02/09/2024: Disappointed, I didn't have the impression of being at Auchan but of a refurbished and not very welcoming Casino. What's more, I snagged and tore my skirt at the checkout on a bar that was sticking out. Dead gallery. I won't come back

31/08/2024: What was better Casino… Really disappointed disappointed! The shelves are arranged haphazardly, every time I go there it’s almost empty. The employees are not smiling. The very unpleasant cashier gave me the receipt and said goodbye, without even looking at me and I had to remind her that she didn't give me my change. (7 euros anyway). And she says to me, oh well, didn’t I give you change? Well, look on your screen, you will see that it must be indicated. Especially given the prices which are not cheap! It doesn't look like an Auchan at all. How expensive is that! I won't go anymore.

20/09/2024: Isn't Flunch supposed to be known for being a low-cost restaurant, etc. for fast food? for two a small starter with a hamburger and a dessert each €45 for mediocre or even bad cuisine? the dishes were not good and the cutlery was dirty at the entrance 😕 you might as well go to a basic restaurant….I'm giving it two stars because I had a good laugh with my girlfriend that's all….disappointed because I good memory of flunch when I was little but it has changed a lot….

07/09/2024: The setting is beautiful, but the food...We ordered roast chicken, but it had obviously been roasted two or three days earlier, it was dry and hard as a rock, and barely microwaved, it was served cold. As for the service, as familiar as it is slow. In short, if you want the view, it's perfect, if you want to have a good meal, forget it.

05/09/2024: De passage à L'Acanau Océan, Nous avons dîner à l'équipage, Repas 18,90€ 2 plats, entrée plats. Entrée correct mais sans plus, 2 pièces de boeuf saignantes arrivées sur la table bien cuites et grillées voir brûlées. Dommage nous n'avons pas pris de dessert ni café. Nous y sommes allés l'année dernière, nous n' avions pas été déçu. Est-ce un changement de propriétaire?

30/08/2024: Service déplorable, gérant méprisable et d'une condescendance insupportable... Il se permet de critiquer l'éducation de mes enfants avant de nous expulser de son établissement en hurlant. Une véritable honte. Allez plutôt à lacanau ville ils sont plus aimable 😉

02/09/2024: Very disappointing! We order 4 cocktails with 2 boards to share which we will not share because they were never served! Excessively expensive dish for what it is. We waited 1 hour to be served and our dishes were lukewarm. The butcher's piece was a common steak and fries. At 10:30 p.m., the DJ must have thought he was in a nightclub... he turned the volume up so much that we couldn't hear each other talking. In short, a restaurant that wants to be trendy and capitalizes on its beautiful view and beautiful decoration, but it’s just limited to that.

14/06/2024: Rather expensive hotel for what it has to offer. Room and friendly staff, however we would have liked at least a bottle of water or a kettle with tea/coffee in the room, as many other hotels do at this price. The cappuccino costs €7.50, I don't know if that was a mistake, because otherwise it's also rather expensive for a cappuccino.

26/05/2024: Très bien situé pas loin de la plage à pieds en revanche trop cher pour ce qu’on mange. 166€ à 4 ( dont une bouteille de rouge à 33€ et un menu enfant). Une planche de charcuterie à partager à 19€ ….. et de la salade en poche ( sûrement de l’iceberg) qui n’a pas de goût. Nous n’y reviendrons pas.

06/09/2024: Déçu par ces 5 cannelés à 14€, un peu secs et pas très « goûteux » Pas sûr que ceux ci étaient du jour même avec un accueil digne d’une bourgeoise très hautaine .

03/09/2024: Avant le cafe était avec un mini canele (offert.) Maintenant cafe sans canele et augmentation du café !!! Cherchez l erreur.☹☹☹

Unpleasant waitress (long curly hair) who tells us that we have to wait even though she can take orders on her tablet... at a time when bars are complaining about the crowds, it would be time to serve your customers. 06/08/2024: I visited this establishment and I am really disappointed. What I didn't like was the nonchalance of the waitress who didn't know the ingredients of the Caesar salad... The other server was much more involved. The salad was good.

11/07/2024: I ordered via delivery app: never again, it was really not great 😣. The only positive point: the quantity. I thought I would have a salad with fresh produce and that's not the case! The quality is very low-end: the smoked salmon and the shrimp most certainly come from frozen products (100% safe shrimp) moreover the smoked salmon was extremely salty (on the other hand shrimp without any taste). Strictly speaking, dried tomatoes and eggplants I can understand that they come from a jar. Pineapple similar to those in low-end cans from canteens. Only the lamb’s lettuce (obligatory) and the zucchini seemed to come from “fresh” products. Quinoa/bulgur RAS. And the icing on the cake I had a hair in my salad!! I know we don't die from it, but it's not very appealing... The panacotta is rather bland, without being bad, it's not worth it either. Last point which makes me think that the brand does not take its customers seriously: in the formula it says "mineral water"....so no, crystalline is NOT mineral water! Spring water ok, but transparency would be to put the brands... Because it's not really the same prices! In short, low-end products overall sold at a high price... excessive. Even my colleague made fun of me by telling me that her industrial salad was better. I understand the desire to make a margin but.... You might as well buy it in a supermarket at this level.
