10/08/2024: Pleasantly surprised by this charming little place on gap. Homemade cooking. We ate a daily special where the value for money was excellent. The waitresses are very friendly and smiling. I recommend this place for its price and the quality of the products. Which is rare these days, especially in Gap.

Bonne ambiance .Nous avions pris le menu du jour qui était très bien , plats avec une présentation très soignée et gouteux . Très bon rapport qualité prix , le sourire et la bonne humeur de NANY en plus .

06/09/2024: Really quality cuisine, with real research into the sauces. A super accessible chef (Claire) who loves her job, you can see (and feel) it on the plates! Flawless, from aperitif to dessert. Really homemade, which is increasingly rare, and high quality local products. We tasted the gratin of ravioli with Queyras blue cheese, a treat and very hearty, the absolutely divine homemade Burger (with its candied onions, homemade bun, excellent meat cooked to perfection, with Queyras blue cheese), the duck breast with sauce with red fruits, and tiramisu. The plates are very generous. Very good wines (and good food and wine pairing advice from our waitress), and the icing on the cake: an excellent génep. A great discovery, the Guillestrin will undoubtedly see us again!

10/09/2024: Very warm welcome, very pleasant staff, smiling and attentive to customers. A very good meal. A very pleasant terrace, the tables are clean, the terrace is clean and the toilets are clean. Great for bikers to park in front of the restaurant. I highly recommend.

In addition it had no taste and did not smell like white wine. 27 € per person all the same!! Due to their young age (20 years), they did not dare to share it. Total bill with 2 aperitifs and 2 desserts: €81
