11/12/2025: The food was excellent! And the interior was pleasant. However, the welcome and service were very poor! We waited 45 minutes between the main course and dessert… The waiters were very unfriendly.
07/12/2025: Terrible service... after our order was taken and our questions about the menu seemed to bother the gentleman, we waited over an hour for our main courses, even though we had asked for the children to be served at the same time as our starters. The dishes were decent but nothing amazing. Luckily, the lady was much more pleasant. As far as we're concerned, avoid this place...

23/11/2025: 2 fois que je viens 2 fois que la note de fin me semble plus élevée que prévue. Nous sommes venus entre amis. Je demande à diviser la note en 2, je règle plus de la moitié (ayant un enfant) et mon amie ressort avec une note plus élevée que moi... Allez comprendre... Et surtout aucune facture juste le montant à payer sans détails. Je n'y retournerai pas.

15/09/2024: Des nouveaux propriétaires depuis 2 jours, le chef est resté ainsi que les serveurs
La cuisine est toujours excellente de même que le service.
Un gros problème avec le chef. Il n'a pas arrêté de hurler sur sa brigade et les serveurs. La cuisine étant attenante à la salle du restaurant, nous avons participé !!!!
Nous venons depuis plus de 20 ans dans ce merveilleux endroit mais nous n'avons jamais assisté à une telle situation.
Cela a gâché notre plaisir.
Après discussion avec un des 2 associés, il nous a promis qu'il allait faire le nécéssaire...

The quality of the baked goods is excellent – always fresh and well prepared. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, ideal for a short break. The staff is friendly and makes you feel completely comfortable. A great cafe for anyone who loves French delicacies!

07/05/2025: Hello, I'll start by saying that I'm putting one star because we can't put less.
I have just moved to Chamblanc, near Seurre and on the day of my move, so as not to waste time and keep local businesses running, I wanted to order around 8 pizzas from this establishment. So I call around 11 a.m. to order, just to allow time for the pizzas to be made and for me to travel, and I find myself refusing the order. I can tell you that this restaurant will not see the color of my credit card for the rest of my life on the corners. I don't thank you and thank the local supermarkets for the frozen pizzas and their warm welcome.

06/07/2025: We booked a superior room with spa access but are given a disabled room because apparently there is no other room available. Why are you allowing a room to be booked that is not available? We are regular visitors to IHG hotels.
We are disappointed! ….

01/01/2026: This is our third time at this brasserie, and we were very disappointed. The ribeye steak was inedible; the meat was gamey—the smell and taste were off. The waitress should have taken it back to the chef so he could at least taste or smell it. Her response was quite arrogant. As former restaurant owners, we didn't want to push the issue. We understand that mistakes happen, but we should at least verify the customer's claims.

Salad with volants, choice of 5 main courses, and 5 desserts.
Lots of drivers inside, so fast service.

24/11/2024: “Disappointing experience, far from the standards of a 4 star”
We were very disappointed with our stay at this hotel. Several negative points:
• The network is very poor, even with the hotel Wi-Fi. Unable to connect properly.
•We had a PMR room (accessible to people with reduced mobility) even though we didn't need one. No consideration of our needs.
•When we arrived, the room was freezing, the air conditioning was on while it was snowing outside. A totally incomprehensible situation.
•No bottle of water in the room, an essential detail for a hotel of this standard.
•The bathroom was flooded after each shower, because there is no shower tray. In addition, the doors of the shower gel and shampoo dispensers were rusty, a real lack of maintenance.
•The towels provided were stained and some even had holes.
•We had booked a room with a queen bed, but discovered that it was actually two mattresses pushed together, creating a very uncomfortable hollow in the middle of the bed.
•The room overlooked the street, and it was noisy most of the night.
•The reception was far from professional: at 9:30 p.m., we found two young people in full discussion, seated very casually in sweaters and down jackets. An image not at all worthy of a hotel that claims to have 4 stars.
•The price of parking was announced at €8 on the site, but charged €10 at reception. We clarified this when we left, to which we were told: oh yes, it's a small error.
No commercial gesture made.
The only positive point: the location, very convenient.
Unfortunately, I do not recommend this hotel, especially for the asking price. A big disappointment.

05/01/2026: New Year's Eve dinner, where we wanted to start the year in a beautiful establishment.
The reservation was very easy to make online, with confirmation by phone. Upon arrival, at the agreed time, we were seated at a round table on the ground floor.
The meal itself was excellent. No complaints about the quality of the food: the dishes were cooked to perfection, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. At €125 for a New Year's Eve dinner at a Georges Blanc brasserie, one expects this level of culinary quality, and it certainly was.
However, several points clearly marred the experience, especially for an establishment of this reputation.
One doesn't expect to have to "sacrifice" oneself to take the smallest portion of an amuse-bouche simply because the portions are different sizes. Nor do we expect to see an appetizer served on completely mismatched plates, with portions visibly unequal between diners.
And we're even more surprised when fish is served on a chipped plate. We tell ourselves it might happen once… but when it happens again with the next course, it becomes hard to believe it was a coincidence. At the very least, two people—one in the kitchen and one in the dining room—could have noticed.
So yes, we ate very well. But when you choose a renowned restaurant to celebrate New Year's Eve, and considering the price of the menu, you expect rigor and perfection at every level, not just on the plate. We won't be back.

What can I say...?
Having been regulars for several years, we return at every opportunity with genuine and renewed pleasure. Chef Daiwe Wang and his team have accustomed us to savoring consistently innovative, refined, and flavorful dishes: this is an important point, but this bistronomic, entirely homemade cuisine, prepared with a certain expertise, wouldn't fully deserve such praise if the service, provided by the team of Head Waitress Eugenie, weren't so efficient and welcoming. Professionalism without ostentation, courteous smiles, and a natural kindness that make you feel like a valued guest.
Thank you for knowing (and spreading the word) that in our restaurant scene, such service still exists, combining humility and efficiency: Bravo, Madam.
