11/05/2024: We entered the restaurant, no one having heard us enter, we waited and had to move towards the kitchen so that our presence would be noticed. Amazement when we see a woman smoking in the kitchen. The rest of the meal was ruined by what we saw when we arrived. At the time of addition, we ask questions about this and the answers given do not correspond to what we clearly saw. It would be a question of a regular customer who smoked in the courtyard when she was indeed in the kitchen and smoking there. It's difficult to have a good time after seeing such a lack of hygiene. As a reminder, according to the CE 852/2004 standard, a professional kitchen must be well maintained, provide sufficient space and allow for good sanitary practices in order to ensure consumer safety.

08/12/2024: Not knowing Montpellier, I decided to stop to eat at NaturElle. I deeply regret this decision: between the display problem, the unpleasant servers and the meal that was not only cold, but not even cooked, the experience was disappointing. I forced myself to eat because I was really hungry, but considering the price and quantity, I would have been better off going to McDonald's. I strongly advise against this establishment.

06/12/2024: I strongly advise against it. We came to eat this afternoon. When ordering, there are display errors which are not even rectified. The employees speak curtly. We manage to decide, we have country paninis. We ask the waiter to sit at the table, he replies curtly that we should say so before next time. Are we supposed to guess? In short, when we arrived at the table, the paninis were cold, and the cheese had not melted. Advice ; go spend your money at Starbucks, at least they have learned to smile there.

24/08/2024: Décevant…. La carte a changé, la qualité n’est plus au RDV. Attention salade Caesar = surtout des feuilles de salade verte, 3 bouts de poulets et des croûtons. Vraiment cher pour ce que c’est. Le dessert avait l’air appétissant, joliment présenté mais le goût est également décevant, trop industriel. Dommage.

20/08/2024: The value for money is meh. Already a very bad atmosphere with employees arguing and insulting each other. A very unsmiling waitress seems to be annoying her. Regarding the dishes, it's okay for a restaurant chain but for the price it's excessive. I don't recommend unless you have money to spare.

10/07/2025: The room is quite small with a view of the campsite. The floor in the room is sticky and there is fungus in the shower. The only good thing is the location, which is very close to the sea.

31/08/2024: We come as a family to enjoy a good value for money meal at the time of the musical fountains. Welcoming, attentive and very pleasant staff. Good food and choice. It's always a pleasure. The only downside is that the tables near the trees are unfortunately accompanied by flies throughout the meal... it's very unpleasant, to see if the terrace can be moved.. That would be really cool.
