24/08/2024: I am a regular at this bakery and for the 2nd time in a month I ask for white baguettes and I am told that there are none left, while just below the other baguettes there are quite a few...
I have the impression that some sellers don't care at all and make no effort to look under others or in the cart while waiting to present them....
In short, I'm not generalizing, but there are people who don't care and I have the impression that they don't like what they do...
22/08/2024: I don't usually post comments but this concerns the well-being of the staff. It's hot near the ovens and the poor waitresses and waiters in hot weather don't even have air conditioning on their side. To be seen again especially for a brand as developed as yours! Otherwise perfect service as always. We are only passing through to pick up bread or something else but I put myself in the place of the staff with cap and apron near the ovens. To be reviewed urgently!!!

27/08/2024: Accustomed to coming to the copper toque of Artigues, we are very disappointed following our visit today. 80 cannelés purchased and arrived at our home, we noticed that they were super hard. Impossible to eat without reheating them because they are so hard. And even when reheated, as soon as they cool down they become hard again. Really disappointed especially when it's for guests. We stopped by at 6:30 p.m. and almost we had the impression of having had old cannelés from the end of the day or from the day before. Whereas usually they are not like that you can eat them without even heating them. We are extremely disappointed.
We will turn to another manufacturer if quality is degraded in favor of quantity and profitability.

19/08/2024: We sat down for a coffee. For more than 10 minutes we waited without any waiter looking at us or saying hello.
After 15 minutes, we asked a waiter if we could order and he told us to wait for his other colleague.
Not a hello, more than 15 minutes of waiting to tell us to wait.
So we left.
Clearly, nonchalance and antipathy are present at this brewery if there are any fans 😂

10/08/2024: Le cadre est magnifique, dommage que la cuisine ne soit pas à la hauteur. Par exemple, le cuisinier n'a t-il pas goûté ses haricots verts pas assez cuits? En plus, des haricots beurre sensés être tendres ! La serveuse nous a expliqué que c'était pour la couleur... comment vous dire? Nous mangeons ce qu'il y a dans l'assiette ! Et en plus, apparemment le cuisinier est au courant, alors il ne tient pas compte des avis de ses clients? Ensuite le dessert était si fade que le mini cookie et financier étaient appréciables ! Pour finir, est-ce normal qu'il y ait des toiles et des araignées dans la salle et dans les toilettes ? Je ne pense pas qu'elles y étaient depuis la veille ! C'est moyen comme entretien.
05/08/2024: Que dire de ce lieu, on commence par 50 minutes d’attente pour avoir nos cocktails.. et on a attaqué le pain car 1h30 avant l’arrivée du premier plat… des noms pompeux, une exécution et des saveurs douteuses et des portions qui frôlent le ridicule… une entrée à base de pastèque ou vous avez moins de 100 grammes de matière… doit-on en rire. Un filet de bœuf à 44€ fumé aux sarments…. Fumé n’est pas le terme, une exécution tellement raté que vous mangez du sarments… accompagné de pommes dauphines aux chèvres que vous pouvez faire avec votre thermomix… nous ne sommes pas de gros mangeurs et nous avons été choqués des portions. Nous étions 5 et lors du services des viandes le serveur ne savait plus quel cuisson pour chaque morceau. Pour les desserts, évitez la noisette sauf si vous voulez que 4 cuillères de dessert.
Une addition plus que salée alors que sans le pain posé sur la table vous avez faim ! Je n’ai pas fait de scandale car c’était mon anniversaire : votre cadeau me facturer mes plats du menu au prix de la carte car je n’ai pas donné le dessert lors de la commande : j’en ai ris car je me suis dit que l’entrée en pastèque ne pouvait pas faire moins que ce que j’avais eu de servi.
Pensez vous réellement berner les gens longtemps. Se prendre pour un étoilé et servir du low-cost ne dure qu’un temps. Et le comble… des mouches partout. Jamais je ne remettrais les pieds dans votre gargote. Ah oui j’ai oublié… addition en deux temps car le serveur ne savais plus ce qu’il devait nous facturer… je peux écrie un roman.. et le fois frais deux cuillères aussi avec un mémo pas très bon… c’est pas bon..
