19/02/2026: The waiter was very friendly, and the ribeye steak was excellent. However, the cannelloni, despite being recommended by our kind waiter, were dry and bland. We were disappointed, especially since they forgot to honor our little girl's birthday by only giving her a single scoop of ice cream, which was included in her meal. A shame.

17/02/2026: On holiday in the mountains, we were welcomed and served by Jessy! A truly excellent restaurant, we thoroughly enjoyed our meal! If you're looking for a restaurant for raclette or other mountain fare, don't hesitate, go for it!!!

22/01/2026: We chose the €41 set menu. The food was delicious and original, with remarkable flavors. The quality/price/originality ratio was good. However, the portions were a bit small, as is often the case in this type of restaurant. Reservations are recommended.

25/11/2025: The chef was extremely unpleasant to children, even when they were well-behaved. This was the first and last time I will ever return to this restaurant. I had a good impression of the restaurant before, but this gentleman's attitude has completely disgusted me now when I walk past it. I will absolutely not recommend your restaurant, which employs someone who is mean to children and has no understanding of customer service or courtesy.

28/10/2025: We were delighted by the quality of the dishes and dessert, but especially by the chef's warm welcome! He was incredibly friendly and welcoming! His expertise was immediately evident in the dishes: a delicious chicken ballotine stuffed with mushroom duxelles and an apple clafoutis that was a true delight. A wonderful discovery… a restaurant we highly recommend! 🍽✨

14/02/2026: We've been coming back every year for almost 15 years. The atmosphere and food are top-notch, and the waiters are wonderful too. They even put on a little show for my wife's 71st birthday and our granddaughter's 10th. Thank you again for this lovely moment!

12/02/2026: Highly recommended! The service was fantastic – very friendly, fun, and with excellent English, which made the experience truly enjoyable. You immediately feel welcome. The food was also very good, all fresh and delicious. The burgers, in particular, are exceptional – creative, perfectly prepared, and truly something special. We'll definitely be back!

17/10/2025: A nice, rustic cabin in a beautiful location. The rooms are a bit dated. They could use some improvements here and there. The outdoor dining area, right by the street, is noisy. The food is good. The staff is friendly. Breakfast is adequate.

24/09/2025: For us it is always a pleasure to stop at the Napoleon refuge, I can no longer count the number of times we had a drink there while soaking up the scenery with the small lake and the Col de Vars.🏔️⛰️ In summer in 🏍️ or in winter snowshoeing at the Vars resort nearby.

10/02/2026: We had a wonderful time here. The menu is very varied and everything is prepared with ultra-fresh ingredients. We tried the tuna tartare with fries (cooked in beef fat) and the "donkey ears" (a type of pasta), and it was absolutely delicious. For dessert, I loved the rice pudding, presented in a unique way. The service is super friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend it to anyone passing through Savines-le-Lac!

09/02/2026: We stayed at the VVF holiday village in Ceillac as a family, with two young children, on a half-board basis. We received a very warm welcome from the staff, who were incredibly attentive and provided many thoughtful touches. We highly recommend the VVF for its team, its restaurant, and its beautiful setting.

25/05/2025: The welcome is very warm, the place magical and unique, surrounded by nature, overlooking the Durance Valley. The dishes are always original, from the region, with fresh and seasonal products. It's a true experience for the eyes and the taste buds. I highly recommend it.

14/02/2026: After three evenings at this establishment over three weeks, we were charmed by the chef's refined cuisine, bursting with flavor and presented in a way worthy of a fine dining restaurant. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the decor was lovely. However, the service, despite the very kind waitress Lola who knew her wines well and was able to tailor it to the customers' tastes, was sorely lacking in professionalism. The staff would drink at the bar with other customers/friends, forget the bread we requested or our portions of fries, and leave us waiting an hour for aperitifs while bringing the starters at the same time... There was a lack of organization and restraint, which is a shame because we felt a bit neglected at times, even though the food was delicious. Perhaps the bar and restaurant areas could be separated, as there was a lack of teamwork between the service and kitchen staff. Overall, we had a very good time and enjoyed excellent food. ✨

05/02/2026: A charming bistro-style restaurant offering authentic and flavorful cuisine at a very reasonable price for the quality of the dishes. The service is courteous and very pleasant, and the waitress, kind and full of humor, combines friendliness with impeccable politeness. I've had the opportunity to discover many restaurants in the valley, but this one particularly won me over, from the appetizer to the dessert. I wish the chef and his team many years of success; for my part, I will return with great pleasure every year.
