06/08/2026: Great, but the two-hour time limit includes changing, so you have to be quick. When I visited on August 5th, 2026, the Japanese pool was closed due to a fire. All but three pools are 34°C, one is 40°C, one is 16°C, and the Olympic pool is 31°C. I recommend going between 10 am and 3 pm because there's a long wait after 3 pm. The Roman and Japanese pools are for ages 12 and up, while the Meridian and Olympic pools are for children 9 months and older. The Meridian pool (indoor and outdoor) has a depth of 1.25m to 1.40m, while the rest, except the Olympic pool (1.20m to 1.40m) and the Olympic pool itself (1.30m to 2m), have a depth of 1.30m to 2m. I recommend the musical pool; it's definitely the best, in my opinion.

06/08/2026: Avoid this place in August! 500 people crammed into a relaxation area? No way! Sure, it was to be expected, but still, paying 80 euros for four people to be packed into a municipal swimming pool in China? Meh...

05/08/2026: A waiter who walks by, ignoring you for 20 minutes, then tells you that if you're not satisfied, you can always go somewhere else. Then he continues mumbling in Spanish.

02/08/2026: Delicious lasagna and cheesecake with blueberries. The food was prepared in no time. Highly recommended.

13/05/2026: We had a wonderful stay for our minimoon. The Saint Martin family are exceptionally helpful and welcoming – truly attentive hosts. They even prepared a delicious dinner for us on Monday evening when the restaurant was closed. A special mention goes to the eggs with bacon at breakfast (a real treat!). Despite the unpredictable weather, they recommended some superb hikes and were even kind enough to lend us a rain jacket, as we weren't properly equipped. Truly lovely people, which makes all the difference. We came on the recommendation of my parents – and we will definitely return. The hotel is ideally located for exploring the surrounding area. Finally, don't miss the Bistrot de l’Abbaye, run by the family: perfect for a more relaxed lunch or dinner, but just as delicious.

26/07/2026: A little disappointed with the food, which has changed quite a bit over the years. However, there's nothing to complain about regarding the atmosphere and the friendliness of the staff.

23/07/2026: Meh! The salad wasn't fresh, it was practically past its prime 😔 The waitresses were very welcoming. 28 euros? It's worth 18 euros, if that!

16/05/2026: A slightly disappointing experience compared to our visit in August 2024, when the portions were more generous. The quality of the food, however, remains excellent, with good, well-prepared ingredients. On the other hand, the portions seemed a bit small, which might leave some hungry depending on their appetite, and there was a long wait. It's still good food, but a slight adjustment to the portion sizes would be appreciated.

01/07/2026: My dad has a disability, so he came every evening for dinner that week. The owner and the chef were fantastic, the portions were generous and the service was excellent. I highly recommend it, and thank you again for everything!

16/06/2026: A true gem in Vic! Everything is absolutely fresh and homemade, you can taste it from the first bite. The dishes are generous, flavorful, and prepared with high-quality ingredients. The cuisine is truly gourmet, with perfectly balanced flavors and elegant presentation. A huge thank you also to the waitress, who was lovely, always smiling, and attentive from beginning to end of the meal. Her professionalism and kindness made the experience even more enjoyable. I recommend this place without hesitation. We will definitely be back!

03/06/2026: The reception is clearly unprofessional: you often feel condescending and like you don't really have a choice; everything is imposed on you with a "this or nothing" approach. Breakfast is very limited: no buffet, you have to ask for what you want, and service ends as early as 9:00 a.m. The same is true for dinner, served no later than 8:30 p.m., sometimes giving the impression that you're intruding by arriving at this otherwise reasonable hour. The food is generally disappointing: small portions, poorly seasoned dishes, and nothing special. As for the room, cleanliness leaves much to be desired: the toilet was used before our arrival without being flushed, there was very little toilet paper, and the cleaning was inadequate. Several spiders were present in the room and even on the bed. After the night, I developed itchy arms, which raises serious questions about the condition and hygiene of the bedding. An experience I will not repeat. I absolutely do not recommend this establishment.

23/07/2026: Terrible service. You order a large café crème and it's small. The Café Richard is not good at all. The price for a small café crème is €3.40. Be aware they don't accept credit cards for purchases under €14. They point out there's a bank next door. Well done, bank! Or well done, Desman!? We won't be going back to this village where other businesses are doing the same thing.

29/07/2026: We were served by Fréderic on this occasion of multiple visits. Amazing service, he was so funny and kind. Usually it would be loud but today we went earlier so it was quiet. Fréderic upholds the restaurant's values and exceptionally represents them! Lubi is also an amazing server. Paella is a must-try.

19/05/2026: We had a very pleasant stay at Hôtel Solitude during our visit to Lourdes. The hotel is conveniently located near the Lourdes Sanctuary, which made it very easy for us to attend the various activities and return to rest during the day. A special mention goes to Vanessa at the front desk, who was always warm, welcoming, and served us with a smile. She gave us excellent suggestions on things to do around the area and was consistently helpful throughout our stay. We always looked forward to seeing her when we returned to the hotel each night because of how friendly and genuine she was. The room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained. Both the breakfast and dinner were quite good and we enjoyed the meals provided during our stay. There was a minor issue with the hot water in the bathroom, as the shower temperature required fairly fine adjustment to avoid the water becoming too hot too quickly. However, this was manageable and did not significantly affect our overall experience. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lourdes.
