31/05/2026: The people who run this little restaurant are incredibly lovely. The pasta and sauces are homemade and absolutely delicious 😋 We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and were even able to watch the Champions League final between PSG and Arsenal in a small group – a very peaceful and international atmosphere. We'll definitely be back when we're in Dijon again 🫶

04/05/2026: Staying at Abbaye de Maizières for 4 nights was a unique and memorable accommodation. The character and charm makes this hotel stand out, and the location is close to everything. We enjoyed the stunning architecture and atmosphere of the historical abbey while enjoying the modern comforts offered by the hotel. The location is excellent, tucked right into the heart of Beaune, making it easy to explore the town on foot. Our room was spacious, comfortable and thoughtfully designed, blending historic charm with the amenities you need for a relaxing stay. The service was warm and welcoming throughout our stay. The team was helpful and accommodating, making everything feel easy from arrival to departure. If you’re looking for a place that adds a unique and memorable dimension to your time in Beaune this hotel is a solid choice.

26/03/2026: Amazing venue in an old abbey. Little tricky if you have mobility issues. Our suite was incredible with fabulous shower, great living room, comfy bed. We also had access to a courtyard with tables Breakfast was great with omelets croissants and baguette. Lovely people. Location is within 4 to 10 minutes of the sites and several fabulous restaurants Highly recommend!

09/06/2026: We had dinner at Kirameki, formerly Benaton, and what a delightful surprise! The restaurant's renovation is a real success, with an even more immersive concept since the chefs now cook right in front of the guests. We had an absolutely wonderful meal: the dishes were delicious, carefully prepared, and showcased high-quality ingredients. Watching the kitchen in action adds a special dimension to the experience and demonstrates the expertise of the entire team. A huge congratulations to the chefs for this magnificent moment of shared culinary delight. We had a fantastic evening and will definitely be back. I highly recommend this restaurant!

25/05/2026: I knew this establishment when it first opened, but unfortunately, over time the quality has declined; the food is bland, the service impersonal, and there aren't many smiles.

10/05/2026: A table of 10, including a child under 5, arrived at 8 pm. From the outset, the service set the tone: an almost unacceptable slowness. We waited over an hour and forty minutes for our appetizers, after a considerable wait for drinks. It quickly became clear that the evening was going to be long. The cocktails quickly confirmed the poor quality: a mojito with absolutely no character, the mint clearly being optional. The Monaco, meanwhile, veered straight into grenadine syrup, completely unbalanced. Nothing was controlled, nothing was refined. For the main courses, there was another hour's wait. The rib-eye steaks, ordered rare, perfectly illustrated the problem in the kitchen: – first attempt: the meat was blue, practically raw, tough, and difficult to eat. Back to the kitchen. – second attempt: exactly the same result. – third attempt: one steak was overcooked, the other, well, guess what? Still blue. We're no longer talking about precision here, but about a complete lack of culinary mastery. The other dishes were merely adequate, unremarkable, uninteresting, and ultimately incapable of compensating for the overall experience. A particularly problematic point: the manager was smoking behind the bar, indoors, in front of customers. This isn't a matter of opinion; it's a clear violation of the Public Health Code (Decree No. 2006-1386 of November 15, 2006), which strictly prohibits smoking in enclosed public spaces. When paying, feedback was given directly to the owner regarding the overall quality and this behavior. The response was minimal, the customer barely listened, and there was a general impression of a complete disregard for their opinion. In conclusion: the service was so slow as to be frustrating, the food inconsistent and incapable of even basic cooking techniques, the drinks were subpar, and the manager's behavior was entirely inappropriate for an establishment open to the public. Overall, the experience fell far short of expectations.

27/03/2026: We went there on Saturday, March 21st with our association. There were about 15 of us. The meal was excellent, the service impeccable, and the staff very professional. The setting is lovely. Highly recommended.

16/05/2026: A small, unassuming restaurant that serves divine frogs' legs, perfectly seasoned. The owner is a lively character with a great sense of humor. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. And it's always a pleasure to eat with your fingers. We'll definitely be back!

24/05/2026: We had booked for 11 people several weeks in advance (we're not from Beaune and were there for a stag/hen party). Upon arrival, we discovered a sign indicating exceptional closure. Not a problem in itself, but we hadn't been informed beforehand.

16/05/2026: Because our hotel is nearby, we've been here quite often in recent years and were prepared for relatively high prices. That's quite common in Beaune. However, today it was so outrageous that we've decided never to return. It took ten minutes just to place our order at the bar, where we were practically ignored. During that time, guests sitting at the bar were, of course, immediately served freshly poured beers upon request. Then the waiter came and brought the drinks to our table: red wine in a dirty glass and beer. After we complained, the wine was poured from the dirty glass into a half-dirty glass covered in limescale from the dishwasher. Then came the bill: €41 for two half-liter beers and two red wines. After an irritated inquiry, the price was reduced to €36 because they had charged us for the more expensive wine without asking! The meager amount of wine served was already €12 expensive, and the €15 charged was simply exorbitant. Never again!

07/06/2026: Once again in Dijon, this time with a group. Where to go on Saturday evening? Les3Bures, of course! Even at short notice, we managed to book for eight people, and just like last year, everything was perfect: excellent service, delicious food, and good wines. To top it all off, the owner treated us to a digestif. Thank you so much, we'll definitely be back on our next visit to Dijon! 🥂🍷👍

10/05/2026: We came for dinner, the waitress was very attentive, and the meal was delicious. We also had the chance to chat with the chef, who was very friendly. The place is quiet and very cozy with a lovely outdoor area. A wonderful evening.

26/04/2026: We went there for our anniversary. The setting is lush and very peaceful. The atmosphere is intimate. The food was impeccable. We opted for the €55 tasting menu, which included a starter, fish, meat, and dessert. From the presentation to the taste, everything was flawless. The choice of tableware and ingredients was carefully considered. The staff was very pleasant and always happy to answer questions with a smile.
