17/09/2024: Une adresse hautement recommandable. Des plats très bien tournés, avec des cuissons parfaitement maîtrisées , des mélanges de saveurs entre tradition et modernité. Cela mérite une étoile Michelin ! Le service est accueillant, souriant, efficace , le tout dans un cadre très agréable, au sein de la ville fortifiée. À réserver impérativement, car le nombre de tables est limité.

10/09/2024: Une très belle découverte. Un chef et un personnel au top pour réaliser et proposer une cuisine de qualité avec des saveurs et finesses hors du commun. Ce restaurant n’est pas loin de l’étoile qui serait méritée Belle carte des vins avc un très bon rapport qualité prix. Je conseille vivement cette adresse ce n’est que du bonheur Et dire que nous aurions pu passer à côté pour des soucis de confirmation de réservation

08/09/2024: This is what I like about France. This is because there are still traditional restaurants which are unfortunately too often neglected. The exterior is relatively classic for a roadside establishment. But as soon as you walk through the front door, you are transported to a somewhat bygone era. Damage ! Indeed, the furniture, the crockery and the decoration are rather outdated or vintage to use a fashionable term. However, this is what makes one of the charms of this restaurant. The waiter welcomes you with a frank and warm smile. And the service is just as pleasant, but also professional. He does everything he can to meet your every need and make your meal enjoyable. The background music, played muted, makes the atmosphere more relaxing. Being in a relatively hurry, we opted for the quick menu (23€) and an à la carte dish. A real treat. The dishes are delicately prepared and, whether it is the homemade terrine or the fresh salad, the smallest detail is thought out to allow you to delight your pupils before delighting your taste buds. The fresh salad is particularly killer and a true masterpiece. The main dishes are like the starters; hearty and tasty, with elaborate and equally delicious accompaniments (especially the garlic/parsley/cream mushrooms). We chose the beef stew with carrots and the piece of beef with shallot sauce. The potato-leek-salad tourtons are also to be commended. As for the desserts, the crème caramel and the faitselle with red fruit coulis, they are made in the purest tradition. It should be noted that the products used to create the menus are fresh local products. All for a very reasonable price. Congratulations to the cook and server! Needless to say, we recommend this restaurant with our eyes closed. Thank you for this pleasant time spent at “Le Bercail”.

19/09/2024: We ate there last weekend with my partner, and what can I say... The impeccable service, the extraordinary dishes! The unknown flavors, the textures that mix in the mouth! Everything is perfect and frankly there is enough to eat on the plate so much that at the end of the dish we started to be full! I highly recommend! The price-quality level is impressive, we got what we wanted and what we paid for! Thank you to the waiter, the chef and the cook as well as the owner who all give of themselves out of passion!
