19/08/2026: I came because my daughter wanted to, but now she admits her mistake... I ordered the duck breast rare, but it was served overcooked twice. The first time it was way overcooked, and the second time was a little better, but still not right. The fries were practically cold (kind of like McDonald's fries). Don't order meat here! The mussels were missing cream, judging by the plates. It's best not to go; it's a factory.

19/08/2026: SHAMEFUL! We came to eat one evening, arriving at 7:45 pm, and were asked to leave immediately after our meal because we had finished eating and the waiter wanted to take back the table. If he had asked us politely, we would have been happy to leave, but clearly the waiter didn't ask and instead forced us to leave immediately, under the embarrassed gaze of the other customers who told us they were outraged by the waiter's behavior. It's disrespectful to treat customers who have already ordered food and drinks this way.

13/04/2026: Paella for 40 people, delivered super punctual, very good, and a hit with our guests. We had also ordered couscous, which was also delicious. Thank you very much.

18/08/2026: A wonderful evening for our large table of 9 (5 children / 4 adults). We were greeted with a smile, the service was quick, and the value for money was excellent. A kid-friendly establishment! Thank you!

18/06/2026: Spectacular completely remodeled antique with high ceilings and architectural peculiarities. Modern rooms with large comfortable bathrooms. Definitely a top Relais & chateaux worth a stop in Montpelier which is a stunning city. Vibrant and young. Only negative point is the slow internet which is unsuitable if you have to work. A gym would be nice, but that's not a bigg issue. Hotel also has a michelin star rated restaurant that this time I did not review. If you pass by montpelier definitely worth a stop.

15/05/2026: This is a wonderful boutique hotel in the heart of the historic district. The service and attention to detail belongs in the class of top-tier hotels. The rooms are well appreciated and comfortable. The hotel is beautiful and a visit to the bar is a necessity. The drinks are unique and delicious. The bar is truly one of a kind. Be sure not to miss lunch or dinner. I tried both and was rewarded with great food and quality service. This is on my list of places I must see again.

15/07/2026: The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The dining room is large and air-conditioned, and the terrace, elevated above street level, is very pleasant. The prices are very reasonable.

18/06/2026: The hotel is very well located with a beautiful view of the pond. We booked a room with direct access to the pool. The room was very spacious and very clean, as was the bathroom. The bed was comfortable. We didn't try the restaurant, but it boasts a lovely view and the menu looks very promising. The only slight drawback of our short stay was the pool, which wasn't very clean. But we will definitely return!

15/06/2026: For a Saturday night meal to celebrate a birthday… the meal was delicious but the service was more than mediocre, inappropriate remarks, the bare minimum in terms of welcome, we were clearly asked to leave and not politely, this waiter completely changed our experience.

03/08/2026: Perfect service. The dishes were beautifully presented, well-garnished, and cooked perfectly.

02/08/2026: A quick stop in the cool shade under the misters to enjoy an ice cream. Special mention for the superb Caramelita, carefully prepared and generously topped. Excellent service.

09/03/2026: A very nice bar/restaurant with a rugby/car/motorcycle theme. A great base for our motorcycle trips, and the food is excellent.

28/06/2026: Excellent restaurant. Generous and beautifully presented portions. Attentive and friendly staff. The salad and dessert were both delicious: truly exceptional. The other dishes were also excellent. It's a shame we live so far away (Gers), otherwise we would have returned. Jacques and Annie, Michel and Marcelle. We will recommend it to our friends.

21/08/2026: Very disappointed, both by the welcome (no greeting) and the barely pleasant seating. We had to ask for the menus, waited 35 minutes for them, plus another 15 minutes for our order to be taken. The two waitresses and the waiter should consider changing jobs, or at least learn about basic etiquette: smile, say hello, don't forget goodbye, and above all, thank you. We arrived at 12:20 pm and left at 2:10 pm with about ten other tables. This restaurant, once well-regarded for years, is now one to avoid!
