you feel like you’ve been here before. Parking right at the door is a pain, but a larger lot is five minutes away, so no drama. If you’re following the Grand Cru route and need a break from wine, this spot works beautifully. Honey, teas, sweets to enjoy on the spot or take home, plus a calm corner to breathe. I’d happily return, especially on a cold day 👍

07/04/2026: Too bad... The good points: The staff were very helpful, understanding, and accommodating. The environment was calm and relaxing. The restaurant's tableware and supplies were up-to-date. The bad points: It's a shame the rooms are outdated and need some minor repairs. It's a shame the breakfast, served in a gloomy room, was so meager (expired products, very long-life yogurt, watered-down coffee, limited selection). It's a shame the quality of the meal (set menu) was so low and the portion size so small. I clearly sensed a strong and admirable desire to do well and make things easier, but also a lack of resources, staff qualifications (and perhaps financial resources?). (e.g., no presentation of the dishes during service, no advice on drinks, not all items on the aperitif menu available...) I don't know the current situation at this establishment, but it wouldn't take much to have clean, hygienic, and modern rooms, along with a restaurant that lives up to expectations. Keep up the good work and you'll be a hit!

18/03/2026: The staff doesn't say hello, no smiles... The food... the wheat is served with a stick of butter, and we were served expired wheat. Friday is leftover day! We wondered if it wasn't a frozen food restaurant. It should change its name!
