25/11/2024: During our stay, we noticed some areas for improvement. At the reception, the receptionist mentioned several times the small size of the reserved room. Given that the hotel was empty, a commercial gesture would have been great to compensate for this constraint and transform the experience into a positive return. In addition, during our stay, we had problems with the Internet connection, which was not working properly. The spa was under renovation, let's hope they will do what is necessary to make it up to customer expectations. Finally, the hotel seemed to be a little understaffed, which impacted the service. With some improvements this could become a very pleasant place.

10/11/2024: Nice location facing the mountains, on the other hand very average restaurant, 1 hour of waiting for the waiter to come back and ask us for a second choice because there was no longer what we had chosen, it's still very average... Let's talk about the almost non-existent relaxation area! Spa broken down so very disappointed because it was one of our criteria for our choice of hotel and sensory shower which only has the name... fortunately the water temperature in the pool was correct. The room was good however full of fly droppings on the white sheets it's not great but it can happen, but for the second night the sheets were not replaced and still black stains from flies in several places we don't couldn't miss them and we thought the maid was going to change them, well no, nothing to complain about the breakfast but still very disappointed with this 4 star

27/10/2024: For both lunch and dinner it is a place to eat authentic, good cuisine with great care taken over the dishes. Well-kept and nice place. Excellent service. It's always a joy to return. Absolutely recommended!

13/11/2024: Magnifique repas avec un personnel au top et avec toujours le sourire, petit plus la viande est cuite dans la cheminée, rapport qualité prix à rien à redire. Je le recommande fortement. Pensez juste à réserver .....

08/12/2024: Restaurant not traders we asked for white ham to eat with our raclette by the slice and in addition at 2€50 how can I tell you 😰 in short no charm the raclette machine too industrial and the children's menus and quite simply a joke at 13€ in summary Avoid restaurants for tourists as they say.

08/09/2024: A meal taken in a magnificent August setting. But very very very long service, to the point that we did not have dessert. We had each chosen an entry, we were brought two identical entries. Then I asked for a rump steak with fries and it was served in the middle of a sauce that tasted like nothing. I ask what it is and he tells me it's the duck with blueberry sauce that I asked for. Never again never again....

22/08/2024: Il faut réserver pour être sur de pouvoir y aller. Un menu enfant à 11e et des plats à des prix corrects à la vue de la qualité et de la quantité. Les "jaillets" sont très bons de même que le Burger. Le service est très sympathique. Une carte des vins avec des vins locaux. A conseiller

14/08/2024: Nous retournons toujours très volontiers chez NANY. Accueil et services attentionnés. Bonne ambiance .Nous avions pris le menu du jour qui était très bien , plats avec une présentation très soignée et gouteux . Très bon rapport qualité prix , le sourire et la bonne humeur de NANY en plus .

21/09/2024: On a weekend in the Valgaudemard valley we were looking for a good romantic restaurant. We enjoyed ourselves both in terms of quality and quantity at an unbeatable price. The chef, a star, very welcoming and full of humor. We had a memorable evening. Go there with your eyes closed 👌

04/11/2024: Un restaurant où l’on se délecte d’une vraie cuisine Française ! Nous nous sommes vraiment régalés. De plus il y a un apéritif que l’on ne trouve qu’ici ! Un Mojito spécial, je ne vous dis rien de plus car il est différent mais c’est une tuerie. Encore merci au Cuisinier et au personnel. Il devient rare de nos jours de trouver un lieu pareil. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés mais la bouche grande ouverte.

26/09/2024: To do for the history of the abbey. We would like to see a little more.

13/09/2024: Magnificent abbey in the middle of the forest a few minutes by car from the shores of Lake Serre-Ponçon. The site bears witness to a long history since the Middle Ages. The style, particularly that of the abbey church, is close to the Cistercian style: very sober, raw rock with little entry of light, in the best of what the Romanesque style produced. The place invites spirituality, through its design and proportions. The site, which has had a very turbulent history since the beginning of the Middle Ages, lost its spiritual role at the dawn of the French Revolution. Transformed into a rural hamlet, it was under the leadership of enthusiasts, lay and religious, that it was bought, classified as a historic monument and restored since the 1970s. Today the place is truly very beautiful and a spiritual permanence and secular is still present although in decline. It is still possible to attend certain times of prayer during the summer period. If the visit to the abbey is free, the paid visit (€7 / person) of the cloister and adjoining rooms is worth the detour. It is very well designed, with quite a few explanatory panels and several interactive modules which will interest a family audience. The only downside that I note is that this beautiful exhibition deserves maintenance, because some modules are damaged and that is a shame given the energy and care taken in its design. Within the abbey you will also find a shop for the benefit of the association which maintains these places. Nearby you will find public toilets, refreshment bar with snacks and numerous hiking trails.

21/10/2024: Put very good quality. Just a bit too long of a wait for the service. Very clean.

02/09/2024: We had dinner in this restaurant on Saturday evening, the dishes were delicious and the service pleasant. We will come back to this.
