But after 10 minutes, at the next table, which had just been occupied, they serve a plate of oysters. We ask the waitress for explanations and she tells us that it’s a “flat formula” and that there are no more oysters. He could have told us earlier..... But at another table they serve more oysters again. My face was a poem, but I had lost all interest in oysters. When I went to pay, I expressed my dissatisfaction with what had happened. The response, a poor excuse, with arrogance and lukewarm excuses. What a shame that people don't know this, or don't want to live up to it. An unpleasant experience at last

15/08/2023: I went for dinner to this place with my wife and another couple. The experience was horrible. Demotivated and rude staff. The gentleman that took our order would barely speak english and brought the wrong tapas. The portion of chorizo and croquettes was shockingly poor for the price. The monsieur opened the bottle of wine but didn’t even pour the wine for the ladies. I plan going back to Bordeaux, however never again to this restaurant. Do not recommend it.

11/08/2023: One of the best airport food experiences. Good that we didn’t read the reviews before we went. Food was surprisingly delicious. Service - well, the wait staff we had was just being his French self. Nice view of the airport runway. We enjoyed our brief lunch of salmon and lamb.

22/04/2024: The restaurant burned down. Don't count on it. Thank you to the owners for displaying it closed. This will avoid inconvenience for people who, like me, want to find shelter to feed a baby during a bike ride.

25/03/2024: It was a nice place. It''s all gone now. Too bad the forest fire happened. It was a really beautiful vacation spot.

01/05/2024: A place that is out of step with what one usually expects from a casino restaurant. Fairly high prices for a basic quality dish. The dishes arrived cold. Uninteresting table wine. Service not great, no water at the table. Finally, the toilets are quite dirty and dilapidated, mold in the sink... too bad it's not the usual standard of a barrier casino.

24/08/2024: It is no longer the Dijeaux known a few years ago. Very friendly waitress, service a little long but from this point, you can see the diverse passers-by walking around peacefully.

11/08/2024: We had breakfast (pleasant setting on Piazza Gambetta) average French coffee (American), bread and jam (ok). What was terrible was the service, unpleasant, rude staff who don't make an effort to speak other languages ​​other than French.

27/08/2024: Young pleasant and dynamic service team, on the other hand the manager with red glasses who will say goodbye to you before you have even finished complimenting a server for their service and their attentiveness, unfortunately push by the fast service we end up with the dish during the aperitif.

08/08/2024: So, I have experienced some scams but then...we took 2 tuna bagnats but without tuna and only mayonnaise! Without salad, without tomatoes, in short...a healthy bagnat! Pitiful

11/07/2024: Having been there this afternoon, how can I say for 9€50 the “Bagnat” menu or rather hard bread that hurts the gums and composed of a salad leaf, a piece of tomato, a piece of egg and tuna? Where ? well…. What a disappointment, I won't be taken back, that's for sure... oh yes, wanting to pay in cash at 12:30 p.m. that they won't take me on the pretext that it's the morning so no change, sorry!!!

22/09/2024: A dear friend of mine had highly recommended Le Bar à Vin. We attempted to go there twice. The first time, we thought they were closed because the corner looked like an entrance, and it was closed. I'd say that I'm not too with it, but the second time we went, the same thing happened to someone else. They really should have a sign pointing to the entrance, which is pretty nondescript. So, we finally make it in and there are two people ahead of us and the venue is not full. It took us over 40 minutes to get seated, by then, the line just continued to grow. There were only two ladies waiting on the entire venue. There was a lady at a counter for shipping wine orders and another man, maybe the manager, walking around from time to time. Without a doubt, they were understaffed, but honestly, if no one is buying or shipping wine and you're the manager, pitch in!! Our waitress was nice enough and shocked when we only stayed for one tasting. Clearly, it's a place where people go to linger, but it definitely, at least that day, is unable to accommodate its clientele. A bid disappointment especially since there are many other such venues to relax and enjoy in Bordeaux!

16/09/2024: We had high hopes for this cheese and wine tasting, especially after queuing for 20 minutes just to get in. The wait gave the impression we were in for something special, but unfortunately, it was quite the opposite. The main seating area looks charming enough, but we were led to what can only be described as a drab, old-school canteen setup. The chairs were incredibly uncomfortable, making it hard to settle in for what should have been a relaxing experience. Things went from bad to worse when we ordered. We were told they had run out of every cheese except goat’s cheese—which was ridiculous, given it was only 6:30pm and, more importantly, we were in France, the home of great cheese! How can a place hosting cheese tastings run out of cheese so early in the evening? To make matters worse, the wine menu didn’t offer any guidance on pairings. While our waitress was friendly and tried her best, it wasn’t enough to salvage the experience. The whole thing felt underwhelming and far from what we’d expected. To top it off, they served nutty bread without checking for allergies, which seemed careless, especially in this day and age. Overall, this tasting was absolutely not worth the visit. Save your time and money for somewhere more deserving.

04/09/2024: Service parfait ! On a très bien mangé, cuisine généreuse, merci à toute l'équipe, je recommande. Beau cadre au bord de l'océan .

30/08/2024: Un restaurant de plage comme un autre… des plats qui ne sortent pas spécialement de l’ordinaire pour des prix qui piquent un peu : 19€ la salade cesar pas super copieuse, même prix pour les moules frites au roquefort… ce n’est pas mauvais mais rien de fou non plus…

14/08/2024: Petit restaurant bien placé et très sympa au coeur d'un charmant village tranquille... enfin presque. La gendarmerie locale a réussi à stresser le taulier qui a renversé ma bière après leur départ. Il a fallu quelques blagues pour faire oublier l'incident au patron. Malgré leurs efforts, ce moment sympa sur la route du retour des vacances n'a pas été gâché. Au menu "week-end" à 19 euros, l'assortiment de charcuterie est parfait et nos bavettes-frites (cuisson respectée) ne souffraient d'aucun reproche, tout comme le dessert. Ce restaurant est une halte très sympa, la nourriture y est bonne et le taulier est cool. Oubliez le sheriff (comme moi, mangez à l'eau). Je n'ai pas donné suite à la carte des vins, ce qui est dommage dans la région, mais c'était plus prudent. J'ai eu raison... en embuscade, il attendait les clients à la sortie. J'ai cru comprendre que le patron avait un contentieux qui ne concerne en rien les clients. Cela ne me regarde aucunement et je ne garderai comme souvenir que l'excellence du Paroupian et oublierai ... le reste.

08/09/2024: Don't let the view influence you. Unfortunately, that's all there is to it. VERY dirty kitchen, VERY unpleasant waiters. The boss (I think) who yelled at a customer who didn't understand that the toilets were occupied!!!! The dishes are expensive and there is nothing in it (4 pieces of duck breast skewer) more expensive than the 1/2 breast but smaller! No logic... At the same time that's good because I think I'm going to be sick! Burnt bread... Charcoal black…. Honestly, don’t do like us, look at the reviews before going there!!!!! And above all, don't go there

08/09/2024: Un seul mot, INFECT, mais écœurant, horrible vont très bien aussi. C'est l'impression générale, car en détaillant, je peux ajouter que le service est épouvantable, la politesse est inconnue des serveurs et du patron, et surtout l'hygiène est en question, comme le démontre la présence constante de mouches vertes. En réglant l'addition au comptoir, nous avons pu observer la cuisine et nous pensons avoir compris d'où venaient ces dernières. Fuyez, fuyez et surtout fuyez....

26/09/2024: A place where the layout of the tables, perhaps close together, probably needs to be changed with a large room, a good breakfast, friendly staff and fast service.

28/08/2024: We found the place randomly on a street we took. I love the atmosphere of this place. We arrived around 3 p.m. and the service was impeccable, the vegetarian salad is incredible, next time I will try the desserts!!
