20/09/2025: Was here for breakfast... What can I say? Unfortunately, the service was very poor. The service was inattentive, but the complete set for 14.90 was a disaster. The cheapest and poorly prepared food. The coffee and croissant were good. Unfortunately, I don't recommend it 😵‍💫

30/01/2026: The food (croque monsieur and panini) wasn't fresh (you could tell just by looking at it, and then your stomach would tell you the same thing), and the cashier couldn't even print the receipt. He asked me to wait "while he saw what he could do," then ignored me, hoping I'd leave. Which I did. Oh yes, one last problem: I ordered a chocolate éclair and got a coffee one. I went in trusting the overall rating, and I regret it. Incomprehensible.

27/01/2026: Excellent bakery, I highly recommend it. The products are always fresh, and the staff are friendly and welcoming.

12/02/2026: It's so pleasant to eat in a quiet restaurant serving traditional cuisine: it's rare in Montpellier! Other restaurants are usually noisy and offer dishes that try too hard to be original. Here, it's peaceful. The service is good, friendly, and prompt. The dishes are delicious. The focaccia has a truly soft texture; it's not just a pizza dough disguised as such. The brandade is fantastic, the melting Camembert is divine, and the steak tartare is excellent! A truly wonderful experience, and the overall rating doesn't reflect our enjoyment. I highly recommend it!

25/09/2025: We ate very well, but the dishes could have been more generous. Without a reservation, we had to dine indoors; it was terribly hot—but they provided fans upon request.

08/03/2026: Not up to 4-star standards... the room wasn't particularly clean, there was no kettle or welcome kit. The extra pillow was yellow and had no cover. There were a few hairs in the bathroom. The toilet seat doesn't stay closed when you sit on it. Breakfast was good, but the cutlery was dirty (we're not talking about smudges, but food residue stuck to it), and the glass wasn't clean either. The common areas are nice, but the rooms are not worthy of a 4-star rating. Similarly, the smell at the hotel entrance wasn't very pleasant. On the other hand, the staff was very friendly and helpful. For €140 a night, we'll stay somewhere else next time.

07/03/2026: We spent one night as a couple in a room where cleanliness left much to be desired: dirt on the floor, a bed sheet with a hole, and only one bath towel for two people. The heating fan was very noisy. One star for the friendly staff and one for the breakfast. Given the price of the room, we expected much better.

22/03/2026: A rather disappointing experience at this brasserie. The food is very classic, nothing special, and you clearly shouldn't expect high quality given the prices. The service also left much to be desired: the waiter was overwhelmed and, above all, far too rushed. We had barely sat down when our main courses arrived before we even had our aperitifs. It's a shame; the whole experience lacked attention to detail and consistency.

01/03/2026: We came four times last year and were always delighted with this restaurant. However, we returned today with high expectations and were very disappointed. I don't know what has happened since, but the menu was poor... We came expecting fish specialties, but given the limited selection, we ordered a pizza. It wasn't good, and we didn't even order dessert. What has happened since last year? What a shame, this restaurant was our favorite in La Grande Motte...

25/02/2026: Disappointed by the snack. We came for crepes, expecting them to be homemade, but they turned out to be clearly mass-produced. Dry texture, bland taste—far from what you expect for a delicious treat. The quality-price ratio is poor. It's a shame because the place could do better with more authentic products. Especially considering the season hasn't even started yet!

26/11/2025: We've been customers for many years. We've never been disappointed. The owner is dynamic, and the staff is friendly. The daily specials are always high-quality, varied, and served quickly at a very reasonable price. Reservations are recommended…

23/03/2026: The hotel is very well located, in a quiet and charming setting, with a friendly welcome, excellent staff, comfortable rooms, and a good restaurant featuring many local products. A very pleasant stay is guaranteed!

25/01/2026: I'm not sure the soup was homemade, and the sauerkraut was made with seafood: a lot of cabbage for very little fish, and quite expensive for such small portions.

10/12/2024: Worst scam of my life. I have been to many Marie Blachere boutiques, this is the first time I have seen this, the whole baguettes they sell correspond to 1/3 of a real baguette for 1e 30. Here is my photo, of the baguette biggest ones I bought there, the majority were smaller...

09/12/2024: I got flan and it was just perfect not too sweet which is exactly how I like it! ☺️I will be coming back for more in the near future. There was one guy working there that was serving me and he was nice!

03/03/2026: We've come to expect much better from this establishment. For the past few months, the food has been very mediocre for the same price. Today, to add insult to injury, we had to deal with a painter working during service, creating unbearable fumes. There was absolutely no consideration for this inconvenience. Strongly discouraged.

31/12/2025: The place is filthy and the atmosphere is like a cemetery. The owner is only friendly enough to boost sales, but if you want a truly pleasant experience with more humane and less depraved service, there are better options on the esplanade... Happy New Year!
