The two servers, a man and a woman, were lovely. We went three times, for lunch and dinner.
We arrived very late after our cross-country skiing session, but there was no problem; we were able to have a snack to share without being criticized for not ordering a full meal.
We came for dinner and had the same experience, and we were even offered a complimentary digestif.
The only disappointment was a rather mediocre daily special. Otherwise, everything was very good. Thank you.

14/06/2026: Excellent stay at this establishment. The staff are incredibly attentive. They get along well, and it shows. They are happy to have us, offer advice, and give us a warm welcome.
The half-board option was perfect. Dinner was varied, simple but well-prepared!
Breakfast was superb. Fresh eggs to cook however you like, pancake batter, cheese, and cold cuts. Excellent bread, which is rare in a hotel.
12/06/2026: Excellent place to relax, eat, walk or do sports (skiing, snowshoeing, cycling, karting, tree climbing) in both summer and winter.

23/06/2026: I didn't enjoy the lamb chop dish, served with homemade fries and salad for €18: the chops were prime rib, there were only two (they're usually served in threes elsewhere), they weren't cooked enough, and they were lukewarm. The fries were few in number, soggy, and brown; I expected crispy, golden fries given the "homemade" quality label. The desserts—blueberry tart and clafoutis—were very average, almost identical: a pastry base with blueberry jam. However, the welcome and service were good. I found it expensive for the quality.

07/05/2026: A magical interlude where we're transported back to the comforting dishes of our grandmother's home cooking, a rural setting where chickens and cats roam freely under the plane tree, fresh produce from the garden and local market. A warm welcome, you feel right at home and we highly recommend it! Reservations only, and open for lunch.

24/05/2026: We had dinner at the hotel restaurant, and it was delicious. The service was impeccable; the waiters and waitresses were friendly and efficient.
16/05/2026: We came for lunch at the very pleasant restaurant and ordered a gourmet salad. I thoroughly enjoyed it. My partner also chose a goat cheese salad. The toast was absolutely delicious, and for dessert, the blueberry tart was divine. Thank you to Ninon and Fabien; they took excellent care of us.

19/06/2026: The welcome was warm and the staff pleasant, which is a plus.
However, I was very disappointed by the value for money. My €18 dish consisted mainly of a few fries, meatballs, and a few salad leaves with vinaigrette poured over them. Nothing particularly elaborate or memorable.
When we asked for more fries, they were given to us without any problem at the time, but we later discovered a €5 surcharge on the bill, without this being clearly stated.
In the end, we paid €93 for three people for a main course and dessert each, without drinks. That's more than €30 per person for a very ordinary meal.
The welcome was good, but the prices seem far too high for what was served.

22/03/2026: I came three times during my stay.
Upon arrival at lunchtime, I ordered a mountain crêpe and my partner had a chicken burger. We weren't impressed; the burger bun was burnt and the inside of the burger was dry. As for the crêpe, you expect good mountain cheese inside, but it had no flavor at all, probably just industrially grated cheese.
We went back twice for afternoon tea, and the crêpes were very good. The Viennese chocolate was also delicious, which is why we returned a third time for afternoon tea.
The service is very fast, and the waitress, despite being very busy, was incredibly friendly! The terrace, sunny in the afternoon, offers a lovely view.
