02/11/2024: Great meal on the terrace with magnificent sunshine. We were too hot in the middle of November. The dish was excellent and plentiful, a slight drawback for the desserts. The chocolate pear tart was just a shortbread tart with pastry cream, chocolate chips and 3 pieces of raw pear placed on top….. The dessert was very good. Good address.

18/09/2024: Nice restaurant with a good warm atmosphere. We had a very pleasant evening. The dishes were pretty and good, everyone was happy with their dish. Small comment however for the Royal chocolate which we found far too salty. Very good continuation and thank you!

13/12/2024: Take the cable car up in a kind of train in nostalgic boxes. At the middle station you can take a walk and look around. At the top there is a restaurant where you can also pay by card. There is pizza etc. for sale. Toilet is without water. There is an ice cave with ice sculptures. You can buy a ticket downstairs at the elevator. We attended the first open day of the lifts in June. There was still a lot of snow. The snow cave was fun to see different sculptures and lighting. The walk there. Climbing back up was a job. Be careful when buying a ticket. You have tickets to the middle station and the end station. And whether or not to return and whether or not to visit an ice cave.

04/12/2025: Another fantastic lunch! We're never disappointed with our visit: the dishes are as beautiful as they are delicious, always prepared with care and creativity. The setting is pleasant, the service is warm, and you can really feel the attention to detail. The value for money is absolutely unbeatable, especially for cuisine of this quality. It's a place we'll gladly return to, certain of having a wonderful time. I highly recommend it!

02/12/2024: Large bar, we stopped after a walk to drink a hot chocolate. Dynamic and friendly service. They have several seats both inside and outside. Located right in front of the slopes. The only negative note was that the chocolate was watered down and not enough.

10/04/2025: As part of a professional internship, I stayed at the hostel for 4 nights on a full board basis with picnic last week. In addition to a very accommodating team, the welcome is friendly, the meals tasty and the portions generous. The rooms are basic but completely comfortable. An honorable quality-price ratio. Everything was perfect! 🙃 THANKS.

30/09/2024: A big thank you to Guillaume and his team for his welcome and his sympathy. We felt at home with the pleasure of being served "like kings" in this charming garden. From the aperitif to the dessert everything was delicious and plentiful for a successful Birthday. I recommend this excellent address in this magnificent place which is the Fort of Mont Dauphin.

01/09/2024: Very good value for money. The hotel is very well located in the center of the village. The restaurant is great. The home cooking is excellent.

14/09/2024: Good restaurant in the heart of Ceillac. Specialty of "matefaim", a kind of very thick Savoyard crepe, a bit like a pancake. Presented as a dessert, you can also find it as a replacement for burger bread, which is quite original! The restaurant also offers pizzas cooked over a wood fire. We ate there twice and had a great time while enjoying a very warm chalet setting. The staff is friendly, and I must say extremely efficient. Despite a very extensive menu, they manage to manage a Saturday evening service of 40+ seats for 3 (1 cook, 1 waitress and the boss who does service and pizzas), with fast service and dishes that arrive hot and well presented. We feel that there is experience, but we must recognize that it is admirable!

03/09/2024: I had an excellent season as a kitchen assistant dishwasher. Sabine and Yves are valiant people, upright and grateful for the work done by their employees. Jean-Philippe the chef and also a good person who taught me a lot for my first real experience in the kitchen. I don't regret packing my bags and crossing part of France for this establishment. Long live them, and we’ll see you again this winter with joy.😘

28/08/2024: An exceptional discovery! An enchantment! A sublime room, a meal that delighted our taste buds. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were also there. And then don't forget Martine, a person with great charisma and kindness so that our stay goes very well. The breakfast was delicious and with the service and the smile of the person who takes care of it. We will come back without hesitation and enjoy the SPA and I am sure of good care See you soon. 24/08/2024: We go there every year. The family that runs this restaurant is just top notch. Authentic and complementary. The food is very good and the view is breathtaking.
