31/03/2024: The food is very good, the dark-haired waitress is very nice. But on the other hand the blonde who I assume is the boss, she creates a bad atmosphere in the restaurant and does not hesitate to speak badly to her employees in front of customers.

08/09/2024: Not very expensive food but the quantities are very small and really not very good... So the price becomes expensive for what it is. Even the kids were still hungry when they grabbed an adult burger.

08/09/2024: This was one of the best meals of my life. I started off with a pumpkin soup with lamb meatballs. An amazing combination of flavors. Then I had to slow cook lamb with pine nuts. Succulent, falling off the bone tender, so flavorful. Of course, there was a cheese course. For dessert, I had the millefeuille work marron cream and caramel. Everything was just perfect. I stopped by about an hour before they opened for dinner to make my reservation. It's a good thing I did because I saw somebody get turned away. If you're in the area of Guillestre, you have to eat here.

07/09/2024: A treat as always! Never disappointed, the best restaurant in Guillestre, and a little extra for the great children's menu! I highly recommend this great address! Go there with your eyes closed!

04/09/2024: The dishes are delicious, the cuisine 100% local and the service very pleasant. We spent a simple evening there, but the most beautiful of our evenings in Gap! Go there with your eyes closed to taste the famous donkey ears and tourtons. At the top

19/07/2024: As part of 1 company meal for 25 people. An intelligent proposed menu (starter/main course/dessert) which allowed for FAST and EFFICIENT service. We arrived very late, fortunately their organization was top notch! Too bad I don't live nearby, I would have gladly gone back: beautiful, ultra-fresh products at very reasonable prices! PS: the local beer was excellent

13/09/2024: Magnificent abbey in the middle of the forest a few minutes by car from the shores of Lake Serre-Ponçon. The site bears witness to a long history since the Middle Ages. The style, particularly that of the abbey church, is close to the Cistercian style: very sober, raw rock with little entry of light, in the best of what the Romanesque style produced. The place invites spirituality, through its design and proportions. The site, which has had a very turbulent history since the beginning of the Middle Ages, lost its spiritual role at the dawn of the French Revolution. Transformed into a rural hamlet, it was under the leadership of enthusiasts, lay and religious, that it was bought, classified as a historic monument and restored since the 1970s. Today the place is truly very beautiful and a spiritual permanence and secular is still present although in decline. It is still possible to attend certain times of prayer during the summer period. If the visit to the abbey is free, the paid visit (€7 / person) of the cloister and adjoining rooms is worth the detour. It is very well designed, with quite a few explanatory panels and several interactive modules which will interest a family audience. The only downside that I note is that this beautiful exhibition deserves maintenance, because some modules are damaged and that is a shame given the energy and care taken in its design. Within the abbey you will also find a shop for the benefit of the association which maintains these places. Nearby you will find public toilets, refreshment bar with snacks and numerous hiking trails.

29/08/2024: The Auberge du Château is truly an excellent restaurant. Varied and homemade local cuisine. The dishes, very copious, are served as in the past in dishes or pans. The setting is typical and retro. You'd think you'd returned to the Hautes-Alpes of the 1950s and 1960s. The quality/price ratio is excellent as well as the welcome!! Fairly large parking lot, right in front of the restaurant entrance. I highly recommend this restaurant.

21/08/2024: Very nice restaurant, with typical mountain decor. Fantastic food!! We had the "chef's" fois gras to share (accompanied by spiced bread and onion jam, a dream!), followed by the duck breast (delicious!), tartare (better than many others) and the vegetable burger (much appreciated from our daughter), all with chips and salad. Delicious desserts (the apricot pastry freshly made by them, melted in your mouth). Waiting times a little long, but absolutely understandable with a full restaurant! Excellent value for money. Highly recommended!!!!

13/09/2024: We came across this hostel by chance, what luck! Just us, everyone there is very friendly, the village is adorable, but what's more, the food is absolutely delicious. Inventive, sophisticated, worthy of a starred restaurant, at an affordable price. We recommend 1000 times!!

18/09/2024: A little strange cottage if you don't already know the place... the owner doesn't welcome you, we scramble like adults to settle in there. The restaurant is nice, a little cramped but the food is good.
