Du poisson congelé des moules mal nettoyées...
Un service si on peux appeler ça comme ça même pas digne d'un camping !
Des gérants escrocs c'est en fin de saison que l'on voie réelment ce que vaut un établissement
10/09/2024: Nous retrouvons nos amis en vacances, ils nous invite à ce resto comme il y à deux ans .... exceptionnel, mais quelle plaisir, délicieux super bon bref un super bon moment ensemble. Bonne appétit.

Les tarifs sont très raisonnables et en plus on participe à une très belle initiative d'insertion par le travail.

27/08/2024: Bistro cuisine: burgers, salads and tapas.
Everything seems to be homemade, we ate very well. The tapas were good, as were our burgers. It was a quiet evening, the service was very efficient and friendly. The view is not extraordinary: a road on one side and warehouse roofs on the other.

02/10/2024: une bonne surprise de trouver ce petit café/resto dans ce village. Pour 17 € : bulots aioli bien frais, bonne pintade, dessert quelconque. un pichet de vin 50 cl pour 8 €, un peu cher...
Dommage que la salle soit extrêmement bruyante, les clients du bar ayant tendance à élever la voix...
on y reviendra mais si le temps permet de manger en terrasse. bon accueil de la patronne.

21/08/2024: Let me tell you about this authentic and friendly bakery. While passing through the region I was looking for an establishment that did gluten-free food for my wife who is celiac. When you enter this enchanted place, you immediately feel homemade. We are welcomed by the boss where we guess that he is passionate about his job. We looked for a mini oven tray as well as some cakes. The choice is immense and the owner takes the time to present his products to us with passion. No Mini oven on the horizon but for the boss it's not a problem, he offers us to take what we want from the window. We then take slices of pizza and other puff pastries which he cuts to give us everything in a well-presented box.
We also have a gluten-free three-chocolate cake and he kindly offers us an individual gluten-free strawberry cake for my wife. Thanks again to the boss and his magical bakery.

29/09/2024: I heard good stuff about the Restaurant.
The last time I was here, I was a bit late and could not enjoy there food, but still I was very welcome and had a good time.
For that they should get 5 stars.
Unfortunately not today, shortly after they opened, I asked if I can get some food and something to drink. I did not booked in advanced though, as I just cycled here.
The staff showed me the menu but told me that it was not possible, as all the places were fully booked. At the time there were not many people there.
That said the lady seemed to have a hard day, who knows. Maybe it was the language barrier. Such a pity, that they could not make place for one person at least for a drink and they made this clear in a bit of an assertive way.
And that is the reason for the low rating this time, sorry.
So, it seems you need to book in advanced as the restaurant filled up quickly.

16/09/2024: Autour de Siran, l'offre de restaurants est extrèmement pauvre, avec - au cours de notre séjour de sept jours - une bonne découverte à Caunes-Minervois (La Marbrerie) et une découverte nettement plus moyenne à La Livinière (Les Meulières). A Siran, près du Château-hôtel où nous résidions, un seul endroit ouvert dans le village : Le bar-restaurant Le Minervois. Nous avons tenté cette adresse à dîner et mal nous en a pris : ambiance fruste et très bruyante, éclairage désagréable digne d'un hôpital, cuisse de canard incroyablement dure, steak tartare haché trop menu et probablement un certain temps à l'avance, au vue de sa couleur peu engageante, qui m'a détraqué lourdement l'intestin. Quant au vin rouge, c'était un cru qui ne fait pas honneur aux efforts des vignerons de la région. Un endroit à vraiment éviter !!!
